This was our second time in this property. It’s very nice, and one time we woke up late, but they still accommodated us for breakfast and we didn’t feel like they are rushing us or anything. Very polite staffs. Tirta spa is very nice. Very reasonably priced. I love balinese massage, and it’s very close to our room so I get to sleep right after the massage. Their in-room dining is also nice. They have good selection of food.

We rented the cabana with the plunge pool, it was nice but I always have to wait for the sun to come up because water is very cold. I planned to swim at night but couldn’t do so because the water is cold. They also forgot the happy birthday surprise that they confirmed they will do for my husband’s birthday . I couldn’t follow it up as my husband was with me all the time.

The location is perfect, right on the main street in Walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and bars, and only a 10min walk to the beach. The pool access room we got upgraded to at the back was really good. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough.

The wooden decking all around the pool areas is really dangerous with lots of loose screws, uneven and rotting in places. We have never had a squeaky bed so noisy in all the hotels we have stayed in, it was wooden but just made so badly. The hotel is a little dated and as others have said the walls are very thin.

The staff at the hotel were so welcoming always saying hello good morning etc. Krishna was absolutely fantastic. He showed us to our room and gave a detailed explanation of everything about the hotel. He said he was doing training while studying but please try and keep this young man he is fantastic! The pool is a beautiful big lagoon you can swim between both sides. Locatin is great and the food at the resturant is lovely. The bes was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. Everything was well kept and clean. Loved the fact there was a clothes rack for clothes.

Because we were right next to the walk way between the two pools it was a little noisy. The balcony area is a little disappointing with now where to really sit. But would still 100% stay again

The 101 Oasis is perfectly situated in Sanur. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside the property and the beach is a 10 minute walk or the hotel provide a shuttle bus at certain times. The pool is nice to cool down in and clean. The restaurant in my opinion could have been better. We ate breakfast twice and the 2nd time there wasn’t anything western to eat apart from eggs. We stayed for the NY dinner and arrived around 8.30pm. Unfortunately the welcome drinks had all gone but we weren’t offered anything else. I didn’t think that was fair when we paid the full price of a ticket. A complimentary glass of wine would have been welcomed. We have travelled across the world and I have never been asked to pay upfront for anything in a hotel. The 101 needs to be brought into the 21st century! Take card details and charge any extras to the room to pay upon departure. I requested an extra bed and I was told to come to reception to pay upfront. Rather annoying when you are staying for 4 nights and have had a long journey to be asked to return to reception. This was the same with breakfast we had to pay and get a ticket. The staff were all wonderful apart from the lady on reception who we met upon our departure. She was rather miserable to say the least.

Having to pay extras in cash or on card when we wanted them. Rooms need better sound proofing as they were noisy from other guests and staff early in the mornings.

First time to Bali for our honeymoon & loved our first stop in Sanur! The staff, from reception to house keeping & servers at the restaurant were incredible! So friendly, efficient and always greeted us and there to assist when needed. Gus, the pool bar attendant had fantastic energy and we loved chatting to him at happy hour. The Balinese dancing themed night at the restaurant was amazing, food very tasty, thanks to the chef cooking the bbq prawns, my husband absolutely loved these and went back for more all night! Breakfast had a good selection in the buffet too! We had a pool cabana room which was great to celebrate our honeymoon in.

Not a major concern, just an off water smell outside near the pool, coming from under the wooden boards in our cabana room, but didn’t affect our stay. Also the wooden doors don’t keep out the mozzies too well and we were a little worried of being bitten throughout the night.

Awesome location so close to the city centre. Everything was close by for my mum to walk. The staff were simply brilliant. Super friendly and helpful. Loved their smiling faces ❤️ They were always very attentive to my mum who was a bit wobbly on the steps. Breakfast was lovely. We loved the lady at the egg station. Ayu was also very helpful in the restaurant.

Beds - we had two single and they were rock hard. After the second night of disturbed sleep I asked if they had a topper or a spare pillow. Reception said they would sort it. They didn’t. It was lovely that we could walk out the back door of our room to jump in the pool. Pool was quite nice but poorly lit at night. The pool is split into two with a walkway in between. This meant that day and night kids and adults would dive under the water and pop out of the water right outside our room. A bit dangerous. Room - was a little rundown with a crack right through the basin. Door stoppers falling off, aircon leaking on the floor.

This was a last minute booking due to a change of plans. It far exceeded my expectations. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I wish I could recall everyone's names but I do recall Darma. The pool was great place to spend hot afternoons. As for the comment about the pool being in the shade this is a good thing. My last place was in the full sun making the water very hot and hard to sit pool side. The hotel has a beach shuttle although it is close by. It is good to get it the first time so you know where 101's beach loungers are (they have a set up no extra cost) The food is very good. Massages awesome. Just a convient location. They help me celebrate my birthday. I am definitely coming back here.

From the moment of arrival, I was greeted with the friendliest of smiles & very welcoming folk. My room was spotless & very nicely cared for during my stay. I have the best memories from my very frequent spa visits - thank you Pande and Winarti. I didn’t always make it to breakfast, but when I did, I very much enjoyed the variety of hot foods. I was introduced to dragon fruit smoothies and these I love ! I enjoyed on occasion, availing myself of the room service menu - delicious fare indeed. Whenever I passed Reception, I was greeted by name and I am amazed at how staff recall names !! Thank you for your very kind and generous welcome. I very much appreciated all that was done for me.

Hard to think about what not to like. Perhaps, a little thing, and as a solo traveller, I do enjoy watching some television late at night. I found it a little curious that there was not any HBO or any main movie channels, and also no station to watch the Olympic Games. Small details and they did not detract from the welcome and the attention given by all your hotel staff. Thank you.

Nice hotel, the staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable, room was private and internet worked well. The breakfast area was pleasant.

When I first arrived, the power in my room didn't work. This was not a great start. And the room smelled very damp. This quickly went away with the air conditioning. But it might be nice to have the room checked before I entered. Staff were friendly, especially the lady that ran the breakfast area. The pool areas are smaller than you might think from the photos. Hotel is a little run down, but all in all, it's a good place, well located and above average. I would be happy to stay there again.

Peaceful location, close to all necessities. Great pool, super friendly staff and good indo / western mix breakfast options. Legitimate money changer directly across the road, supermarket next door and only 10mins walk to the beach.

Booked room was advertised as a 2 room duplex, although it was really a single loft style room with king bed downstairs and 2 single beds up a steep flight of stairs. Only a single bathroom to share. It would have been cheaper for us to book separate rooms and benefit from 2 bathrooms and added privacy as travelling with another family member. Booked room sounded appealing but was not actually what was expected.
