Property was good, friendly staff, great facilities. Perfect for family. Kids loved it

We booked it half board through booking.com. It was very disappointing that Booking.com and Westin messed up the booking as I had to spend several hours explaining our booking inclusions. It appears staff reception had no idea what booking.com booked as they seem to completely ignore the booking confirmation which was emailed to us. Took me 3 hours to sort out with booking.com and then with hotel to fix things. Very poor experience on day 1, not sure who to blame, booking.com or the hotel

- Right on the beach - Very nice pool - Very good breakfast, although cheese board could have more options and they can be more attentive to directions at the egg station. - Great water pressure in the bathroom. Initially we did get a room that didn’t have any hot water but they changed the room, which solved that issue. - Lovely staff - Amazing beds - Great live music at the pool bar

- Nothing in the vicinity of the hotel so you need to get a ride to go anywhere. - The rooms are super small. Our initial room had us two people running into each other when moving around.

This resort is very nicely laid out along the west shore of Nusa Dua. There are two restaurants that served breakfast with a lot of variety in food choices. The gym on site was well equipped and there is a shared jogging path along the beach. We would consider staying again in the future.

We were traveling with family and would have liked to have been closer together. We utilized the laundry services, and the clothing came back smelling like they were never washed. Our room was situated above the lounge and there were people outside making loud noises until 5 am. We wanted to book massage services for 3 at the spa and were told there was only one person available in the spa.

Pool and facilities were perfect for a family group of 16 whose ages ranged from 1 to 75. Everyone was catered for with the minimum of fuss. The staff were very friendly and very patient and accepting of the various issues that can arise with young children.

The coffee was often just warm when I really enjoy a very hot coffee. The shower took a long time to warm up so I felt like I was wasting water waiting for it to heat up.

how close it was to everything. so easy to find restaurants outside of it. how clean the place was. staff were wonderful and so helpful. very easy to relax and rest.

if I had to say anything at all it would be the pool is a little to deep for my personal preference but that’s first world problems. also it did have a safety ledge around the entire pool so that helped.

This is our second time at the Westin and glad we returned as everything was great, especially the friendly service and staff. Arung, Tika at reception & Jonny at the swim up pool bar. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice. our room was 4038 ‘premium wing’ if you can book this it’s huge and fabulous bathroom separate bathtub 🛀 and walk in shower, also walk in wardrobe bathrobes, slippers and huge bed 4 bottles of water each day. swimming pool is awesome too.

if anything it was probably the view from our balcony wasn’t the best. it that’s all.

the room was clean & spacious, bed super comfortable, staff were so very courteous & helpful water was always there in the room Beachfront , many restaurants & we were able to walk to adjoining restaurants too free cycles were really a joy to ride pool & pool bar was amazing

We loved the breakfast, there was something for everyone! The pool was amazing, our daughter loved the slide. The kids club was fantastic, loads of different activities each day. Staff were very friendly and made sure we were well looked after. We stayed in a pool access terrace room. It was in a great location location, very close to the pool and beach. I would recommend upgrading to one of these rooms. Heavenly Spa was fabulous! Worth every cent. Both my husband and I enjoyed our treatments and the spa is gorgeous! We felt very pampered. Prego restaurant is well worth a visit too. We had dinner twice there and loved our meals. The grounds of the resort were very well maintained, beautiful! I would definitely stay at The Westin Nusa Dua again.

The kids menu at Ikan. We would have eaten there more if they had better options. I think they are trying to offer healthier options but it's not working. We ordered sausage and corn for our daughter and she wouldn't even try it. They really need to rethink that menu. Our room didn't have any ventilation and smelt damp every time we came back to it. The rooms are older and are charming but I think it could be time for a revamp.

Come for a beautiful relaxing stay, stay for the breakfast. The breakfast is absolutely incredible. So many choices, and choices that change every day. It was so lovely being able to try food from different cultures. The staff are all lovely and so kind. So many staff working everywhere to ensure the property stays beautiful. Location is a little secluded but that’s why my husband and I loved it. It was walking distance to a couple markets and some food choices, but the property also has delicious restaurants and happy hours. I cannot wait to come back. I slept beautifully in the lush bed, always had ample toiletries… air conditioned lovely, wifi worked a treat, plenty of beach lounges… lovely ocean to swim in.

We had such a lovely time at The Westin. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and extremely prompt. The pools (there are 3 separate pools) were incredible, always a perfect temperature. The breakfast options were incredible, as were all the other restaurants - specifically Hanabe the Japanese restaurant. Make sure you do the Teppanyaki if you get the chance. The rooms were more than spacious. There was a mild issue with the beds for our first night but by night two it was all sorted. My partner proposed whilst we were here and he said they were super helpful, prompt and gave so many different options for his idea.
