Communicative and interactive staff. The hotel is near from the dock, i was so excited. You can hear to the sound of the boats and sea. My room is perfect. Clean, comfy bed, and perfect facility. There is laundry hanger, people need it especially if they went to the beach. Lovely bedroom, i like the simple white blue decoration, so comfy and pleasing my eyes.. Relaxing! It is also recommended to have meal in the restaurant in the hotel. I like the bed, the room size, the lighting, the air con, the pantry and the clean sofa. Loveeeee Would love to come back!

I dont like the damp smell around the lift, inside the lift and also the neglected garden around the hotel building, it needs more lighting. These dont really matter for us who rarely stay around..I still recommend the hotel anyway

The room is clean and spacious and we have a sea view from the Balcony. Labuan Bajo is so small that you could walk for 5-10 minutes to the port. To enjoy sunset view of the coast, you will need to walk up the hill behind (be careful of the one way car or motorcycle circulation to have the panoramic view of Labuan Bajo

Just a note for the hotel, please conceal some of the openings with ventilation grills or screens. Some bathroom openings are exposed to outside (the staircase in our room). If someone walking down the stair, lean down to pick something, they can see us in the toilet lol. We also can "see" someone in the hotel bathroom from Taman Laut Handayani Seafood Restaurant that is situated behind teh hotel. Other than that we like everything in this hotel, not too fancy, just with necessary amenities we need.

The apartment is perfect: large, clean, comfortable bed, small kitchen,fridge, what gives you the chance to lunch/dinner there. Location is perfect,close to the main street but out of its noise. Staff are so friendly. And finally they are a plastic-free hotel:instead of the typical plastic bottles they provide glass bottles that you can fill when needed.This is a truly great choice.

Nice budget hotel with great price quality balance. Spacious family room and good breakfast and diner in ground floor resto.

All do respect to Muslims however the way the microphone of the nearby mosque is playing their praiing songs in middle of the night for the whole (mostly christian) village of Lubuan Bajo is remarkable. We woke up at 4:45 in the night listing for about 20 minutes to a guy non stop screaming in a very bad quality speaker spreading their belief for really everyone present in a 5km radius. We respect the local inhabitants for undergoing this form of suppression however we have our strong doubts on how far a religion can go in this. Be aware your sleep will be suspended for some time when staying in the Lubuan Bajo region.

The rooms are nice and large with plenty of room for any gear you might bring for activities and a drying rack to hang wet items. The air conditioners work great and kept the room cool. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are good. There is a sofa, table, small kitchenette, and a shelf area for storage of your things. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant attached to the property is very good and will bring food to your room if you ask. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others.

We liked everything about our room.

Very close to the harbour area, it's deffinitely a great place to stay near the buzzling streets. 5 minutes walk from the fish market and close to a great mall with shops and good cafe's. The room is comfy, was big and clean, great view and could not hear noise from outside. I deffinitely would return. They were helpful in finding a taxi to take me to the airport, even if the price was 70k for 5 minutes ride. Less or none taxi options in Labuan Bajo.

Some coffee or tea in the room would make a great addition.

Clean, good location, few minutes walk to harbour, restaurant etc. Solid windows, so you don’t hear everything from outside (still will hear the mosque, but could be much worse), lift so no need to carry the luggage up the stairs, clean water cettle to cook water. Could leave our luggage in hotel during boat trip. Free water refill from Aqua Gallon.

Unfortunately the restaurant downstairs can make the rooms on the first floors noisy and smelly, since only the bedroom access door stands between the restaurant and your bed. Ideally, an additional door between the access and the bedroom would help with this issue

This place offers very solid value for money. The location is great, close to the harbour and some nice restaurants and bars. The room I stayed in was extremely spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the A/C was brand new.

Minor: the bathroom was slightly smelly - probably from the pipes. Also, the room comes without breakfast. Breakfast can be bought at the restaurant downstairs but the quality is at best average and the price is higher than average.

Rooms are quit big and the beds are confy, location is not ideal, but with a short walk You are in the main street. All the stuff were very helpful and always smiling.

By walking bare foot in the room , after few turns Your feet is very dirty, i suggest to find a better solution on floor cleaning, everything else was well cleaned.
