We didn't get breakfast as we lay on after a great night, but we had breakfast here before and enjoyed it. Staff and everyone were friendly and helpful 🙂

Everything was a good standard and can't think of any negative vibes.

Rooms lovely and quiet and modern and clean. Food beautiful.

We ordered food at 1810 and were going to a gig in the hotel at 2000. At 1900 we had to ask about food. Tables either side who had ordered food long after us had got their food. Explained that we were attending concert and doors open at 7. We had tickets for the group on our phone but friends who were travelling to the concert couldn't get in without us because all tickets on the one booking. We missed out on desert, ourselves and friends stressed about the gig. Staff accepted complaint and apologised but didn't suggest a discount for poor service, offer a drink or even to reserve seats so we could enjoy the meal.

Location. Location. Location. You just can't beat being right on the triangle in Donegal with an easy walk to the pubs and to the castle. Hotel was easy to find, and the parking area was just a short walk away. Staff, for the most part, were great.

There was no special charm about the hotel, it was just a hotel. There were a lot of people in the dining room for breakfast and that wasn't a problem for us, but maybe for our server who was a bit cranky.

Accommodation perfect clean and comfortable. Plenty of space in the bedroom and big bathroom. Food was brilliant in the bar. Didn't have to wait long for a table. Staff excellent and very helpful and friendly. Great location central to everything. Very easy and quick check in ans lots of information given.

Rooms to the front of hotel noisy as buses pull in right in front of the hotel. I had a room at the back of the hotel and never heard a sound.

Well situated on the main street, friendly staff, Stephanie at reception was very friendly and welcoming 😊Our room was lovely,3 traveller's, we had 2 single beds and a double, great size of room and looking down at the diamond outside. Beds were very comfortable, we all had a great nights sleep, bathroom lovely with a selection of toiletries 😊 we had dinner that evening in the bar ,the fish was delicious, breakfast the nxt morning was delicious, a great selection. Have stayed here a few times and definitely will be back again, a great hotel if you're planning to visit Donegal 🇮🇪💚

I loved the hotel, the room was very clean and spacious. It was in a good location in the middle of Donegal town with lots of shops, restaurants etc within walking distance. We stayed here because we were attending a wedding in the locality, we found the barmen and restaurant staff very helpful and friendly.

I felt it was very expensive as it was room only and it had no car park for guests. We had to park down the street, pay at the meter and walk up to the hotel, about 5 mins walk, in the pouring rain with all our clothes and suitcases. This was not mentioned on the website and I feel that we should have been advised so we would have been better prepared before we left home. We would have googled parking and this would have saved us driving around in the rain trying to find a parking spot.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean. Cocktails were fab.

Wind whistled through the window all night (but no draught) - but beds comfy so no problem sleeping. Was told that breakfast was served up to 10.45am, which was actually incorrect but we were refunded cost of breakfast immediately by very helpful staff member. Foyer very lacking in atmosphere - and seating - used to be MUCH more buzzy. ALL staff impressively helpful and friendly.

Location was very good. Clean and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t realise that you had to pay for parking and they informed us about it and could give us change to pay for it.

Parking was difficult as not a lot of space. Bud constantly pulling up out side and with people coming off not a lot of space on the footpath. The hotel could do with updating as carpet’s quite worn out . No iron in the room had to get one from reception. Had the bar food in the evening I was disappointed with the fish small portions and the chips were bitty like cheap frozen chips, muddy peas a tiny spoon full asked for more and they came out in a tiny sauce pot. We didn’t eat there again found a lovely cafe which served a fantastic Donegal breakfast where the staff were super friendly

Location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Street parking was difficult to find. I liked the fact that the reception staff didn't want to put us on the 1st floor since there was an event and it was quite noisy in the lobby. But it was a little strange that the elevator only went to the 3rd floor so we had to walk down a few hallways before getting to the stairs that led to the 4th floor to get to our room.
