Ideal location in the newish up and coming Liberties area of Dublin - it had everything you needed. loved the breakfast - the staff were so friendly - it was safe and secure and had lifts! Great for heavy long away travellers - wonderful location with Teeling distillery right close and St patricks square - best coffee right next door and also one of Irelands oldest pubs attached - The Capstan Bar - awesome pub you have to have a pint here - some neck guitar shop on the corner right next to the coffee place ( run by an amazing team) -Car park was right next door. Breakfast choice amazing - inclulding whiskey on your porridge! and Black pudding AND white pudding!!Rooms had everthing you needed.

Little busy and tricky for parking when you arrive - so we parked in the first side street right next to the Capstan Bar - made it easier, but the carpark was very close and attached to the hotel - car parks so tiny!

Claudia was very helpful to us when our flight was canceled and we wound up having to an extra day. Truly an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was great!

When we got there and checked in they said our room would be ready in an hour. We went to explore Dublin and when we got back to pick up the room key the girl at the counter implied we didn’t have a room and was really very unhelpful. It took another employee to work out a room situation for us. Traveling is tiring and even more stressful when u feel unimportant and unappreciated. Very frustrating.

- Location was good, fairly central and within walking distance of Temple Bar and St. Stephen's Green - Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options served to the table - Room was decent - spacious, modern and clean - Complimentary water bottles provided and replaced each day

- Noise from the street was audible from the room (which was located on the second floor) - The double bed was two single beds pushed together, giving a very noticeable gap in the middle - Shower wasn't powerful enough - Hot water wasn't particularly hot at the hottest setting (even with the dial turned up to the max beyond the "safety" point) - USB ports next to the bed weren't powerful enough to charge an iPhone 11

Very friendly staff - lovely hotel with a great breakfast. Bar was also very good and not over priced (great choice of beers and spirits) . Short walk to all the main attractions (- lovely cathedral just across the road from hotel. We left early on our departure stay and after enquiring we were given a breakfast bag of goodies at no extra cost as we had paid for B&B (would recommend booking this! Great start to the day)

Rooms were too warm! Didn’t want to open the window at night due to traffic noise- however the room was very comfortable with shower etc. added bonus was the bottles of water every day Be wary at certain time of day when walking towards Temple Bar as there are a few areas where you will come across some of the homeless that live on the streets of Dublin - this isn’t horrendous but worth mentioning and to be on guard with valuables

Rooms were a good size and the bed was amazing….. bar is beautiful and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast is a bit chaotic as you have to order your food as it is table service only…. Our friends order was just eggs on toast but the waitress hadn’t been trained to deal with an off menu request and didn’t ask what sort of a eggs and we were delivered 3 different plates before they got it right… we had all finished by the time hers arrived…… coffee was poor too…didn’t look like they had been made by a machine… just filter coffee with some ordinary milk……must be a better way to offer breakfast.. it was busy but if using table service you must be able to cope with off menu requests

I was able to check in early and check out an hour later which made all the difference. Thank you! The hotel is truly lovely and the room is spacious, bed super comfortable and the shower is fantastic. Location is a 15 min walk from the centre and I did not want to be near the night life otherwise would have been too noisy. I would stay here again!

2 days in row my room was not cleaned & had to continuously chase. The staff were extremely helpful and handled it (however) Saturday I waited one hour and Sunday told the room would be cleaned at 11am and wasn't. This did impact on my relaxing time and did not ruin my trip, just the only downside.

The location is super, close to all attractions. The room was clean and I loved the high standard bathroom. Breakfast was good, however no one explained us how it works so we did not enjoy it on the first day.

The staff definitely need a training! I notified it was my husband birthday. I paid the room in advance and I have been reassured that we would have founded a box of chocolate in the room. However, during the check-in , the receptionist gave me a box of chocolate and a card saying "this is for the birthday. The total cost of the room you paid is XXX", in front of my husband! It was supposed to be a surprise I didn't want him to know how much I spent, or to receive a treat while checking in! Also, the breakfast works differently then other hotel, and on the first day no one explained us how it works. We ordered three times before receiving food.

An excellent hotel that I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend, it exceeded expectations especially for the price. The place is spotless and modern, the staff are fabulous. We booked bed and breakfast and also ate our evening meal there on the first night and it was all superb, it is definitely worth booking the breakfast. The hotel is quiet and peaceful whilst still busy. It’s about a 10-15 minute stroll to the Temple Bar area, close enough for convenience but far enough away to not hear it. We finished off at the hotel bar on most evenings, that too is reasonably priced with a nice atmosphere and the staff again were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

Great hotel in a very convenient location - a couple hundred meters from the St. Patrick's Cathedral, some 15' walk from the central area. The hotel is super comfortable, rooms are spacious enough with very comfortable beds and bathroom, and the restaurant/bar is very nice too. I love the breakfast, where we choose by the menu (including a very nice Irish complete breakfast), but for the record, my wife didn't like that part so much (she prefers when there's a buffet). Price is a bit steep, but the overall value is great.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good for exploring Dublin by foot. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The lounge was a nice place to have a drink in the evening. I really enjoyed the breakfast options.

Mostly staff were friendly and very attentive noticing when we needed something, other times we were left trying to get their attention even though it wasn't busy. It varied depending on who was working so was a bit inconsistent. I was also a bit disappointed when our room missed being cleaned one day. Housekeeping came when we were still in the room getting ready and then didn't make it back later. Front desk did apologize and sent fresh towels when asked.
