The breakfast was delicious. The location had gorgeous views. The grounds were in excellent condition. The staff were pleasant especially the Sicilian girl in the bar restaurant. The Jucuzzi was relaxing and the Steam room and Sauna were good. The swimming pool was clearly sectioned off. The bedroom was perfect for a family of four. Very clean and it had everything that we needed. All in all it is a lovely hotel.

We would have liked shower gel to be supplied in the showers at the Swimming Pool. Next time we will bring our own.

A great location beside Bundoran beach for a holiday. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable and bathroom a good size with a nice shower.

The front desk staff were professional but not friendly, which is unusual in Ireland. The lobby needs a refresh. The pool required bathers to wear a bathing cap, which I found odd - we did not go swimming.

Stayed in room 202. Lovely room with a view.

Ref: The bathroom. On one of the sinks, the cold tap was ‘dethreaded’, therefore only turning with no water coming out. As we had two sinks, it did not present a problem. Also the lavatory cistern did not shut off automatically, the excess water running into the bowl. A couple of pushes on the flush button resolved it each time. These were minor issues, not enough to have them dealt with immediately, and on checkout I referred them to reception.

Breakfast was lovely, staff very welcoming and pleasant. Pool was good for kids but deep so adult supervision is a must. Room was clean and tidy. Location is stunning views breathtaking and walk along cliffs amazing and refreshing. Nice wee park for kids and tennis court that my son used to play football tennis with his dad.

I know rooms r non smoking and it's not the hotels fault, but the guests in the room next to us were obviously smoking and the smell coming into our room was bad, especially with young kids and bring pregnant not idea. But again this wasn't the hotels fault just ignorant guests that should be more considerate.

breakfast was fine .

Room was disappointing, the shower was Absolutely Ridiculous you would have been better off standing out in the rain only one towel in the bathroom for 2 people and no hand towels. The door of the bathroom was hanging off by the top hinge so we couldn't close the door until we reported it to reception and the maintenance had to come and rectify it the bed was never made properly it was a case of the top sheets pulled back and dressed up but bottom sheets that we slept on were as we had got out of the bed . For what is supposed to be a 4 Star Hotel this is not acceptable.

We had a magnificent room overlooking Bundoran, with a large bathroom, super counter space, a little table with two chairs, as well as bedside shelves. Large windows letting light flood into the room, definitely want this room when I return!

Dinner time in the restaurant was very busy but we managed to convince the restaurant staff to squeeze us in. A group of elderly guests monopolized the restaurant to a great extent, lining up to get in etc. however we weren’t in a rush, so it wasn’t a huge issue for us. We were flexible and had excellent service by the young staff, we made sure they had an excellent tip too!

The leisure facilities were good. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, you have a lot of choices. The location of the hotel was the best because its near the beach and local attractions.

The only thing I didn't like was we couldn't turn on the heating in the room when it became cold in the middle of the night. They didn't have a play area for kids in the hotel, like a games room or an outdoor playground.

The room (153) was beyond expectations-modern, super clean, stunning views of the golf course. There was a warm welcome at reception on arrival (this makes a difference). The gentleman in the bar was efficient, exceptional (very dapper) and had very high standards of customer service.

The excessive noise from other families from 10pm/11pm onwards, however the staff at reception sorted it out. This is basic courtesy to other guests/ awareness of others. This cannot always be controlled by the hotel. Reception standards at night need to be the same at daytime. Reception`s main job is resolving issues. When resolving problems-use sorry, thank you etc.

The staff in the bar were amazing, went out of their way to find a hostess cart, and refilled the coffee packets and milk pots for us. The kids loved the breakfast buffet and making their own pancakes.

The only vending machine sold just snacks. It would have been nice to be able to buy a bottle of water. The bar staff were nice and gave us a pitcher of water to take back to our room.
