I liked that the room was spot on clean and also have Netflix on the TV for me and my partner to watch on and the bathroom was fabulous and the room where all the lights were for the tables was absolutely beautiful it brough out all the colours in the dresses at the debs and I would go there again the only difficulty is the location and the transport to actually get there. Over and all everything was fabulous.
I honestly wasn't a fan of the food that was served at the table on the debs the starters were okay, the main course was cold and slightly raw in the middle of the chicken I didn't wanna feel like a bother or be a rude person to get it made for me again so I left it off but the chocolate fudge cake for dessert was absolutely amazing I loved it.

Good location just at the edge of Clonmel. Plenty of shops and food outlets on your doorstep. Leisure Centre looked very impressive but unfortunately I didn't get time to fit it in. Nice lobby with seating area to relax. Breakfast self-service, good. I asked for a 'Room with a view' and got it, with lovely views of surrounding countryside and tillage fields of corn.
TV was out of order, but they repaired it within 30 minutes. The sink was also clogged but after repairing TV, I didn't want to bother staff again. Staff were helpful but not that welcoming. Breakfast room staff were very polite. These are only small things as overall it's a good place to stay.

The hotel hit all the right notes: the room was spacious and well appointed, with a nice big picture window looking out over the Knockmealdown Mountains. The bed was super-comfortable, the shower was excellent. The location is hard to beat, just off the main road in from the motorway, on the shoulder of the town without being too remote, very handy for our travels in South Tipperary. The food was good, both breakfast and dinner. It was a Bank Holiday, so the place was packed, the staff just about kept up with demand at dinner time. The Events Manager Emma Walsh was brilliant in organising a location in the hotel for us to broadcast from, to use as a backup if our plan for broadcasting from South Tipperary fell through. The whole time I was dealing with her, I felt I was in good hands, always being kept up to date with developments.
There was some confusion about when breakfast was served until. I had been assured by the Events Manager that breakfast on a Bank Holiday was served until 11 am. This was important as we had broadcasting commitments in South Tipperary from very early, and wanted to get back in time for a cooked breakfast. We got into the restaurant to find it almost empty, and the staff believing breakfast stopped at 10:30. A handful of guests were at the hot buffet, waiting on items like rashers and eggs to be brought in, not happy with the delay. It all got resolved, the staff kept serving, but it was an unnecessary distraction for everyone. The breakfast itself was excellent, worth waiting for.

Very well run hotel. I arrived on an early flight and arrived a bit before the check-in time. The staff were really helpful in accommodating my family and I to check-in right away. The place feels new and clean. It is well located near a Super value and a few shops and restaurants and not far from the town center. It is also well located near the Cork - Dublin road so it is an easy stop off point for those traveling that route. We used the pool area and it was nice and spacious and well maintained. I would easy return.
No issues at all.

The room had been newly refurbished and was clean and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel refurbishments were ongoing and we’re being carried out on our floor and, on our last morning, directly outside our room. After our first night’s stay our room was not serviced so we had to call to ask for toilet rolls. Due to this fact and the building works I think our room had been overpriced, especially as all we could see out of our window was the roof of an adjoining building.

Staff were amazing. The housekeepers went above and beyond and made our kids day when we came back from our day out. They put their pyjama's out with a biscuit for each of them and had their teddies ready and all on the bed
Our only issue was the room we were in was right next to the plant room which runs night and day. The noise was the only issue, with the window closed it was very loud, couldn't have the window open especially during the warm weather. Other than that everything was perfect

Very nice hotel. Had food in the bar on our first night and it was very tasty. I also sampled a 'Sex on the Beach' and it was yummy. Had breakfast both mornings and we both liked that it was self-service. Great variety of food to choose from. The room was lovely.
The temperature in the room was too hot. And we couldn't open out our window as it only opened so far for safety reasons as we were above a roof. But the fact a fan was provided in the room helped us cool down, only we didn't want to leave it plugged in during the night so we slept on top of the duvet.

Every thing was highly commendable.. From customer-friendly staff, lovly meal and the entire place "spotlessly clean, tidy and very comfy-cosy and I was particularly impressed by the recent re-vamps especially in the Bar!
The beds were so VERY comfortable and the linen "top-quality" altogether yet as a friend to ALL the great things this hotel has to offer, I might advise ( with TOTAL courtesy and respect ) to keep a careful eye on the "drying-process" for the sheets and pillow-cases as there was a definite somewhat burnt odour from same which I'm sure could be easily rectified..

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and the staff always friendly and helpful the rooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable
The food is good but overpriced for what it is, especially breakfast The room was a bit to warm for me and the decor is starting to become dated and worn. Shower temperature couldn't be controlled very well. Either very hot or boiling hot! TV channels very limited
