The hotel is very modern and the rooms are stunning. Very nice design and super spacious. The staff is also very helpful and great. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I had in all bali. The choice is fantastic and everything that's amazing. The pool is also a great size and you also have access to the beach. This side of the island is more quiet but has great restaurants and bars. we'd definitely come again.

It's absolutely not the hotels fault and just a small thing to be aware: As you are on the north side and you can only take bikes it's quite exhausting to get to the harbour side where all the bars are. The roads are quite sandy as you are on an island and the bikes aren't the best ones (they have the same bikes everywhere so nothing the hotel can do about that) If you want to go out you'd have to take quite a dark path through the island back which isn't ideal for a solo traveller. But we weren't there to party (the crowd is very young) so it didn't bother us too much and we lovely our stay.

Located at the northern end of Gili T, it is absolutely perfect for snorkelling with turtles right out the front of the hotel. We enjoyed breakfast daily on the beach and the staff are absolutely amazing! This is the quieter part of Gili but still close enough to reach busier spots on a bike if thats your thing. The staff booked us a private boat tour with a guy named Anam (highly recommend) and he was a legend. So friendly and hospitable. We travlled with kids and Id recommend staying here for sure.

We liked every about this property , staff friendly and helpful , breakfast included was amazing . The restaurant food all day was exceptional. We would stay here again . Hotel were helpful to get bikes as was the end of Ramadan and a lot of things had shut down. Note to self avoid the end of Ramadan for future trips .

The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel doesn’t offer pickup from the port . Trying to get transport to the hotel was a nightmare. We were a group of 15 and all ended up seperated. Not ideal when it’s a logistic nightmare .

My girlfriend and I had an amazing rest for one week. The best hotel we have ever been! Excellent service, very spacious and comfortable room, beautiful area, very delicious food and drinks, the beach is simply amazing! You can meet the turtles just right in your beach area. The north of the island is generally quiet. Separately, I want to thank the staff, the guys are very friendly and cheerful! With them, your good mood is guaranteed for the entire holiday! All the staff were very attentive to us. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place! If you want an unforgettable vacation and the best impressions, feel free to go to Nero North!

I love this place! It's aesthetically pleasing with very friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious, too! If I can, I would wanna try everything on the menu cause everything looks so good! Because it's away from the pier, the view is amazing as there isn't much crowd so you can enjoy your peace & quiet time.

The only downside is the location of the hotel. It's on the other side of the island with constructions in between, so walking or riding through the back can be a bit dangerous as it's not well-litted. Aside from the construction in between which can't be avoided as it's not their fault, I would still recommend this place!

The design of the hotel is great and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone was lovely, Ayub in particular stood out. Nero north also had their own boat and transfer service which you can book easily if you need to head to Lombok airport. The whole process was super smooth!

The tv didn’t work at all, and they didn’t really try to fix it. They forgot to come back. But it was so beautiful and I had my home that I wasn’t too bothered. They didn’t leave a manual for the room so I spent the first night sleeping with lights on because I couldn’t find the switch to turn off the light under the bed.

Like that it’s on the quieter residential side of Gili Trawangan as it means you can sleep in peace. The property was really beautiful, from the pool, walkway to the rooms. Very well designed! It also has direct access to the beach and they make that section private for guests of the property. There’s free breakfast and teatime everyday. They have their own restaurant which you can order more food from The only way to get around the island is through horse cart or bicycle. The property works with a bicycle renter and you can rent directly with them daily to get around, which makes the process so convenient. Bed sheets and towels were clean, no stains, and were super comfortable to sleep on. Showers were also big and clean. I noticed at housekeeping they really clean the showers, including soap scum that are left on the corners. So that’s showing good maintenance levels

Overall, really great stay there’s nothing to not like about!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The female receptionist (I don't know her name sadly) is fantastic. She went above and beyond, and even helped book us an emergency dentist appointment! The property is immaculate and the bed is so comfy. The breakfast options are really tasty and healthy. The north of the island is quieter, so you get the beach area to yourself (or a couple of others nearby) most days. It's a very modern hotel and very clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

The bar/ restaurant options feel quite far from this hotel. We would definitely recommend hiring bikes should you want to get further down the island.

It was outstanding: the villa is impressive, beautifully decorated, with a great design and total privacy. Large rooms, clean. All the property looks great, with the gardens and the beach. Very nice sunset from the beach. Very good breakfast and the food we ordered for dinner. Friendly staff. I think we did a great job in choosing this accomodation, since the island does not have to many good options, and this one was like an oasis of luxury in a remote island. From the harbour (restaurants area), walking along rhe beach, you reach the hotel in aprox 20-25 min, so you can skip the horse carriage taxi, which is used on the island, but is not a conforable ride.

I would recommend to add a shelf at the bathrooms to place the personal products, because there is little space designed for this

New building, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and great beach front location

Most of the time we could not find any staff at the reception. In our opinion there should always be someone or you should at least be able to find them after 5 minutes. However the main reason behind our score was that they were renting out bikes which were horrible, we tried to get them fixed and changed multiple times, every time ending in some kind of failure. It is funny how everything could be great, but this bike experience could ruin it all. If the bikes are not theirs moreover then they should not even be renting them out, since either the seat, the tire, the lock or something else is broken. And every time they told us it was fixed, the problem came back. Dissappointing
