Great price for an absolutely gorgeous hotel. It’s a little bit hidden but the main facade, entrance hall and cocktail bar are full of 1920’s art deco glamour. The bar was lovely the food fantastic and my room was huge and very luxurious all for a very reasonable price too.

No gym that I’m aware of.

What an absolute gem!! Without doubt a very fine hotel with a great mix of decor of 1920s flapper style and elegance, the reception staff Mr Soueza and Hannah were very courteous and friendly as were all the staff from the cleaners down to the bar and waiting staff, food was great quality and the buffet breakfast was also of a high standard and plenty of selection. The rooms were also of a very high standard and comfort with both shower and bathtub in my particular room and overall the size was much bigger than any other hotels I've stayed in at home or abroad. The guests bar and restaurant are fantastic as is the public bar and lounge area, and plenty of great paintings on the walls. WiFi is high speed and available everywhere and the underground car park has plenty of space. Can't recommend Lawlors highly enough and look forward to staying again.

I cannot fault this hotel, from the time I arrived to when I left. I give a 5* to the staff. Very friendly yet professional, one can tell they are well trained. Facilities are amazing. Large parking lot in the basement. Beautiful restaurants and many beautiful bars in the hotel. Breakfast was sumptuous and served up to 11:00. Check out is 12:00 which gives one enough time to have a lie in.. I wandered around in the hotel and experienced lovely decor. And big spacious beautiful lounges. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I am definitely not an expert but what does it take for a hotel to become a Five ⭐. Whatever it takes this one certainly has potential. Thank you Lawlors 🙏.I will be back!

Piece of advice, providing bathrobes for your guests would be a great addition 😊

Very lovely and Aesthetically pleasing, Rooms could do with face lift but value for the price paid. We had a Birthday party at the ball room and was Absolutely beautiful. Food was 5/10, could be better. Staffs are lovely, except one at the reception who kept looking at me when I was trying to take pictures of the Xmas tree which are all lovely. Hotel looks small from outside but very huge as you get in. We tried Fate Chinese restaurant which the hotel directed us to go and was amazing wow. Try the beef in black bean sauce with rice. They gave us extra rice. The Urban Kitchen was perfect for Breakfast and brunch. Really enjoyed eating there if you felt like eating out of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Had no access to wifi and my network provided charged me for using internet and that pissed me off! Hotel needs to sort that out! I wouldn’t have booked that hotel and stayed elsewhere if I knew in advance about the WiFi issue

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff accommodated us no end as they had our bags sent upto the room and gave us a twin room on request. We were very happy with the spacious accommodation. Food was excellent in the restaurant very tasty. Music in the foyer was brilliant easy listen very comfortable and relaxing place. Amazing Decor and revamp to the Hotel. It's beautifully presented with all the Christmas trees and festive decorations.We will be back. again.

Service could have been quicker at the meal. As in clearing off the table taking orders for the other courses. We requested the bill twice and card machine twice. Waiters and waitresses were pleasant but very slow our group of 4 thought. We dined in the restaurant.

We (my family and I ) have been coming to stay at Lawlors for many years usually several times a year and we have seen lots of changes. Some we felt enanhanced Lawlors others we weren't quite so sure of- but like any expereince - I would say- feedback if there is something that does not quite meet your expectations. Circumstances may on occassions be out of the hotel control- and I am pleased to say it was well worth chatting to Lawlors about our expereinces the good and perhaps the ones not so and coming back again for another stay. The recent refurbishments particularly the dinning room certainly made for a most comfortable and relaxing time. Our room was spacious and catered for all of our needs. Location I would say is probably the best in the area without question and ideally placed for all events-Dublin and as a base for sightseeing. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure a most enjoyable stay-(which it was thank you) our stay exceeded expectations. It is lovely to see the same faces staff and locals especially during the evening when relaxing in the bar/lounge areas. I am very happy to say we hope to continue to use Lawlors for many more years to come.

Actually absolutely nothing not to like!!

The hotel was stunning really beautiful, the car park was huge. We checked in, and we were given information, and once in the room, it was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The shower was brilliant, and the temperature was perfect. We ate and drank in the bar, and the food was hot and tasty. The bar service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. And as a bonus live music!! Breakfast was great and served until 11 a.m., which was good as we had a late night. Check out was easy. We would love to go back, perfect stay.

Nothing everything was perfect!!!

Fabulous hotel, location etc but I just found the staff very slow. One of your managers was to get us some drinks and never showed up with them so had to re order again. Had ordered drinks later in the evening, waited a long time for them so I went back up to the bar and only one drink was ready(when I ordered 2) sat back down waited some more and then only that 1 drink was served to us had to wait again. Quite frustrating but all in all a very deceiving hotel which was very surprising. Did enjoy our stay and will be back

The slowness of the floor staff

Large, very large room with 2 King-sized beds, that's a first! Had dinner in the hotel restaurant on my 2nd night, had told Reception that it was my wife's birthday and that was the reason for driving to the hotel and thought that a small/wee cake with a candle would have been good but nothing - a wee bit disappointed.

Very warm in the room and no air-conditioning. Found a fan in the wardrobe but room was still too warm. Asked for another fan which was delivered very quickly. Last came to Lawlers 4 years ago and loved its quirkyness and old style charm. Amazed to find on our return that it has been massively extended but has lost none of its quirkness - in fact it has even more ! The decor of the public areas is incredible, with some really facinating features (check out the Court Room on the 4th floor) , the Gatsby style bar, the gold doors from a Vegas bank, the Nevada cathedral windows - it is completely fabulous. Breakfast and evening bar meals were superb and the ambiance is delightful. The staff are all so happy and friendly - as was everyone we encountered in NAAS - lovely little town with some fab shops.

Decor in our room (in the original section) was a bit dated = 70s beige and some really strange carpets in the corridors, but the older rooms are Absolutely HUGE with TWO double beds in it, and spotlessly clean. ; Hopefully these will be redecorated when you've reaped the benefits of your investment in teh rest of the building.
