The front office Ayu and housekeeping Sandita and his team were patient with heart warming smiles, going out of their way to communicate and to help. Many thanks to all the staff! Excellent location: walking distance for restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, spas and the Sanur Beach. Plus points: Spacious and bright. Good floor layout. Sufficient kitchen utensils and furniture. Cool air conditioning and comfortable beds. For a two starred accommodation, I stayed on the 1st floor terrace house for 6 nights, was more than good; in terms of cleanliness, comfort and value for money.

Please kindly rectify these for my next stay in December this year: I could not use any of the nonstick frying pans as they were badly scratched. The kitchen tap sprayed sideways. The bathroom basin mixed tap was often too hot as the cold water running at very low pressure; feeding insufficient cold water to balance the flow with the hot water. Please attend to black mould which was seen at the back-seal of the bathroom basin. The drying rack brackets were broken and could not stand up properly.

Loved all the room and resort facilities. Terrace House has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. All products updated daily and rooms cleaned to perfection. Size of room, really an apartment, was huge and included a separate dining/lounge area, kitchen and even had a washing machine in the large bathroom! Staff were very friendly, attentive to any and all requests and were very professional. The largest pool I've ever experienced in such a boutique accommodation in Bali and the price is outstanding for what you get at the Sayang Sanur Terrace House. Great central location within close walking distance to restaurants, convenience shops and beach. Entry down a lovely bamboo covered driveway away from any noise from the main road and also had an exit via the back of resort to the quiet backstreets. Stayed for 14 nights and could happily have stayed for much longer.

the location and staff are excellent here. This was my second stay and I love the place. The villa I stayed was on the first floor and was huge, really great place to stay. And the property not only has a swimming pool but a small gym and a little restaurant on site.

Fantastic central location, yet very quiet. Very well appointed, spacious apartment. As full-time travellers, it actually felt like a proper home for a month, with fully equipped kitchen, various seating options, private washing machine etc. with the luxury of daily servicing if we chose. Lovely pool & well equipped gym. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Every request was handled extremely quickly.

The only thing I would change would be the hand held over-bath shower (we were in upstairs apartment, not sure if ground floor apartments are the same), but I was aware of this situation before booking & opted to compromise as the property ticked every other box for us. Onsite restaurant menu is very limited and only open until 4pm each day. Didn't worry us, but worth considering if important to you. Almost infinite choice of great restaurants surround the resort.

We loved Sayang resort because it was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all lovely and friendly - particularly Ayu and Sandi. Our upstairs 1 bedroom with twin beds apartment was so spacious. Having a small kitchen and a large fridge, washing machine and a full water cooler was incredible. The air conditioning worked very well. The apartment was serviced daily which was very nice. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach path and close to lots of warungs, a small supermarket was just around the corner and it was also very quiet and we slept really well. The pool was beautiful and long enough to do laps - the water was quite warm but that’s to be expected in Bali - all pools and the sea are very warm. We highly recommend Sayang and will be back.

Nothing - it was perfect.

The room was everything you needed, clean and comfortable. We even had our own koi fish pond that we could feed. The pool area was fantastic, we spent a lot of time relaxing around it. The resort had a long driveway so not close to the road, you couldn't hear the noise from the road at all. The location was great, everything was within walking distance and there was a lane way across the road that took you to the beach. Close to lots of shops and restaurants and there was a supermarket 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was amazing and food was a great price, we didn't have to go looking for somewhere else to eat. Staff were always very helpful, friendly and happy. Overall a great place to stay, this was our first time to Bali. We will definitely stay here again

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

We stayed upstairs in the older one bedroom apartments. The staff are all delightful, helpful and cheerful. The environment with the large pool is very appealing as is the kitchen and washing machine. All very practical. The apartment also has a lounge area with dining table, chairs and t.v., giving the apartment a spacious feeling.

Nothing! Something trivial, two windows didn’t have latches so I could not have them open. I have not yet asked yet if they could possibly be repaired.

Comfortable mattress, great location near some fantastic restaurants and not far from beach, good kitchen with everything we needed, 32m pool which was great for swimming laps

I loved the location as right on the main street of Sanur and an 8min walk to the beach. Close to the action, plenty of restaurants around. The property is lovely from the minute you walk down the walkway. It's quiet as off the street a little and bamboo walkways to the apartments are abundant and cooling. Walking into the apartment, mine was 101, is a large front courtyard then walking into the kitchen dining room. Loved that there was a water dispenser in the kitchen. Full kitchen offered then walk through to the large bedroom and out through double glass doors to the back patio that is very private, ish. Shower is over the bath which thankfully was not slippery. Shower hot and strong. The apartment had a washing machine and enough hanging space for a load, plus washing powder supplied. The bed was very comfortable and easy to have a lay in. Walk out of your apartment along the bamboo cover and head to the pool. Great to sit around and chat to people. Had the breakfast two mornings and comparable to breakfasts out on the street. I loved the space and would definitely stay here again. Just a lovely peaceful space.

No patio furniture. I went and got a deck chair from the pool area. Otherwise no complaints

We have been going to Bali and outer islands for the last 15 yrs also many stays in the Sanur area. This is the highlight after many great stays we have just arrived home to Perth. We had a month in 109 great hoping to get back early next year for 2 to 3 month stay this is now the only place we will stay.We miss our fish who were happy to see use each morning. Great staff+++ hope to c u all in the new year stay safe and happy that makes us happy.🤣😍🤗
