Food was lovely, hotel room was spacious with an amazing shower. The dibber for the TV was the best I had seen - so straightforward - three buttons : on/off - channels - sound. Brilliant!

It was noisy if you wanted to sleep - people enjoying themselves below were laughing and talking into the night. There is building work going on nearby and that noise started off early too. I was not impressed to see workmen in their work clothes sitting nearby me in the restaurant - facilities for workmen should be available onsite or in this case should be screened from guests who are paying large sums of money for the pleasure of all of this.

The attention to detail for the kids, ice pop surprise on arrival, tippee tent, kids tableaux chaise, books to read and the goodie bag. These details made it extra special. Food in the var was delish, kids pizza was yummy, the burger and buttered chix curry were amazing! Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant from the checkin in to check out, special mention to Sarah at the pool, Janice at breakfast & our waiter at the bar, sorry did get his name.

The biggest turn off was the walk to the pool. Through the car park, up 2 flights of stairs, then to walk outside through a fire exit. Very glad it wasn't raining out

Dissapointed with the breakfast on both days. Scrambled eggs were rubber and still in the shape of the container they were microwaved in and the rashers could've been used as weapons. Seems like the breakfast chef doesn't care anymore. Sorry

The room we had was a very spacious room with a king size double bed. The room was quite cozy and relaxing. The food in the Herald and Devoy restaurant was amazing and the wait staff especially our waiter Andrew were very friendly and helpful. The bar in the hotel was quite large and cozy atmosphere. We stayed on a Friday night which meant no live music so it may be a little more lively on a Saturday night.

I found it a bit weird that the controls for our shower were outside the shower door so if you needed to adjust it you had to open the door to do it causing the floor to get a bit wet. We went to the pool while there and although the sign said the jacuzzi pool is heated to 29°, it was very cold. I used it to help cool down after using the sauna and steamroom.

The hotel was warm and cosy, most of the staff where nice and friendly, the room was perfect inside, very clean, the swimming was fantastic and the spa was amazing.

our room was very far away from the lift there was a lot of walking which was hard with one person on crutches and another person on oxygen, we didn’t tell the hotel about this at the start as we didn’t think we’d be put far away, but it was fine we managed, the food in the restaurant wasn’t up to standards waited ages for menus at beginning then again for drinks, then again for the food, and when it came the chips where cold and a lot of the food wasn’t ate. really disappointed with the restaurant would rate the food 4/10 and the restaurant 6/10, the food the next day in the lobby area was fantastic though completely different.

everything about the hotel was fab. we loved the spa. the food in the restaurant and bar was lovely as well and the staff were so nice.

we stayed for 2 nights and we didn’t get house keeping. we feel this should be disclosed on check in as we avoided our room for hours to allow the staff to make up bed/fresh towels/empty bins but it wasn’t done. this is the first time this has happened to us and we have stayed in a lot of hotels. other than that everything was great.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. Great location, fantastic staff, nothing was a problem, beautiful food and excellent cleanliness.

Slight problem really. We were a party of 3 ladies. I requested 3 beds in a room. At first we were given a family type room. Double bedroom upstairs, 2 singles & a camp bed downstairs. Also a terrible whiff upon entering the door. I don't think it is an appropriate room for 3 adults. Certainly no camp bed with our achy bones. The room is geared towards adults & children, older children at that, given the downstairs located room. However, when we asked to be moved, there were NO issues whatsoever, which was very much appreciated. Very helpful friendly staff. Well done Osprey!!

This is the second time I stayed at the Osprey. The staff are always so kind and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location for our event. (The Festival Bus picked us up from the hotel). The breakfast is delicious with a great variety for choices, catering for everyone's needs. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are a great size, plenty of room.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The rooms were very comfortable really nice bathroom. The spa was excellent the massage was very relaxing and the use of the steam room sauna etc before hand was a bonus. Bar food was really nice. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

The lighting in the room (4th floor) wasn’t great was quite dark and hard to see in the mirror. Would have rathered a buffet style breakfast instead of a menu order for the main fry but buffet for the toast but that’s just a personal preference.

Excellent hotel , friendly staff , spotless clean,great choice of facilities and the food was very nice. Got a balcony room, which was a nice surprise , as we only had paid for a classic double. Drinks and food are priced very well considering the price hike across the country. Well done on that !! Will definitely return.

No fridge in our room but that's just a personal thing for me that I like , we didn't need it.
