I had a Cabana Room. Having a private pool made me feel extremely relaxed. The room itself was well decorated and had a sense of tranquility. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to the beach, turtle sanctuary and had many good food and drink options near by. Staff were polite.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I found feel the springs when lying on the bed. Also the acoustics were poor, so if someone moved a chair or had a crying baby in an adjacent room, it was very loud which was particularly frustrating in the early hours of the morning when trying to sleep

The room was a good size for 4 people. The beds were solid and comfortable. The balcony had a towel rack to dry your swim stuff. The hotel staff were very very friendly and nice, always with a smile and a greeting. Had a good variety at the breakfast buffet. Food from the kitchen tasted good. Housekeeping was really wonderful. Mr. Gedek on the 4th floor was very efficient and absolutely wonderful. We had our laundry done - very cheap. This hotel is fantastically located - next door are a few ATMs and a decent sized supermarket and Balinese souvenir shop. Opposite is a money changer. Everywhere up and down the streets are clothing boutiques, shopping, many many restaurants and bars. Some we had not had the time to try out. Beach is a walking distance away and the hotel have a spot for Oasis Sanur guests at the beach with umbrellas, deck chairs and towels.

We took a duplex room. The stairs to the loft was a little steep. Noise for a bar few doors away lasts till about midnight. Shower floor was not properly done - the water pooled in a corner away from the drain. Drainage stinks in the morning. We tried the buffet on a Friday, choices were very limited. And we peeked at the buffet everyday just to see what is on offer (International Buffet and the Mexican Fair), it was limited. The both the pools are small with limited deck chairs. 10am - 2pm you get good sun, then it gets shaded by surrounding buildings.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-decorated. The breakfast buffet has a plethora of Asian and Western options. Did I mention the hotel also has a beautiful pool? The 101 is close to lots of spas and restaurants, and a private beach is available to guests a short walk away. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable navigating the area. I truly enjoyed my stay and did not want to leave.

I wish there had been more space to unpack my luggage in the room. There was a small closet to hang-up clothes, but there were no drawers to store other items. Otherwise, I can't think of anything.

We were a school group of 24 people (4 staff and 20 Y12 students). The hotel were very accomodating and were in contact prior to our visit. The staff were great, helping us with whatever we needed. The breakfast is really good and there are many good restaurants in easy walking distance. Retro Kitchen and 3 Monkeys were favourites for the students, walk out of the hotel and turn left, 3-4 mins walk. The meeting room was great for group meetings in the evenings (awesome aircon). Rooms are a good size, huge beds and great aircon. Overall an awesome stay - we will be back.

One night there was a loud group out on their balcony until midnight (lagoon access room), and if you also have a lagoon access room you can hear them very clearly. I spoke to management the next day and they said if it happened again to call them anytime and they would deal with it. Was all good the next night.

Great pool area Private beach area around 500m from the hotel. Towels were provided at the beach and also sunbeds. It was really low tide when we arrived so not great for swimming at that point Great staff Rooms were nice - however when booking it stated 2 single beds and 1 large double bed which was a bit confusing. We receive 2 single beds when expecting a double bed. Not an issue but it should be clearer in Booking. Breakfast is served as a buffet lots to choose from and it was really good.

Only issue we had was the noise coming into the room. Barking dogs, traffic and roasters made the sleep awful. Luckily we did only stay for 1 night because we would be really tired if staying more nights. It depends on which room you get aswell. Some balconies are towards the pool area, some are towards the road and backyard where all the noise is coming from

The property is lovely, fantastic staff, great breakfast which was included in room price. We had a duplex room which is a good size for a family, single beds in loft above & has its own air con. Downstairs is the master bedroom, large comfy bed & good bathroom. Patio is small & opens out to the village behind the hotel. Pool is nice although quite cool, some rooms ( lagoon) open onto the pool. Great wee cafe ( old brick?) down lane behind hotel, & lovely laundry lady also. This hotel is well positioned in Sanur & also has a section on the beach front for hotel guests.

The rooms at the back suffer from noise from the village, the dogs bark all night & the rosters start crowing early in the morning. This kept our family awake, it wasn’t a massive problem for us, but might be if you have young children. The steep stairs to the loft may also be a problem for young families.

Hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with our enquiries. Good breakfast spread every morning. Had a problem with the air conditioning in our poolside room, let reception know when we went down for breakfast and when we came back to the room after breakfast it was fixed. Well done.

The steps into the pool are very deep especially for an older person who could quite easily hurt themselves. A lot of guests also had the same to say about the steps into the pool as we were all around the pool for Nypei Day enjoying the quite time.

We booked 2 lagoon access rooms. Rooms were lovely and it was nice to be able to step outside and straight into the pool. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was included and the selection of food choices was exceptional, and different every day.

Not much to dislike about this property. Although one of the rooms we booked had a strong mould smell, possibly because it was a lagoon access room and right by the pool. However, once I brought this to the attention of staff, it was immediately sorted 😊

The room was fantastic especially as I booked the ones with pool access. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and clean and we enjoyed it night and day. The buffet breakfast was basic but nice and filling. Having the loungers attached to the Hotel free on Sanur beach was also a nice touch and we enjoyed the use of these. The location is also great as we could walk wherever we wanted to go and there are so many restaurants and shops in the road that you don't have to go far.

The hotel can be noisy and people seem to slam their doors, which echoes terribly at all times of the night. We also had some very noisy children who felt that our private balconies were part of their play area, but we really can't blame the hotel for the parent's lack of control.
