Very clean and modern, lovely interior. The room was exactly like the photos. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. Shower was really good. Coffee machine in the room with coffee pods provided was a lovely touch. We were going to a show in Vicar Street so the location was perfect. Parking was a 3 min walk so quite handy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Don’t think it was made very clear about the parking situation. You have to mark in the nearby sister hotel which was a 3 min walk, still very close but we had to go in and ask when we arrived because we weren’t sure. Other than that it was perfect!

Great experience overall. Rooms were spacious enough. I love that you can purchase drinks downstairs and snacks. We also felt like the location was great - saved us a ton by taking the 9-10 minute walk to the center of the city. Also quieter.

I do wish the sheets were fitted, and that there was an easier way to dispose of trash outside of handing a clear bag of garbage to the front desk. Also would love to see breakfast during the week run a little past 10am as we didnt plan to jump up on vacation by 9 to make sure we could head down in time.

Very good location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to make walking to the main sites or to public transport for further flung places easy. Room was a decent size to feel comfortable in and bed was good size and comfortable. Bar and food available till late so when we got back late from the concert we were attending we could still get a drink and food. Very clean, very quiet and easy to find from the airport bus. Special mention for manager Elizabeth who provided excellent customer service.

We'd have liked information about the city to be available - there wasn't even a map so when we walked out of the door we wouldn't have known which way to turn! Some local info about where the hotel is located within the context of the city would be useful to all travellers.Lots of staff seemed to be at the early stages of their training and weren't too sure how to deal with needs but they tried very hard, and again, thanks to Elizabeth for bridging the gap.

The check in was very nice. There is a loading zone right across the street which was nice for unloading. The elevators work very well. The rooms aren't large, but we weren't expecting them to be. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and the fridge was very nice too. The shower was roomy and worked perfectly. The room was clean and comfy and we felt secure here and in the areas outside the hotel. The location wasn't bad and the hop-on, hop-off bus stop was just a few blocks away. There was a Lidl just 3 blocks away for groceries which was nice too. We didn't try the restaurant downstairs, but did see some food down there and it looked pretty good. We would stay here again if we were in town.

The rooms were small enough the bed had to be against the wall. This meant that one person had to climb out of the foot of the bed to get out of bed. It was definitely a pain to have to do this. There is no parking available, but we knew this beforehand.

Staycity Tivoli is a good location for a city break. close enough to the centre and handy for other restaurants and attractions. The rooms are compact, especially for three people, but ok for a few nights. Our room wasn't as requested on arrival but this was quickly sorted and was all fine in the end. I would say the staff on the front desk were excellent in this respect and my thanks goes to them, Monica and the team were super helpful and friendly too. Well done to the staff.

The request for the beds arrangement made on Booking wasn't communicated to enable us to check in smoothly, but we were offered a complimentary drink while we waited and also a free breakfast the next day as compensation. So well done to the front desk staff for knowing how to solve this and satisfy your customer. Breakfast was good too, so much appreciated.

The front desk staff were really nice and welcoming, either during the day or night. The locations was central and close to some of the main attractions by a short walk. The room layout was one of the best I've had for a studio apartment! The space was also more than enough for 2 people. It had all the essentials for a quick meal. Espresso coffee machine and "unlimeted" coffee, as you could request refills at the front desk. Same happening for tea bags and soluble coffee. The telly would have a QR code to access sightseeing recommendations, as well as places to eat.

The food and drinks menu were not great, although enough for a quick bite. Only pizza and some ciabattas.

1. Location was just *okay*. Close to main road but lots closed or boarded up on the side street the hotel was on. Front door room key use after 8pm was great though but I wouldn't really bring a family or spouse here for a trip. Great hotel for me though! 2. Room view was of barbed wire fence covered wall and graffiti. No privacy with window shade open and not a "nice" view. Again not for romantic or family trip. Not bad for me though. 3. The shower in my room had a gap in the floor of the shower door which allowed water to easily spill out onto the bathroom floor. Room 243. Ample towels but might want to check that.

Clean and well equipped room, great large shower, comfy bed and the small kitchen with fridge are handy even for a short stay. Approx 10 minute walk to central area Temple Bar, Guinness Storehouse etc which is ideal but situated in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood away from the crowds. We chose to visit the nearby Two Pups cafe for great coffee and breakfast was which excellent and highly recommended!

Air conditioning panel did not work/was tricky to understand no instructions provided, had to ask for help! Price on the high side for an 'apartment' style hotel room lacking some 'normal' hotel services my mind is still not made up on the pros/cons of this type of property!

Clean, bright, really nice vibe and convenient location. 3 adults and glad we got two rooms this gave a bit of space… comfy beds. Good luggage storage, decent breakfast - it is a cooked + continental. Aircon worked fine to get temperature in room ok. Easy walk to Guinness, Chester Beatty, Temple Bar area for eating.

Booking.com photo of studio with floor-ceiling windows needs to change as most are not like this. Rooms are quite small - Our double bed was against the window so only accessible from one side - beware anyone with mobility issues. Others also be wary It would be very crammed with 3!

Closeness to the city centre and all the attractions, within walking distance and there were plenty shops and bars in the vicinity. The kitchenette facilities were excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly.. Everywhere was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room we got was not the one in the image when booking. Despite that, we had a lovely time and would go back to the City Suites but would request a specific type of room.

I didnt like the fact that the bed was against the wall at one side so it was a nuisance when getting in and out without disturbing the other person. The spare sofa bed was so close to the TV that you really had to sit on the bed to watch the TV. It would have been preferabe if there was room for the sofa bed to be used as a sofa for viewing the TV.
