Location, Friendly staff,

In room found Dirty Pair of Ladies Underwear behind chair. Does not look like cleaner did too well. I do have photo if you wish to see. Also have price Query when booked it was £595 but was charged £620.38 . at time of booking exchange rate not moved that much from date of stay. Did not find out that had changed hand before stay as was looking forward to seeing memorabilia would have been nice to know before hand, also when we booked in all ok. but when other friends booked in they got a free drink at bar this we did not receive why ?

Excellent location. Wide variety of restaurants and bars nearby. Super friendly staff

It would be good if breakfasts began to be served from 6:30 am because the tours outside the city start from 7:30 am and the cafes near the area also open from 7:30 am

The hotel was great! Right in the centre and only a short walk from everything! Would 100% stay again. The hotel was clean and staff were attentive. The bar/restaurant were great on Saturday night. We really couldn’t get a reservation for anywhere and they offered the restaurant menu for us to have in the bar which was a saviour for the 6 of us! The food was also amazing! Best ribs I’ve ever tasted! Everyone loved it! It was also a quieter bar which was lovely when everywhere else was so busy.

Our room backed on to the road at the back so was quite noisy early in the morning and late at night.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Right in the heart of temple bar area. Even though this is the case it’s nice and quiet in the evening. Our room was spotless with a large very comfy bed and the shower is fab! The hotel decor is brilliant, loved the rainbow bridge and the framed vinyls. Great vibe! The hotel bar is also lovely. Travelled for my husbands birthday and the hotel very kindly had a card waiting for him in the room with chocolates and a voucher for 2 complimentary drinks at their bar. Very nice touch, thank you! We really enjoyed our stay in Dublin at this hotel and will return most definitely.

The only one thing that I personally didn’t like too much was how the toilet in the room wasn’t very private, but it wasn’t a big deal and the room was lovely.

The bed was so comfortable - the tv coming out of the bed. The overall style. The lobby was very comfortable. Nice bar.

The breakfast was disgusting. Salty bacon. Cheap sausages. I didn’t enjoy the coffee- a machine there would be good. However the yogurt and meats were ok. Also really didn’t like the bathroom set up. It isn’t nice to have a poo behind a screen, nor watch and hear my husband have a poo behind a screen. Definitely not for people who value a bit of privacy. I’d also appreciate a bath for this price.

The NYX hotel was perfect for our stay in Dublin. The location was ideal, just a few blocks to the main Temple Bar area which made it easy for us to venture out in the evenings but it was so nice to come back to a quite hotel when it was time to sleep. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast each morning was amazing, hot and made to order. But our favorite part of the hotel was the staff. They were all so friendly and welcoming and eager to make our stay perfect. Carmela and Diego in the restaurant went above and beyond for us each day and gave amazing service.

I really have nothing to complain about. The hotel was great and I will stay there again!

Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff went above and beyond for us. Arrived early and the lovely receptionist managed to sort our room to be made up next so it was ready for us. We left our luggage went for breakfast and had an email to say it was ready in no time. It was my partners birthday and there was a lovely gift and a personal note waiting for us in the room which I thought was a really nice touch. Breakfast downstairs was exceptional, Irish breakfast made to order but also buffet style breakfast to help yourself to. Really nice cool vibe to the hotel. Kettle, fridge, tea, water and a really nice coffee machine with decent coffee all in our room. Excellent location to some really good pubs and all the main sights of Dublin. Would recommend

This is a great hotel. We stayed upstairs in the penthouse suite, it was wonderful! The balcony on it was huge, the room was a great size with 2 bathrooms. Sound system to play music was great, and big televisions. Breakfast was good, their avo on toast was delicious. Coffee was good. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and food was good quality, would be nice to have more options though. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to all popular sites.

We had a kitchenette in the room, but they gave us no cutlery. I thought that was quite odd. There was even a cutlery drawer, but it was empty. The cleaners knock on our door too early, they came at 9am.

The location is great, 5 minute walk from Temple Bar. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I loved the decor in the room, really spacious shower and comfortable bed. Great view from the room!

I had originally booked this hotel when it was Hard Rock as it was my partners special birthday and he loves music memorabilia. However, 2 weeks before our stay, I received an email to say it had changed to NYX. I was really disheartened by this and thought about cancelling last minute. I’m glad I didn’t though as we really enjoyed our stay. One thing I would say is that for a pricey hotel, the cleanliness could have been better. I don’t think the bed sheets were changed during our 4 night stay, and the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly.

The room was amazing, clean and bed was super comfy. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect walking distance from everything. Overall very happy

My stay was great, everything was perfect except the room service breakfast in the morning. Although the room service came perfectly on time and the staff was so nice, on the order i chose the avocado toast, I had crossed out the pinto beans and when it arrived I didn’t notice there was pinto beans on the bread, took a bite and spent the next 30 minutes vomiting in the bathroom. I was very upset that my order wasn’t accommodated and left me sick for the entire day but that is not the staffs fault atall, easily missed.
