Just 10 minutes from coach station. Very clean, new looking & living room with TV seating, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove. Laundry by circuit just under €7 for a decent load to wash and dry. 24 hrs reception with a very helpful team. Just a 3 minute walk to bus stop around the corner for a 20 minute ride to Eyre square, a little further to Latin square (or 10 minutes taxi). Vibrant night life and great food! There’s a Spar convenient store in the premises for coffee groceries, pastries and cold food. There’s also a PlayStation room, gaming room, vending machine with snacks soft drinks, water & cinema room on ground floor though we did not use these facilities. A reminder for future guests to bring own drinking water, soap / shower gel, tea & coffee as this is not provided. Towels are provided and tea / coffee facilities in kitchen. This is of course made clear so not an issue at all.

No issues during our stay, all went great

Friendly staff at the reception. Clean and modern facilities. There's a grocery store within the building. The bus stop is just around the corner and the bus will take you to Galway city center in no time. There's limited parking within the building and it costs €7 per day, however there's also a bigger, free parking space available a short 5 minutes walk away (we used it when the private parking within the building was full).

The bus to Galway city center is not the most frequent or reliable. Also, if you are planning to stay out in the center until late, be mindful that the bus stops operating at some point. We had to take a cab a couple of times, but it was cheap so no big deal. All in all, reaching the city center was actually easier and quicker than we expected.

It was a nice spot 15 20 minutes walk into the centre accomdation was comfortable there was also parking on site staff were very helpful

The only thing I didn't like was the guest policy. It makes it hard to enjoy a place that you pay a full room price for, but then they don't allow guests. For example, they ask for any guest details before booking, but before you go on holiday, you don't know if you're bringing a guest or not. It's something I think the owner needs to relax about and remember that people are on holiday and don't want to feel restricted in the accommodation that they pay for.

Ellen at the front desk was absolutely a pleasure to deal with from when I arrived to when I checked out. She was always very bubby and pleasant in my interactions with her. She was helpful and explained about the alternative parking options in case the small on-site car park was full, including the free car park just up the road and the opening times of the on-site Spar shop which was very handy for a snack. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and clean. It's student accomodations so there's no TV's or in room extras, like in a hotel, but with phones, iPads and laptops to hand these days who needs one. You can get a hairdryer, toiletries (shampoo and body wash) and extra towels at reception on request. The ensuite bathroom is a good size with a nice big shower and auto lights and fan when the door is opened. The room is furnished with a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, additional storage and with double sockets at the desk and above the bed. Very comfortable stay. Even though there were students and other guests on site. I had peace and quiet in my room. Great location and great value.

My mother and I were there to see my brother who was very ill. He died, so we stayed on for the funeral. The staff were really accommodating, let us keep the same rooms so that my 91-year-old mother wouldn't have to get used to a different place. Also, when my daughter came for the funeral, they gave her a room right beside us. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and sympathetic. Cathal got us set up on Netflix, and brought us up a hot chocolate each, one evening. We were very impressed and grateful.

I can't fault anything about this place, or the staff. Really excellent.

The hotel was fantastic, in an excellent position to participate in the activities of the university and, still, not so far from the town. It was reachable by bus or walking, and in both cases, it was not a long stretch. The hotel was quite good, comfortable, the room was clean and well insulated, the bed very soft. The hotel has many services, which I did not had the time to use but that can be useful to spend time with other people too. There is a market just close to the structure, that is perfect if someone wants to grab a quick snack.

We were quite happy with the stay. Facilities are new and nice. Room was a smaller size but it didn’t affect us as we were out most of the day. Everything was clean. As we were on the street side we had traffic noise, I suppose if you have inner courtyard room it will not be an issue. Automatic toilet ventilation and light was interesting touch, not sure if we liked it or not. There were many additional facilities like kitchen, game room, gym and cinema room that we were not using but they seemed very nice.

It was clean and compact. Very little need for contact with staff. There is a shop on site.

It is student accommodation for the university, brilliant way to use the space letting out rooms to tourists. But as it's a university area there are no bars, and even the shop doesn't sell alcohol. Not a big deal, just go into town on the bus or pop to Tesco.

Comfortable beds, everything clean, amazing renovated and fun common areas. Full kitchen and seating area on our floor and super cool entertainment areas. Good storage in the room. Great bus access!

Weird smell in the hallway but didn't bother us at all, wasn't super unpleasant. No parking because of the Galway races so even though private parking on site was advertised, we did have to park at a designated area across the street which was still free.

This is student accomodation but is excellent. very clean and modern with great facilities. Lovely outside areas, very well maintained with outdoor seating. The Spar on the complex is very handy for coffees, deli counter etc.

The water for the shower could have been warmer. Have to pay for parking.
