The overall comfort of the stay was top notch. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable including making arrangements for my wife’s birthday during out stay. Rahadi’s above and beyond service at the Arwama restaurant was much appreciated, head chef - Baskara made our last evening memorable by specially cooking a dish as per our request. Pretty much, all of the staff was friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this place and would like to visit again in the future.

Kids were allowed to run around screaming all day. An hour or so was fine but it went on all day with water pistols. The hotel should have directed them to the kids pool or beach. Parents were not in charge of their children which was a requirement of the pool

The Laguna was the nicest resort we have ever stayed at. It had everything you would want in a resort: the friendliest/most helpful staff, excellent food (the included buffet breakfast was definitely a highlight), the most amazing pools, a beautiful beach area, and very nice surrounding resorts which could be accessed via the walking/running path.

The music at the beach club and the restaurant plays on a loop so if you stay here several days you will keep hearing the same music. It feels strange that you have to haggle with the staf to stay on one of the nice beach beds. Some of the nice beach beds were reserve by guests for months on end and not possible for us to reserve at all.

Hotel Team: From the moment we checked in with the Porters & Front of House team, to the poolside service, the Restaurants & Bars, the Room Service, the Day Spa ladies, the housekeeping & the grounds staff we were always most warmly welcomed with a smile and a friendly greeting! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, requests were dealt with in an impressively speedy manner. A huge thank you and 10/10 to the whole team! It was an amazing feeling of welcome & service!! Location: Just perfect! On the Nusa Dua beachfront. Short 5 minute stroll to Bali Collection Shopping, less than a 5 minute drive to Bali National Golf Course. Nestled in between The Westin & The Melia Resorts. Surfboard, Paddleboard hire etc just a few minutes stroll along the beach path past The Melia Resort. Grounds: Impeccably maintained, just lovely. Lush & tropical Room Type: We booked a 4th Floor Pool view room. Coffee & Tea facilities, mini bar, tasteful premium feel decor. Housekeeping was so efficient. Amenities: Huge Day Spa with fabulous staff, recommend booking as soon as you arrive for visit as very popular. 7 pools, loads of sun bed options with comfortable lounger cushion. Plenty of sunbeds beachfront too (with full pool bar service available). The Ocean this side of Bali perfect for swimming, so clean and safe. Buffet Breakfast couldn’t be faulted, a wide choice of everything you’d expect at a 5 Star resort. Beachfront Restaurant was a Favourite for dinner, loved the acoustic trio smashing out the hits at night under the twinkling party lights & palm trees. HIGHLY recommend The Laguna for your Nusa Dua holiday, you won’t regret it

The service was top-level, concierge and tour organizers very friendly. The resort is huge with various lagoons, the room even had a nice balcony, and the choice at breakfast was very wide. It is among the best level you can find in Bali for this price.

To be very picky, a pool bar was missing vs what you could find in other resorts.

Fabulous! Loved everything about the Laguna! Loved our room, the food, drinks, the entertainment, the pools. The staff went above and beyond, special mention to April and his team at de Bale lounge and bar! Cute resident duck, chicken and guinea fowls.

Our stay was okay overall. The breakfast was good, the facility is beautiful, and the staff were extremely nice.

Dinner was disappointing and not worth the price. Our order was prepared incorrectly twice, which became frustrating, and we eventually decided to leave. While the staff were very kind, their attentiveness felt excessive at times—it often seemed like they were hovering. It’s great to check in on guests and clear plates, but it would be better to wait until we’re actually finished so we can enjoy our meal in peace. Communication was another major issue. The staff often acted as though they understood our requests, only to deliver something completely different. It would have been much better if they had simply asked for clarification instead of guessing.
