The rooms are clean and the linen is crispy white.

They need to consider allowing guests to choose if they want a room with females only or a unisex room. It's creepy to wake up in a room with unknown men. That can be dangerous if a female traveler is alone in a 4-bed room with 3 male roommates.

I liked the atmosphere and decorations. The bartenders and front desk were really nice. I also loved the theme nights. It was clean and had friendly staff. The hostel also has alot of places to hang out and meet people. I would stay here again.

Being a broke traveler I can't offered to go out every meal I was really disappointed there wasn't a kitchen. The bouncer was really strict also when I came back without my room key. The games in the lobby you also have to pay for after you already paid for a room. The drinks were also very overpriced compared to a pub like 4 buildings down.

The Staff were very friendly and very nice. The bathrooms within the Hostel were very clean and tidy! The dorm that I stayed in was also very clean with nice clean bed sheets and a good mattress! The Hostel had a really cool bar area downstairs on the ground floor with really cool lights. Really cool vibes in there. The Hostel also has a food menu with nice options on it. The Hostel also has a vending machine near to the reception desk which I think is a nice idea. I'd definitely give this Hostel a go if you are planning to stay somewhere nice in Dublin that's not too expensive. It's also less than a minutes walk from the luas line and a bus stop! I'll be back again for sure.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They welcomed me and informed me well about all things hostel related as well as the nearby restaurants and the like. The rooms were big enough and had all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable.

The cleanliness of the communal bathrooms, showers and toilets was lacking. This was not due to the staff cleaning poorly but rather due to some of the guests being..less than ideal human specimens. Cleaning more often might solve this issue. Definitely bring slippers for walking through the communal areas.

They have set rules in place to ensure a decent and respectful stay with regards to common areas being for socialising, and the dorms to be respectfully for quiet and sleep (as we all have different schedules). The common area is large, welcoming, and helps engage in socialisation, but if you prefer to be away from people, there are areas for that as well. Karaoke, seeming every night invites guests from all over the world to sing their hearts out, and the outside area seems recently gentrified (less riff raff than you'd have elsewhere).

Looking back, there really wasn't anything that hurt the trip. The dorm beds each come with a reading light and plugs to charge your devices, and everyone in the 6 Bed 3 Bunk dorm room that I stayed at for two nights were quiet and respectful. If I had to complain.. the door to the male bathroom/shower area on floor 2 slams loudly.. but that's it.

Atmosphere , friendlyness .

Every floor has 24 rooms and every room 8 pax. Almost 200 beds for floor. But for male has to go only one big bathroom area and Girls opposite. If you need to pee you need to rin almost 100 meters marathon. 😀 when it is possible please split it two floors. Like ten baths one floor , 10 baths one floor instead of 20 in one floor. 🙏🙏 There was no kitchen one hostellers and no water facility. Only option 2.5 eu half liter option was not fisible. Beside that is liked it.

Service was prompt and always someone at reception. They are the place's best asset and were extremely accommodating, friendly and sound out. I was coming in late (12.00) so it was good to have someone there to meet and explain. Whilst Saturday night had a good few people staying and bar was busy, it wasn't noisy. Beds are typical hostel size (but it is a hostel, not the Hilton!) but were clean and had own separate light, plugs and locker. The bathrooms and showers were clean and latter available at all times. Great location off the Luas tram stop and a few 100 meters from Heuston Train Station. A short walk too from the City Centre and a lot of other facilities (Museum, Guinness Brewery, Phoenix Park, Stoneybatter). Ideally, this hostel is more suitable to groups of young backpackers, but I was grateful for it as needed in short notice. It does what it says on the tin and it does it well.

Heating on made it difficult to sleep first night, but then it was probably hottest this summer. Could've done with a second pillow, but then I'm awkward out. On the flip side, there was one or two pedantic issues, but even though it was 12.00 midnight, the staff behind the front desk sorted it in no time at all.

We arrived super early, but because we had a private room, it was ready for us. Yay! Even if it hadn't been ready, the property offers luggage storage. There were lots of breakfast places nearby for us to grab a quick meal. Overall, the location is excellent, close to shopping, the river, the Temple Bar area, and restaurants. Aside from price, the main reason for selecting this property was its' proximity to the Jameson experience, which was our main reason for spending a night in Dublin. The shower had great water pressure. The linens were comfortable.

The room was hot. There was only one small window that opened. Fortunately, the front desk was able to provide with a fan, which helped a lot. My husband said there was a good bit of partying in the streets in the wee hours that woke him up. I am hard of hearing, so didn't notice. I think that's to be expected, given that it's a fairly large hostel and tourist area. Maybe remember to pack some earplugs if street noise bothers you :-)

Felt really safe. There was security at the entrance and you need to use your keycard in the elevator. The bunkbed was clean and spacious. Windows were able to be opened so there was always fresh air. Staff was friendly enough. They apparently gave me an upgrade to accommodate my request to have a lower bunk, which is very nice. The price was definitely top-notch for what I got!

I didn´t particularly care for the atmosphere? I like smaller, more cosy, hostels. This felt like a party hotel. Massive hostel, dreadful karaoke-style music coming from the lounge, two-for-one shots while watching a soccer game...all this is preference though. Just not my vibe. The location wasn´t my favorite (there´s hostels closer to the centre of town), but it was quiet. Pillow could´ve been better.
