Everything! Bernie is amazing and offered advice, practical help and support when my car broke down and it looked as though our day driving the Ring of Kerry was in jeopardy, she was ready to take us into Killarney to catch a bus tour so we wouldn't miss out altogether and stayed up late to make sure the breakdown man turned up and we were ok. It was so appreciated and incredibly kind. In addition, the bedroom decor was beautiful, the drinks and snacks in the lounge were always stocked up and a great variety was offered. For the first time in a 2 week trip, my friend could have her green tea! The choice at breakfast was extensive and varied and beautifully cooked. The yoghurts are made locally and MUST be tried as they're so creamy. It is on the edge of the Killarney National Park and was really peaceful and idyllic, with a pretty front garden with seats for guests to use. We really can't recommend Bernie and Seamus and O'Sullivans highly enough.

Everything was perfect : the location is beautiful and easy to find, it's very close to many places of interest. We were warmly welcomed by the host, our room was spacious, spotless clean and comfortable, it was beautifully decorated and had a nice view. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of different products, it was freshly cooked and gave us a great boost for the whole day. We enjoyed our stay very much and we thank the hosts for everything they've done for us.

Quiet but central location for the area. Killarney was very busy so this was a perfect option. Short drive to Lake hotel for pm meal. Very attentive hosts and excellent breakfasts. Sitting area available which doubles as the breakfast room. Spacious parking area off road. Tastefully decorated modern rooms. Good spot for a couple of days exploring the area.

The quintessential Irish B&B experience is what we were after and this didn’t disappoint! A charming home, large comfortable bedroom with ensuite awaited us. We also had access to our own living room with tea and coffee making facilities. Hosted by a lovely couple with great recommendations for exploring Killarney. After a hearty breakfast we were on our way. A wonderful experience all round.

This is a beautiful home and Bernie and her husband made me feel very welcome. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and the shower pressure was excellent. There were plenty of fresh towels. Water was also made available. The breakfast was lovely. Bernie her husband are lovely people and very warm and welcoming. I’d stay here again if I’m back in Killarney.

This little B&B was such a bright spot in our wonderful Ireland trip. The host, Bernie, and his wife were always hospitable and helpful, and the location just outside of Killarney in the countryside was beautiful (we even saw a deer from our breakfast table - picturesque!). Breakfast is delicious, and the facilities were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

We arrived around 5 pm and were greeted and oriented to the property, which was immaculate. We were given recommendations for dinner and ventured out, returning later to a lovely place to rest our heads. I struggle with sleeping well when I travel, but my husband slept great. The bed was large, comfortable, with luxury bedding. We heard a second group of guests being greeted and settled later that night. We were a bit warm, but opening the windows allowed for a lovely breeze and listening to the sounds of the area. When this place is described as clean-- that is no overstatement. It almost looks like everything is brand new-- that level of clean. The host should write a book of cleaning tips, and tricks- I would buy it in a heartbeat. The breakfast was the best food I had on our entire trip both prior to our stay, and after. They offer a great deal of teas, coffees, fruit, etc., throughout your stay. Added yoghurts in the morning.
There are two dining spaces in the morning. Both are set with lovely settings and everything you might need for your meal, but one is obviously the favored location in front of the window. The duo that had arrived late the night before was also seated in this prime spot at the time of our breakfast appointment. I would have appreciated the hosts staggering the second group, or letting us know when we made our breakfast appointment that the window seat might likely not be available should any other guests arrive.

What a wonderful b&b! Owners are so friendly , accommodated our adult son to join us and even drove us down to the Muckross Hotel for the wedding we were attending. The room was immaculate and spacious with a king bed. A delicious breakfast and the best homemade yogurt. Our favorite stop of the vacation.

The hosts were great! Recommended a great place for dinner when we arrived and made suggestions for our day when we left. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It is located away from the very busy Killarney which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Would recommend a stay here!
