It was nice to be in our own little chalet. We had everything we needed. They even provided orange juice and milk in the refrigerator, as well as cereal, yogurt, and cinnamon rolls. Stephanie and Bridget were very nice and when we’re in town again, we will come back to stay there. We had been traveling for 10 days and asked if we could possibly use their washing machine and dryer in their house to wash some clothes. They happily took the clothes that we needed washed and returned them the same evening washed and dried and folded up in a bag. This was beyond accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Cashel.

What a find! We were travelling from Rosslare to Killarney and looked for a place to stay the night on the journey (we arrived there at about 20.15). It was easy to find, our host welcomed us in a very friendly way and we were VERY pleased with the accommodation. New, spotlessly clean, good size, cosy and comfortable. We also appreciated the breakfast. A great place for a stopover on a journey and the little kitchenette - with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle - was very handy. It is very conveniently located for Cashel, which is a great place to visit (extraordinary history to explore in and around 'the Rock', with very good facilities in the town).

There were NO problems.

Large cabin - lots of space with dining table and chairs, kitchenette w microwave, fridge. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Easy driving distance from restaurants and sites in Cashel.

Continental breakfast was meager - only two small juices and yogurts in total for us for two days. No fruit. Only instant coffee available. Lots of cereal and bread. Dining table and the floor had crumbs on them from previous occupants, but rest of room, kitchenette, and bathroom were clean.

Lovely little chalet within driving distance of Cashel. The bed is super comfy which was my highlight - I didn't want to leave! It was lovely to have breakfast included, it was a good spread of cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc. Really good value and I'd recommend.

The only thing that would make it better is ground coffee! Only instant was provided, whereas I think providing some real coffee would make the stay perfect. Luckily I had brought some with me, otherwise would have been venturing out for breakfast.

The chalet we stayed in at Kingstown House was adorable! Vaulted ceiling, kitchenette, full bath and shower. One big bonus for us was a nice visit by "Ed Sheeran," the orange tabby cat they call "Irish Ed!" Bridget and her daughter Stephanie were so nice and enjoyable to talk with. The chalet was spotlessly clean and stocked with a wonderful continental breakfast including pastries, bread, jams, juice, fruit and coffee/tea. We slept so well and would definitely return!

We liked everything!

Lovely location just outside of Cashel. Our hostess waited for us to arrive even though she had important personal matters to attend to. The room was lovely. Not fancy, but everything we needed. We bought a few eggs, and microwaved a delicious omelet fir breakfast using the cheese, milk and bread that was in the frig. There was also yogurt, fruit and cereal. Loved watching the lawn Rumba at work, and made friends with their kitty, who looked like my dear passed away Tequila Gold. ( my 13 yr. old son named him, and that son is now 47). I would stay at Kingstown House, Chalet #1, again if I am ever her again.

There were a one little sweet rolls that really weren't tasty at all. A granola bar or Kind Bar, etc. would be much better.

This is an interesting little set up. The accommodations are some sort of pre-fab tiny homes set up on the grounds of the owners' home. They are quite comfortable. Ours had a little deck on it with double doors that open onto it with a table and couple of chairs. It had a spotless kitchenette with some breakfast cereals, milk, juice, teas, coffee and breads. There is a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and something to heat up water. The bed was comfortable. The towels were scratchy; I think they are dried outdoors. Our hostess was friendly and informative and made good recommendations for where to dine and hear live traditional music in town. We enjoyed our brief stay and would return.

It was great to have a quiet, comfortable space with WiFi to study for a work exam in. I was able to park right outside my accommodation. The chalet felt warm, cosy, private, and secure. I would definitely stay again. The owner was very responsive when I asked for tea bags via the booking app. Within 3 minutes I had a smiling face at the door with a splendid amount of tea. The shower was wonderfully strong and hot. All in all, the chalet was a little capsule of perfection for my needs. Oh and kudos on providing lovely mugs rather than dinky little cups.

Be prepared for a few sharp turns and for very narrow rows.

The chalet was very conveniently located for my business trip to Cashel. It was comfortable, had a good table to work on and the small kitchenette was very handy. It had all I needed for a short two night stay. In addition, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the chalet's location was very quiet.

Some illumination at the end of the drive would have made it easier to find from the road.

The Kingstown House was a perfect rural lodging for our overnight stay in Cashel. The hostess, Bridget was very friendly, kind and helpful during check in and upon our departure. We enjoyed the small independent standing "cottage" with small kitchen and rural views of fields and livestock. Bridget was very accommodating in providing some gluten free food choices for my husband who is Celiac.

Nothing! Everything was great!
