Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Vivienne, made us feel right at home. Bar staff were also extremely attentive and assisted us with directions and suggestions of where to visit and how to catch public transport.

Had a bad experience in the lift with ? Ukrainian refugee and we were actually quite frightened by her behaviour towards us (we couldn’t understand what she was saying to us and she became quite angry). We were then very cautious about getting in the lift with other people.

Everything was great! Helpful, efficient staff, lovely room with extra pillows and plenty of outlets, and I like the trash can having a section for recycling. Love the location, as it's slightly removed from the noise and bustle of downtown but is a short and interesting walk from the city center. We hope to stay again!

I would have loved a nightlight in the bathroom. Also, on the Saturday night of our stay, some other guests were noisy very late at night while coming back from bars while we were delirious from international travel and desperate for sleep. I've seen signs in some hotel hallways about quiet hours and wonder if that would help.

The room was extremely huge. We were given a room with a double bed and 3 single beds (there was only 2 of us). The bathroom was also very large. The bed was comfortable and all the usual room amenities were available including coffee and cookies (biscuits). We did not take advantage of the hotel amenities but there are restaurants, a bar, a pool, and probably more.

The location is a little awkward to get to depending upon how you arrive. We had to park our rental car in a garage a few minutes away as there wasn't enough on site parking.

Room spacious,modern and clean. Location pretty central.

On arrival we decided to pay for breakfast for the morning. We paid by cash. On arrival for breakfast the staff member could not find our booking/payment for breakfast. We were directed to reception, at which we were questioned about our payment & told that no cash was accounted for on the night before. Eventually, we were told to 'go ahead' for breakfast. On departure I asked if they had found the breakfast booking and told yes. We did feel a little uncomfortable having to go through the questioning and delay in getting to our breakfast. We felt like we were not being believed... that we had paid for our breakfast.

loved the place, location great, VFM, allowed to check-in when we'd arrived which meant we didn't have 6 very exhausted hours to kill - friendly and helpful check-in and bar staff on the main.

some staff a little on the rude side, one member not on shift (I assume as she knew everyone by name) sat next to the bar working on laptop but constantly using on her phone on loud speaker, another who seemed to know all the staff didn't acknowledge me or my partner in a broken foot boot when she pushed past us as I was holding door open for my partner Tv in room a little on small side and quite low down in relation to the bed otherwise trip would've been perfect.

Good location

everything was good to very good. The rooms were advertised as executive king rooms and were priced for same. When we stayed - the rooms would be considered standard room - good standard, but didnt see what drove them to be classified as king executive rooms and then charge on room rate was high >350€ through 3rd party booking site.

price for the room Car park was full to the brim and still letting cars in when we arrived - GAA match was clashing on the day. Would be good to hold some spaces for hotel guests / close the carpark when it was full and let hotel guests know of alternatives

Everything was really clean. The bed was super comfy. The location it's great. Although it's not low cost, the stay it's cheaper than in similar options with the exact same characteristics. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast it's on until 11am wich is pretty good since usually its finished way earlier. Also at 11 it's the check out. The pool starts at 8am and that was great, usually can't get in before 10. They even allowed us to do the check in 30 min before the set hour with no extra charge. Really enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

If you driving know that the parking it's challenging since it's a pretty big hotel so check your options before arriving there. It's wasn't an issue for us but in the room we could listen to the guests in the next room over if they raised theyr voices, we were lucky there was no drunk teenagers or crying kids sleeaping next to us.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We arrived before check-in time after a hospital appointment, but our room was already ready. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults and one child. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The leisure centre was a fantastic bonus, and the staff—especially the receptionists—were friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location was ideal. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next stay
