the room was right by the pool. it was clean and spacious and in the perfect spot. the staff were friendly and the place is a little oasis . it is quiet , yet just set back from the busy road. 5 minutes from restaurants and shops etc. we loved the pool as we had it to ourselves most of the time.

the breakfast was a bit boring. but for the price it was ok. some guests said that they preferred to eat out despite paying for it beforehand. cereals seem to be a rarity in Bali, but banana pancakes are abundant.

The air con worked fantastically well & the pool was crystal clear and clean. In a hot humid climate like Bali, getting these two things right helps make the holiday a big success. The bed was very comfortable, clean soft towels on a daily basis if needed, the room price was great & the location of the hotel was perfect.... very near the restaurant strip & the beach.

The included breakfast could have been bigger, though some options were adequate. The eating area could be upgraded and made more comfortable, including fans.

Great location close to many restaurants and shops and to the little path that goes through to the beach. It was quiet at night which was great. Air-conditioning worked very well. Pool and gardens are attractive with some traditional architecture rooms (as well as a modern block of rooms which is where i stayed). Room was large and a bit basic but clean enough. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Really, it is everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would stay at Nesa Sanur again.

The Coffee! Ha ha. But that's okay because was very nice to walk along the street and try different coffee places.

Nesa is a small hotel just off the Main Street, location was excellent within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The restaurant next door had great smoothie bowls and lots of healthy options. Rooms were spacious with access to Netflix etc. The pool was good size for the accommodation and was always beautifully clean. It didn’t have full sun all day long so wasn’t too warm so you came out refreshed. Breakfast was typical for this type of accomodation. Our bed was comfortable and aircon worked well. .

You had to run the shower for 5 minutes before you got hot water!

Everything really, the location, the room, the staff, the pool, the gardens. We had a very pleasant stay.

It's not that it wasn't clean but a bit more attention could be given re the toilet for example - the seat and inside the bowl were good but the nooks and crannies etc weren't great. Also a drying rack would have been good, I did use the laundry in the street but there are some things you just want to wash yourself - Stating this as I am sure that it was listed when booking. In the scheme of things these were minor details as we enjoyed Nesa very much.

The room was right outside the ( very peaceful ) pool. we had our own patio area and it took just 5 steps from our patio to the edge of the pool. our room was spacious and clean. it was good value for money. the staff were friendly. it was just off the main road and very quiet at night. it was walking distance to the beach and local restaurants etc.

the breakfast was a bit boring...but it was ok. i just like my cereals and there were none on offer.

Tucked down an alleyway, so away from the bustle of the main road which helps limit noise from traffic and music - lovely refreshing pool, rooms though compact were well equipped (had to borrow hairdryer from reception) and clean. Rate included daily breakfast which you order and have prepared, we chose to eat out, but breakfast was well attended by other guests which we took as a good sign. Staff were excellent. Loved the lounge area with a choice of books to borrow. Would definintely recommend.

Hot water in the shower took a while to heat up, a good 5 minutes, but enough when it eventually arrived for a refreshing shower - no hot water in the hand basin for my hubby to shave.

both myself (25yr) and my dad (64yr) loved our stay at Nesa. We had the pool access rooms and they were the BEST. Right at the front and 2 feet from the cleanest pool we have seen in Bali. This hotel was everything we need. Rooms clean, tidy and a decent size. My showers hot water wasn’t coming on but staff fixed it straight away, the staff were so kind, smiling and helped straight away when needed.

Wouldn’t get the breakfast included, I tried all the options and non were that great. There is so many options out on the street I will just do that next time. The rooms did smell abit musty if you’re not there to have your door open with air to flow through the room not something I would complain about but thought I would mention.

Very spacious room. Quiet but central. Great value for money and friendly, helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect Good value for money I will definitely recommend to my family and friends First time in Sanur we enjoyed our stay Not very busy great for a relaxing holiday

Few little things about the hotel Should have some hooks in the bathroom so that you can put your clothes Also a towel rack on the balcony to dry your towels if you use the pool frequently
