The room and bathroom were a big and had all amenities. The rooftop restaurant/bar staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating.

Not the hotels fault, but it is right across the street from a mosque so expect to hear the call to prayer during the day and night time too. The rooms are a bit soundproof but you can still hear faintly especially at night.

Central location near to dock, comfortable bed and lots of power points. Good choice of local and international foods at buffet breakfast.

Booked a room with hillside view, looked out over a construction site. AC and water pressure both weak. Construction works at lobby area and 6th floor restaurant area.

After spending time on an isolated island, it was a relief to finally have a room with air conditioning. The hotel's central location makes it convenient to access supermarkets and explore the city center. The breakfast offered is outstanding, featuring high-quality food, and the staff is always available to assist with any needs you may have.

Please note that the hotel is located in front of a mosque, so uninterrupted sleep may not be possible due to the early morning prayers at 4:22 am. The noise from the prayers is quite loud, and even earplugs may not be effective. The only option is to wait until the noise subsides, which could take some time.

Nando, at the front desk helped me solve a lot of problems at 6 am! He was even willing to let me borrow his charger! The restaurant breakfast food and staff are fabulous!

Too long to check in, the hotel room should be more comforting in that there is only one hook to hang one towel in the bathroom. They don't have electric converters to borrow. I never got a sense of where the spa was, how to access it and see the actual area. There didn't seem to be anyone there to help you hire a reputible tour company, I had to walk down the street to find my own guides. I would think a high end hotel would have a concierge.

The location of this hotel is just perfect! The room is clean, spacious, beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The view from the lobby and from the swimming pool is amazing, the welcome drink "es cendol" was so good. The staff are nice and very helpful. The check in proccess was smooth and fast. This hotel is very recommended.

The pineapple juice at the restaurant (6th floor) it was not good. Not sweet, not sour..no flavour at all, and the presentation of the food needs to be improved though the taste was good (i ordered Fish and Chips it was good, the portion was big).

The location and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The view from hotel lobby and the rooftop is absolutely stunning. Location wise is perfect as well. Walking distance to a lot of amenities. And if you want to go for boat trips, the tour boat can pick up directly in front odlf hotel.

The hotel restaurant is too dark at night for you to dine in if you are feeling lazy to walk around. Also the menu is in small unreadable font which makes it harder to read in dim lighting. Service was also a bit slow for the hotel restaurant when we were there.

Hotel location is right next to water. Sunrise and sunset are beautiful especially if you stay at the sea view room. Check in staff was nice. I arrived at the hotel at about 10am and the front desk staff let me check in to my room right away. I like the breakfast buffet, they had jamu and other traditional delicacies. Food tasted good but the only complaint was the fresh fruit that they had at the buffet was not displayed on top of ice. Other than that everything else was satisfactory. I will go back and stay at Meruorah next time I go back to Labuan Bajo.

Amazing view of the islands from the hotel lobby. Right at the town centre, good restaurants around that were walking distance. Staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful allowing us to pack some snacks for the kids as we had all day tours. Swimming pool was gorgeous, the view of the islands from the pool was something else!

We were there for Christmas. I like the location , close to many restaurants. It would help to have a map of the location and eatery. The direction given by the staff are not helpful at times

The lift didn't work a few times. We had to climb up to Room at 5th floor at times. Not helpful. Room a bit dim. Wish it is brighter. To many flies during breakfast touching the food. The prayer woke me up at 4am everyday. It's beside the roadside, can be rather noisy.
