Second time staying in the houses and they are like home from home! Everything you need for an enjoyable wknd with your family. All the small things are at hand. Amazingly each house now has free EV charging , this was a very pleasant surprise. The kids loved the pool! Only very slight disappointment was breakfast which was only ok. But otherwise and excellent stay and we’ll be back yet again! Also the hotel left a buffet of snacks for all athletes doing the lost sheep at 5am and had jugs of water for filing bottles etc! Small gestures which go a long way! Lots of hotels would take the extra revenue and give very little back barely offering an extra early breakfast! Well done to the management for making the effort

I loved everything

The outside lock on the door was a bit confusing and I couldn’t figure out how to work the television upstairs

The lodge/house we stayed in was secure, clean, very well appointed and had easy parking and access to town/bars/restaurants/shops etc., made easier through a small cut through in the grounds we were told about at reception. Good heating, showers/bathrooms and other facilities in the lodge, with a well appointed kitchen, towels and so on. Nothing more we could ask for. We only used the Hotel's Spa facilities and they were good although the pool a bit crowded although I realise it was a peak time after school with children's swimming lessons. Staff were attentive and extremely helpful when we needed anything. Excellent location for touring the area. No complaints at all and would definitely stay again.

The door locks are absolutely stupid

We've got the 2 bed house instead of hotel rooms and that was the best. The houses are very clean and there is everything in them that you would need. Kitchen fully provided if you want to make your own- breakfasts or dinners. Beds are comfy. There's also a garden with bbq. On top of that 2 parking spaces with extra charger for electric cars. We took extra breakfast in hotel and it was great decision. Great quality for value. Price include pool, sauna and jacuzzi... to be honest there's nothing more you would need.

Nothing really bad to say about this hotel

We stayed in one of the lodges and it was great experience from start to finish. From friendly staff to free EV charging point. The facilities were impeccably clean, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and contributed to an overall pleasant experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes.

The lodge was a bit dark even though we had all the curtains and lights on.

Lodge was much larger than expected which was great for family of 5. En-suite in each bedroom, and an additional restroom. Beds were very comfy. Location is perfect to explore the rest of Kerry, Killarney via Molls Gap, Sneem was close also. Within walking distance of Kenmare.

Swimming pool in leisure centre was fixed depth (no gradient), and a bit too deep for my younger kids (9 years) - and toddler pool too shallow. Anyway, not much can be done with this I expect. Should be fine in a year or two! :-) Dressing rooms in leisure centre could do with some updating. Had some trouble booking kids club, seems to be managed by leisure centre (which was very busy) and not hotel reception, a little strange.

Style Comfort Location Facilities - I wasn’t aware there was a pool, nor car charging : these were gorgeous additions and a very welcome surprise thank you.

Nice little touches may be to have fresh milk on arrival, or some bread too. It is a very small thing but considering the cost of the stay, it’s a very little luxury after a long drive.

Well appointed little house with everything we needed for simple self catering (breakfast, but of lunch etc). Good bedrooms, fairly comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Good showers. Hotel style linen and towels. Everything working, we had no issues. Easy and clearly marked parking just outside house. Wifi OK, up to streaming on smart TV but sometimes buffered.

Decor downstairs a little dark, needed lights on (only minor inconvenience!). I think you could do better with welcome pack, oil for frying, pint of milk, bottle of fizz perhaps…..you do describe this as luxury!

We stayed in lodges, there was plenty of space and everything was really clean. The decor was dated to the 90s but still nice. Smart TV which kids loved to watch movies before bed. Location to town was really good with a centra shop across the road for essentials. Bar staff were extremely helpful and nice especially when our middle girl knocked a drink all over the table. Bar food was really nice with the fish and chips being a hit with us!

The hotel is a bit dated in decor and could do with some modernisation. The pool was really cold for the kids and again could do with some updating. The bar finished serving food at 6pm which I think is far too early for families who don't want the formality of a restaurant.
