The view is lovely, amazing sunsets. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. The nasi campur and bruschetta were particularly good and the kopi. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was a nice feature. The view from the bedroom was lovely too. Very comfortable and clean. There’s a free shuttle to and from airport and every evening to take people for dinner and pick them up as a bit out of the main town, which is a nice touch. I walked into town (takes about 30 mins) and got a lift back with the shuttle. I enjoyed my stay here. It was a place I felt able to easily relax.

In my first room was nice but I couldn’t connect to wifi so they moved me the next day to a different room and the WiFi was better. It was a little noisy at times, other guests in the corridor or noise from reception but wasn’t an issue at night. I found it a bit too pricey as I found most of the accommodation in Flores to be.

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The balcony in my room was big and great to watch the views & sunset. The rooftop restaurant & pool area was also a great place to hang out. The views & sunset from here are amazing.

Not very soundproofed. I was on the 5th floor & got woken up at 6am each morning by the staff scraping chairs & tables above me setting up for breakfast. Noise from other guests kept me awake sometimes, too. The building is nothing fancy - you are paying for the views. The food was a bit pricy also. Overall I liked staying here though.

Sunset Hill Hotel is lococated in a very good place.the beautiful views of the sunset from the balkony🤗.is not that far from the center or the marina.the room was very cozy with air conditioning,there was everything what you needed.the service was very very nice,kind and sympathic😍 ,the room was always clean and the food in the restaurant upstairs was tasty and delicious.🤩i felt there like at home.i will never forget this and thank you very very much for everything 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

My friends and I (9 pax) were very excited to stay in this hotel for the fantastic view. We are thankful for the staff on duty for arranging our room to upgrade to the studio room and its really a bonus for us to be in each other room. The only downside is there are a lot of mosquitos in the room. the staff should spray the room prior to our late arrival. Any way it a pleasant stay and help us to store our luggage before we depart for our next destination. Thanks for the wonderful staff who provide an extra mattress with out any cost.

we ordered rice noodle for our late dinner, and it was not up to our bud taste, a little bit salty. There was not much food selection since we are the only visitors at the time.

Magnificent view, very spacious and well equipped apartment, good aircondition (2x), spacious bathroom with wonderful view, amazing private terrace! The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, the nasi goreng was delicious, the pool is small but enough to offer refreshment. There is shuttle service to the center for free, which is quite convenient.

We had to struggle with the stairs from the parking up to the reception desk because we had the baby pram, car seat and so on, would have been grateful for a bit of help from the staff. Otherwise, everyone very friendly and nice! The bathroom needs some minor renovation work...

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by the most amazing sunset over the Labuan Bajo bay and islands! The hotel did earn its name with dignity. We made use of the efficient and free hotel-airport transport. The rooms were quite large, and spotlessly clean. And had large balconies with views of the bay. The hotel did have a small gym room, and pool on the roof by the restaurant, but we never made use of them during our short stay. We must admit that despite some of the comments, the air conditioning in our rooms worked flawlessly, and we had to raise the temperature quite quickly as the rooms became too cold. The hotel is a 3 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from town. All in all, the hotel met our expectations, and was a good choice for our short tour of Komodo islands.

The elevator broke down. It made the stay a little inconvenient as we stayed on the 5'th floor, and the stairs were very steep!

The hotel was much better than previous reviews. I think construction was still going on in 2022 but its complete now (June 2023). Overall the hotel is good value for money with excellent views. It's not the most modern but staff were helpful, spokr English and there was a free shuttle to the town and airport. The top floor has a good pool which was very clean but the hotel food is not the best. The room was large and the beds were comfortable.

Location. It's only a few minutes to get into town, was very easy but not as good as walking. Somethings are not in the best condition; taps the lift and the stairs.

First of all we got free transport from/to airport. Room view was amazing and we watched the sunset every day. Sweet staff, they helped us to rent a scooter, arrange a day trip on boat to Komodo islands and recommended us local attractions. Free shuttle bus was also very convenient (to city at 7 PM and back to hotel at 9 PM) - you can enjoy the atmosphere of the night market. On our last day after check out we stayed on the top floor, enjoying the pool and a good food from the hotel restaurant - while waiting for our flight.

Loved the view! Roof top bar/restaurant/pool all fantastic, especially the burgers oh my so goooooooood. Great location! Nice and quiet. Free airport transfers so helpful thank you! Staff very nice. The laundry was top tier! Fantastic my clothes smell so good !

The only thing would have to be that the single beds are very very hard. Harder than Bruce Lee in fact haha. Safe in the room wasn’t available to use which would have been nice if it was.

Unbelievable view of the harbour from every room.

Small centipede infestation in the forest surrounding the property resulted in centipedes everywhere, including my room. Fortunately they’re harmless but I killed about 30 a day in my room for 5 days. This apparently occurs only in the April / May timeframe. Workers we working to clear brush from around the hotel.
