Hotel was quirky with lots of interesting places to sit & I really liked the decor. Music in a few areas to suit all tastes. Reception was quick to check in with no delays. Location of hotel ideal. I for sure hope to come back with other family members.
We arrived @ 5.30pm and decided to stay at the hotel for dinner, food was lovely only thing I would recommend is portions? We as a group had starters and mains, 2 out of the 4 starters where substantially large and the other 2 small, prawn cocktail had just 5 prawns, disappointing. Main meal was described as crispy duck noddle dish but duck was not crispy as it was shredded and mixed throughout the meal. It was still enjoyable to eat but not as described. Again out duck dish was extremely large and 2 friends had the chicken which was very small in comparison. Overall food was very tasty and enjoyable. Large selection for breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. No waiting to get served or food. Well done.

Food was amazing, Carvey was great, Breakfast staff were really kind, Room was really spacious and clean. The guy that brought us to our table was really friendly (I think his name was Martin).
Our stay started off really badly. At check in we had a issue with our cards, then receptionist (Edyta) rolled her eyes at us. We were taking my aunt away as her birthday gift so as you can imagine this was embarrassing enough without the staff rolling their eyes at us making the situation worse. This really upset my mother, she told the manager and he did apologise but it's just not good enough. We also told the hotel it was for a birthday and they left a little box for my aunt with 4 sweets. (Box of sweets was about half the size of a cigarette box) We got two rooms and had dinner there. (I let the property know prior to arrival) I felt this was a little stingy.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was three of us but the room was set up for two - for towels, water etc. - but the hotel was very quick to remedy that. We ate in the Vis restaurant one evening and the food was very good. Excellent cocktails and selection of drinks. Breakfast was a buffet which I'm not usually a fan of but the standard was high. Definitely will be staying again. Parking was free, underground and very secure with direct access to the reception by lift.
When I booked I assumed breakfast was included so this was an extra charge when checking in. Not the fault of the hotel, it was mine when I booked. However, I do think every booking on Booking.com should include this as standard in the displayed pricing.

Lawlors is a tremendous boutique hotel. Our rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and the showers were first-rate. They offered off-street parking at no additional charge, which was a huge benefit. The hotel is nicely provisioned with two restaurants and a very comfortable pub. It is perfectly positioned in the heart of Naas, within easy walk of good restaurants and pubs. We would happily return!
The hotel is a bit larger than our customary preference. As a result, service felt more impersonal. The pub was a bit understaffed (difficult for St. Patrick's Day weekend). Breakfast was served buffet-style rather than made-to-order. The Hotel itself is rather large, with two restaurants and a pub - as a a result, navigating the hotel can be tricky at times.

Stunning building with free parking on site for guests. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were luxurious. Location was great for us as we were visiting friends nearby. We wish we'd stayed longer so we could enjoy the beautiful bar and restaurant.
Our room was on the first floor and it was very close to where it was noisy when lorries dropped off goods for the hotel. We had a really early start, so we were awake already, but this would've been very annoying if we'd planned to sleep past 7am.

Breakfast a big bright room with lots of choices. Staff exceptional, friendly, very attentive to your needs with an excellent attitude even when they were very busy. Someone kept coming to our table to make sure we were ok and very apologetic when the meal took a little longer. Loved the alcoves where the family could have a quiet corner to chat with drink . Food for the children was excellent and supplied when needed . It appeared nothing was too much trouble
I really can’t praise this hotel enough the service was above and beyond what was expected. Management can be proud of the excellent training of the staff. Everyone we came into contact had a hello and a smile.

The hotel was simply fabulous. The interior of the rooms were a feast for the eyes as well as all other areas (the bars, restaurant etc). An exceptionally beautiful hotel. Our room was a great size - loads of room. The bars at night in the hotel were lively with great live music. Staff were always helpful, personable and friendly.
Only one small issue was the room was a tad hot at night - but then it was summer. Some air conditioning would have been good.

Lawlors is a friendly hotel and this was my second visit. I found the new layout after building work incohesive and the bar felt like a corridor but my sisters seemed to love it. There are PLENTY of staff on the ground and the service is generally good. We had two rooms: one in the old part and one in the new. The one in the new part was significantly more pleasant than the older room but both were comfortable. Underground parking was super handy and I would probably stay again.
The food was not the best ever but it was better than a lot of places I have stayed and the portions were often too big to finish. Breakfasts could be huge but coffee often cold and/or weak. Scrambled eggs were not great. Asked for brown bread a few times but ended up with white - I got used to it. As a place to stay near family (what I was there for) it is fine. As a place to hold a big do it may also be OK. As a representation of high end Irish hotels, it falls short in my opinion, but others in my party enjoyed it.

We could sleep as a family of four. The room was large enough for that. We also liked the bathtub. Lawlor's is perfectly located for a stopover because it's about 45 minutes of driving to the Dublin airport. The town is nice and lively. We decided to have pizza the evening. The next day we had a relaxing drive without stress.
We couldn't open the windows all the way because of security. The windows opened only for a small gap and this was not enough fresh air for us. We slept well anyway.

Wow from the moment you walk in this place is captivating. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and luxurious. The food in the bistro is the best we have had and we have been travelling Ireland the last 4 weeks. Food is outstanding 10/10. Staff are brilliant and go out if their way to make you feel appreciated. This has to be one of the best places we have stayed! We are going to book again for tomorrow night!! We are from Australia and will be back! Thank you
