The owner of this shop is friendly and very helpful. He often picks papaya and other home-grown fruits for us to share, and is also willing to help us buy some vegetables. The staff is also very friendly. This is a Balinese style and idyllic small resort, overall clean, simple, relaxing and quiet. We had a great nine days here. Thank you very much!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel located in between rice fields. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional hospitality of the staff and owners made our stay exceptional. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home, even treating us to some delicious traditional Indonesian cuisine and delicious fruits, allowing us to savor the flavors of the region. This personal touch truly added to the authenticity of our stay. The atmosphere at the hotel was simply awesome. Surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden, it was a tranquil oasis with a relaxing vibe. We found ourselves unwinding in this serene environment, far away from the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist spots. It's the perfect choice for anyone seeking a quiet retreat in the middle of beautiful rice fields, with exceptional staff, delicious food, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay at this seemingly family-run hotel. The private pool in our rented villa offered a truly delightful experience - a personal paradise to enjoy! It had a standout was the breakfast - particularly the egg noodles were notable. The staff was helpful with finding the Grabs who occasionally missed the driveway, ensuring a smooth transportation process.

While we appreciated many aspects of our stay, there were a few drawbacks. The bathrooms, while well equipped, were somewhat rudimentary and we encountered a few bugs. We also had to be vigilant about not leaving food out to avoid attracting ants. Communicating through WhatsApp for breakfast orders was hit-or-miss, though calling directly proved more effective. Note that it's advisable to have cash on hand for hotel-arranged transportation. Despite these issues, we managed to have an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful people working there, super nice, welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast and service. We felt like princesses ! The place is beautiful, probably the most beautiful place we stayed in Bali. We stayed at the private villa and had our private pool. This place looks like a dream from the entrance with all the plants and the pool to the private villa!

The villa is not in ubud but few km away from the center. You will need a scooter or a car to go to Ubud, and the traffic can be quite bad to enter Ubud. Also if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. The villa is located in the middle of a field, and it can get very very noisy at nights with all the animal noises (charming too!) Also one day was very noisy during the day due to harvesting + during the night with people singing in a megaphone in the temple near by (it has nothing to do with the staff and to be honest they didn’t even know that would be happening, but it woke us up at 11pm , 4am and 6am! Not sure if it happens a lot, but figured I would mention it)

this villa is the same like on the photos so it’s very beautiful and comfortable! we had an own pool and much space to chill. the personal was awsome they came to clean the rooms everyday but it was not necessary so we said that we don’t need it. the breakfast was very delicious and they made fried banana and I LOVED it!! so delicious! they organized motorcycles for us so the renter came and let the motorcycles at the villa and that was good because from villa to Ubud it’s about 20minutes. we really enjoyed it!

there is nothing negative I can say but it’s good to know that it’s not in the centre so you definitely need a motorcycle. and at the evening the insects start being very loud but just for 10-15minutes I’d say. but the hotel and the personal is awsome, I can’t say anything negativr about them.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Bali!!! Beautiful joglos (villas), refreshing pool and beautiful gardens, clean bedding and towels, quiet place nestled in the middle of rice fields, tasty breakfast, and the owners and staff are very kind and helpful!!! If you love nature then you will love staying here…falling asleep to the music of crickets and frogs, seeing the sunrise and sunset over the rice fields, and enjoying the beautiful plants and gardens that the owners nurture.

We booked the private pool villa for 4 of us and we had a really lovely stay. The staff are amazing, it was my friends birthday and they had managed to sort a cake for us at the last minute which was delicious and the owner even bought her some flowers! We had breakfast included and it was really yummy!

It could be a little cleaner but didn’t affect our stay. The location is abit out the way so you will maybe need a scooter or order grabs

The only thing I would change was I wish the food we could order at Nuana was more authentically local. Balinese cuisine is amazing and I would rather have ordered local food than western food. But the food was very well priced and tasty so we were happy enough.

Lovely grounds and nice room in nature with lovely staff ! Location is secluded, you do need to travel to get anywhere. But great for short stay or if you have transport. Food is limited but also amazing ! Would love to come back again one day.
