The location was amazing, the staff at the front desk were very efficient and friendly, the decor and cleanliness was the best I have seen in a long time, everything was shining including the toilets, the vintage cars in the lobby and the marble stairs were great for photos and made you feel you were somewhere very special. The food was good and very filling but the menu was a bit limited, more options like a Thai or Indian curry or a steak would've been nice for dinner

The air conditioning was troublesome, the temperature couldn't be changed the 1st night when we arrived but it was quickly fixed, the bath took ages to fill and was very small, there was no lighting above the tea and coffee machine, complimentary water and glasses on arrival would've been nice as this hotel feels like a 5 star bit the added extras like robes and slippers aren't there, also the thermal sweet is disappointing and a bit pricey because of this

Up to date rooms with fridge Breakfast had great variety

Bar food wasn't great, waited 30 minute's for our drinks to arrive when the place was empty and we had already finished our starter. We had been asked by 3 separate staff members if we would like to order a drink in this time, each time we replied saying we already ordered. I then had to ask a waiter could they please get our drinks. Cocktails very expensive for the quality of the drink. Dessert was carrot cake and it was a cold solid block not good at all. Wouldn't recommend eating in the bar.

lovely hotel, nice rooms, helpful staff, and food was really good

the spa was disappointing, very small, half the jets in the thermal pool were broken and the water was quite cold. the steam room and sauna were also cold.

Beautiful hotel spotless clean delicious food rooms really nice and spacious plenty of toiletries towels really comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful we had dinner booked in the lounge for 8.30 kitchen finished at 8.45 eventhough we were late back from an event the waitress offered to see if the chef could get us some food which they did a delicious pizza and chips and the music in the bar was very entertaining also while having a delicious cocktail and a mocktail for my daughter

Stunning hotel spotless clean super friendly staff delicious food really comfy bed in a relaxed environment also the guy singing in the bar Saturday night was so good catered for all music taste. We had dinner booked for 8.30 but got delayed and was 9 again we got back last orders were 8.45 and the waitress went to check to see if we could have some food and the chef made a delicious pizza and chips for my friend myself and our daughters which was super absolutely delighted with the service always a wonderful stay here

Great location and had lots of amenities

I ordered room service which was very dry and overpriced. It ended up costing me €32 for a pizza and chips but I could have gotten a takeaway for cheaper. Ended up just leaving it outside the door. The bathroom also wasn’t as clean as I would have expected with the sink looking unclean. There were no plug sockets beside the bed to charge devices in.

Friendly and competent staff throughout - quiet room location, as requested with comfortable bed and modern, well-equipped en suite. Car parking spaces available adjacent to hotel reception - wide selection of menu choices and separate spacious lounge area with food options.

Window disproportionately small for room size ( 311) and very limited opening capability. Enclosed garden accessed from restaurant / ' Green room' with only wooden bench- type tables so not conducive to comfortable experience.

The hotel itself is lovely. Food was nice overall.

Bar staff were quite slow. It was busy but they seemed to lack organisation. The lady on reception didn't really seem to know what was going on with mine and my friends bookings asking for payment when we had already paid. And telling me I had already checked in when I just arrived.. Caeser salad was terrible.

Delicious breakfast & dinner. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bedroom.

Dining room very cold (air conditioning). We asked for it to be turned down but it did not happen. Also, tv in bedroom turned on automatically both mornings at around 7.20am (we notified staff & they said it was due to a power surge in hotel…problem needs to be resolved). Otherwise, everything was great and we would highly recommend this hotel for short, relaxing break

Large, comfortable rooms. Lovely big bathroom, with shower and bath. Very attentive staff and the hotel was well staffed for the number of guests. Lots of complimentary toiletries. Bar food was excellent ,large portions, tasty. Comfortable bar with a nice busy buzz in the evening. Beautiful grounds. Early check in accommodated for couple after a long haul flight and was appreciated. Nice decor throughout.
