The staff were very attentive. Example 1 when we asked for a cot for our room, as we were in the playground (about an hour) the cot was set up when we came back. Example 2 my wife is a diabetic and the serving staff in the restaurant were excellent when taking our dinner orders (my wife’s in particular was bespoke). Example 3 the staff ok the swimming pool have my wife a silicone hat as she is pregnant and was concerned with getting an ear infection, the staff also allowed her to keep the hat!

The only minor issue is that the Wi-Fi was very weak in our room and the pool area needs some maintenance, in particular the tiles at the edge of the pool.

The hotel offers an amazing view and is situated in a beautiful area. The food is delicious, catering to the whole family with a wide variety of options at reasonable prices. The breakfast is particularly excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the sauna and pool. The rooms are immaculate, with no dust and fresh, clean bedsheets.

The carpets could use more thorough cleaning. Finding hair on a freshly provided towel is unpleasant and should be addressed. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection is quite slow, which can be inconvenient.

We loved our short stay at the Castlerosse Park Resort! Wish we could have stayed longer. Killarney is such an amazing place and this was a great location for us with easy access to the town center and the things we wanted to do. The resort is a 10 minute drive from the Gap of Dunhloe and in the other direction a 10 minute drive from the town center. Located right off the Ring of Kerry, the resort is on a beautiful property with views overlooking the mountains. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again for a longer trip in the future!

The hotel staff were professional, welcoming and efficient. We enjoyed the live piano music in reception as we checked in. The food was superb with a variety of menus to choose from. Breakfast was top class and once again the staff were fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious and the ritual products were a nice touch. The spa experience was excellent. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the trails and cycling routes. Thank you to all the staff for a luxurious stay. We will certainly return. Martha and Seán Lynch

Room was nice, breakfast was good, and lovely location. We used the pool which was very nice, After a long day riding motorbikes

Some of the staff were nice But I would say there was around five or six that seemed like they didn't really care if they were there or not, I've worked in hotels since I was 6 year old and the customer service needs looking at, and training better.

The room was clean with ample storage and amenities. The view was spectacular. Enjoyed meals and entertainment in the pub. Excellent breakfast with very attentive staff. And again, excellent views of the lake and mountains.

Our room was on the first floor overlooking the golf course so we had to close the drapes. The weather was very warm 20+, and the room was very uncomfortably hot. No top sheet on the bed, just a duvet that was much too heavy. Also, the radiator in our room was heated adding to the discomfort. Other than the heat and lack of a top sheet, we missed having washcloths. The towels were large and soft, but really, no washcloths???

Very quiet and relaxing place. The breakfast had really nice variety. We had dinner on one evening, the food was really delicious and nicely presented. We had a seafood chowder on the other evening, and it was one of the best we ate in a really long time. We also liked the pool and the jacuzzi.

The golfers taking over the carpark when they are waiting for each other, and they wouldn’t move. Can’t mention anything bad against the hotel, all was nice.

Very good hotel. Great views over the Killarney Lakes and MacGillicuddy Reeks. Entertainment in the bar was very good. The leisure was very good - 20m pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Lovely grounds with a 9 hole golf course. Choice of bar food or restaurant where table d'hote menu was set at 45 euro pp for three courses and coffee. Overall very satisfactory.

Golf not included in the price but prices were low - 9 holes only 17 euros. A family hotel so expect noisy kids.

- Rooms are beautifully designed. The wall was in a rich dark blue color, the bed has many throw pillows, the bed linens were of luxurious fabrics. - Resort was very big and had a lot to offer. - Golf club and lake right outside the premisses, great for taking walks. - Pub with stunning lake view and delicious food - breakfast, also with stunning lake view, in the restaurant above the pub. Great breakfast with a separate menu besides the buffet which was included. - great gym with a lot to offer (also with Sauna and swimming pool)

- the bathroom felt a little old/outdated in comparison to the rest of the room - the bathroom was also a little dusty and dire of some vacuuming
