Staff were exception. Bar and restaurant nice place to be in. Food very good.

Parking is one of the pay & display car parks. Hotel has no car park. They will refund up to €3 a day but distance we had to park with rain etc.

The breakfast was very good- our room was very comfortable and the personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location - exactly down-town and excellent starting point for all excursions. Very comfortable and large beds. We asked for a fridge and the hotel provided one, without extra cost. The rest amenities were very good, while the breakfast was very rich.

The room could be more spacious and the view could be better (we had a view on the roof of the building nearby). However, the room was comfortable, although I found it overpriced (despite we booked the room a few days before our arrival through booking we found out - on our arrival date - that the same room was offered on a lower price on the hotel's website). The bathtub did not have a shower head but only a shower.

The location of the hotel was very central with shopping, pubs and restaurants just outside the doors. Loads of Irish music being played in many of the pubs. There’s parking for €3 for 24 hrs only a short walk from the hotel and the hotel reimbursed us for the fee. Very nice staff. Excellent choice if you like to be in the center of town.

The staff were all very friendly, very efficient and seemed to really care about providing good service. The swimming pool area of the leisure centre was excellent (we didn't use the gym). In addition, the breakfast was great - loads of choice and good flavours. We also had food in O'Donoghue's pub which was also excellent. Our room was very comfortable.

Not a real issue but it took us a bit of time to get the air in the room to the right temperature for us but I think that was more our inexperience of the controls than any actual problem.

Staff in all locations were excellent. The Hotel has a main bar and restaurant and 3 other bars that all serve food and drink. The food in each was one was different going from very casual to more formal. Staff were excellent in all locations.

The leisure centre pool and gym were quite small. The steam room was first class. The jacuzzi was part of the main pool, so water is not as warm as a stand alone jacuzzi. I can see that the site has restrictions on space and has had to build a smaller leisure centre. But overall stay in the hotel was near perfect!

The staff were so friendly and very welcoming. A special mention to Mike (Michael) who checked us in at reception. He was exceptional and even gave us a bottle of wine as he found out it was our anniversary. I have to say every member of staff was so nice, approachable and nothing was a problem for them. Food was exceptional also, hotel was spotless clean. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, no exaggeration!!

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about this stay. Had a great time

Location was perfect, very central. Once we parked the car, we could leave it there for the night. Loads of entertainment and venues within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was perfect, even though there was a big crowd for breakfast, it did not feel over crowded. We were shown a table straight away and were able to help ourselves with self service from there. Did not feel rushed even though there were a lot of patrons there. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and area was very quiet during the night. we had a great sleep.

Great location in the centre of Killarney. Friendly staff and room was clean. Perfect for a night away and would definitely book again.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Killarney. There is a lovely Bar with music every night attached so nice to juswt need to pop upstairs.

Even thought the food was enjoyed. The menu didnt have any snack/sharing options in the bar. It would have been nice if the evening menu options in Scruffys on the other side was available in the bar too.
