It has just had a beautiful renovation. The room is modern, well decorated and clean. the hotel is quiet and couple friendly. great coffee from the coffee club out the front. The ground floor rooms are amazing.

coffee club is expensive. especially $5 for sparkling water is a lot. even after the 15% discount it was still pricey for Bali. similar to Aus.

The complex set up and pool was very quiet and easily accessible. The location is also great as it is 100m from the beach. The breakfast at the coffee club was amazing, there were so many options and the food and coffee were exceptional. Staff at the resort went out of their way to assist when we came down with Bali belly from eating at a reputable restaurant (not at the resort). The 2 bed suite was massive and well set up, modern has a large verandah and large master. Both rooms have own ensuite, which was life saving when sick. Complex has free washing machine and dryers for use and that was a bonus for us.

The room we stayed in (205) was musty and we asked if something could be done, the staff attended with getting the Mech in to clean air-cons but we later figured that there is a condensation issue with the place as you can see watermarks on the walls. We stayed 4 nights and the price, even with a hefty discount is on the higher end, not the most affordable choice for a family of 4.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Attached to the coffee club which you can get room service from at all hours of the day. But also it’s directly across from Legian beach, and side by side some amazing beachfront restaurants. Everything was within walking distance, and even when we needed a taxi for further places it was easy to access. Loved that it was a smaller hotel, it was so quiet and relaxing. Never had to fight for a spot by the pool. Facilities were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The breakfast included in our accomodation was also amazing and well worth the upgrade if you’re considering it. 2 drinks, fruit platter, croissants and a hot meal all included every morning.

The only negatives I have the spa attached was always busy and hard to get a spot which is a shame if you’re staying there. We had to book days in advance once we arrived.

Anatara is located on the Legian beach front behind the restaurant (Coffee Club) also owned by the hotel chain. The location is perfect for accessing the beach path either to Kuta or Seminyak. The Coffee Club has a good range of food and a Mexican menu upstairs where you can view the ocean. The breakfast has a wide range and the meals we had were all excellent. The prices are above average for the area and items.

The balcony of our room faces a wall of the adjacent hotel (Kumala Pantai) although we probably would not have use it anyway. There was a little bit of noise from the room next door with teenage children banging around.

This resort is fabulous if you want a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. No loud music besides pool so if that’s your vibe this is not for you. This is our 3rd stay here & we love it…. Walking distance to restaurants & across the road from beach. Always get a sun bed.. none of that reserving lounges here :) …..steps & handral into the pool for those who need it…very comfy beds, full laundry facilities downstairs (free) … & shuttle along beach road. And best coffee & brekkie out the front at Coffee Club !

Sun lounges are a little tired.. plus do with some cushions … that’s all ;)

Location good. Close to the beach and walking distance from Kuta and Semyinak. Servicing of our room very good. Fresh water supplied to our room every day in bottles. Free washing facilities with washing machines and dryers available at no charge. Coffee club attached to hotel for breakfast dinner drinks etc.Good restaraunts within walking distance. Staff very nice and helpful.

Pool was nice but did not have sun much on it. Sunbeds mainly out of the sun due to plants and hotel shading, sunbeds did not have soft pads on them. Although clean but not much cushioning. Could feel the wood framework of sunbed.Studio room a little dark as these face the garden of the hotel next door.

Great room, pool, staff, satellite tv, ac, on site Coffee Club branded restaurant, self service laundry, immaculate. Staff very personable & professional.

Street is controlled by a crew that charges and stops every car. Hotel does not appear on maps or Grab maps in correct location making it difficult to navigate drivers. NOT hotels fault just a fact that is a negative.

This hotel is located in a great spot in Legian. The rooms are on the older side, but it was still a very comfortable stay. The beds were the best beds we had the whole time in Bali! The pool is well kept and we enjoyed our swims. We were concerned that the pool would be over crowded but it was never the case and we often had it to ourselves. The staff were so lovely and great that we had our own security. The beach is literally across the road so how can you go wrong!

We sometimes had a bad smell come from the toilets but the staff were very prompt in coming to fix it.
