The room was clean with ample storage and amenities. The view was spectacular. Enjoyed meals and entertainment in the pub. Excellent breakfast with very attentive staff. And again, excellent views of the lake and mountains.

Our room was on the first floor overlooking the golf course so we had to close the drapes. The weather was very warm 20+, and the room was very uncomfortably hot. No top sheet on the bed, just a duvet that was much too heavy. Also, the radiator in our room was heated adding to the discomfort. Other than the heat and lack of a top sheet, we missed having washcloths. The towels were large and soft, but really, no washcloths???

- Rooms are beautifully designed. The wall was in a rich dark blue color, the bed has many throw pillows, the bed linens were of luxurious fabrics. - Resort was very big and had a lot to offer. - Golf club and lake right outside the premisses, great for taking walks. - Pub with stunning lake view and delicious food - breakfast, also with stunning lake view, in the restaurant above the pub. Great breakfast with a separate menu besides the buffet which was included. - great gym with a lot to offer (also with Sauna and swimming pool)

- the bathroom felt a little old/outdated in comparison to the rest of the room - the bathroom was also a little dusty and dire of some vacuuming

Apart from the above, we were happy with our stay, staff was friendly, hotel was clean and the surroundings were great and family friendly. Food and menu in the restaurant was brilliant

The shower was to powerful to shower the kids which was disappointing in a family room and you couldn't move the head or change the pressure. Also a staff member stood beside our table in the middle of the restaurant speaking in a different language which we found very unprofessional. The food in the bar was very disappointing as the kids seamed to be served frozen pizza which was not appetising and certainly not what we paid for.

opening the doors during the dancing at a wedding since 19 people i know contracted covid 19 after attending a wedding there. the door were shut and management refused to open them!!! it was a recipe for disaster

the view from the hotel is magnificent and all the staff from the front desk to room service to facilities and the sports center are gracious and accommodating and professionals!

Where do I start? Everything went perfect for us. Starting from the view wowwwww!!! Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing unreal food at the hotel restaurant 😋 our hotel room divine! Everything topnotch newly refurbished. Toiletries provided, tea coffee. Breakfast unreal!! The leisure facilities really good! Location 8 mins drive from city centre. Beautiful walks around the hotel. We got so lucky with the weather too 🌞 and last but not the least... The spa wowwwwww me and my friend booked massage and facial with Nora! The best therapist!!!! Amazing!!! Well worth every single penny. I didn't want the treatment to end. We had the best weekend. Thank you 😊

The location is perfect. There is a big park nearby, you can spend a whole day walking or taking a bike. City centre in 30 min walk via park. But the food in the hotel was nice at a reasonable price (in case you do not want to go to the city)

our room was opposite the car park - too noisy. But in general it was OK - we were so tired after the walk that did not notice

It was beautiful! Looking out at the lake view from the restaurant was photo-worthy every morning! The walk into town was about 30 minutes through the national park on a nice trail.

I had a country club vibe that isn’t our scene. Dinner was a bit ostentatious relative to the food, which was fine, but not exactly haute cuisine. Breakfast was great!

Beautiful hotel, well located. Tim the bar manager was exceptional so friendly and welcoming, reception staff were also friendly and made you feel comfortable.. other members of staff would just pass you out. No smiles or nothing.. a little more customer care training wouldn't go astray.

Breakfast staff were up tight and the food was OK. They could be a bit more friendly and welcoming, it's you were told wait out on a seat until called, and not a good morning or anything, a bit non inviting.

Diner at the restaurant was disappointing. One course we selected was not available although it was listed on the menu. Waiter's excuse was that they had had to accommodate large tourist bus loads which had exhausted supplies of that course! The place is huge and you almost need a golf cart to go to your room from the reception. Not a cozy, friendly place!
