Staff were very accommodating and helped organise a few bits and pieces that made my stay easier. Very communicative and quick to respond to questions. Bed and pillows really comfortable, room is a good size, bedside plugs are helpful, and I got a great night's sleep.

Pool facilities are fine, but the ladies changing rooms had what looked like a considerable amount of mould beneath the paint, all along one wall. Sauna and steam room were a pretty wimpy temperature early in the morning, possibly due to low or late gym staffing.

I had a lovely stay and found the room to be spacious, with a comfortable double bed, beautiful lighting, and a clean, well-laid-out design. While the room sizes do vary (as indicated during the reservation process), all rooms appear clean and well arranged. The facilities, including the pool, steam room, and sauna, were easily accessible and added great value to the experience but are separate to the hotel area. I didn't find the entrance so I walked through reception to gain access but perhaps there's another way! The hotel location is super convenient with easy access from the motorway. What stood out the most was the friendly staff at front of house. They were patient, professional, and happy to assist with people's queries. While waiting for a friend in reception, I observed the staff going above and beyond to handle a variety of questions, always calm and friendly. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend.

The staff at the reception were excellent, especially the gentleman I spoke to before arrival and the same guy I met when I arrived. I called earlier to see if I could check in earlier than 3 pm. due to a change in flight ETA. He said he would try and sort something. On I arrival, i only planned to just stay in the lounge until check in time, but he recognized me as I walked in and approached the counter. He called me by name and said he had sorted a room for me. I was so happy. I was able to rest after a long journey. Brilliant service.

The energy and professionalism of the restaurant staff doesn't match those at the counter. They weren't welcoming, no smile, no please, no thank you and certainly doesn't have same customer service skills as those in reception.

Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful and had a great rapport with the kids. Swimming pool was ideal for our small kids and facilities were clean. Restaurant had fabulous food all our meals were tasty and the service was fast. The staff were very accommodating of our little fussy eaters.

We had a family room with 2 double beds, and unfortunately, one of the beds had a huge dip at one side, making it very uncomfortable for the adults, but the kids paid no attention to it when swapped over. Other than this this the room was lovely and clean.

I called the day previous to our stay explaining we were travelling from Mayo to the Bruce Springsteen Concert in Kilkenny and asked if we could drop our luggage on the way . The Receptionist was so nice and said that she would try to get us an early check in . We arrived at approximately 11.45 and the room was prepared and waiting for us . I think this was so exceptional and more than we had expected . This kindness makes your Hotel stand out and was very much appreciated . All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful so a wonderful experience all told.

Everything was excellent so nothing we didn’t like

The breakfast and reception staff were great. The food was very good.

The room was above the conference centre. There were speakers throughout Sunday and one speaker in particular was very loud. The amplification was over the top. We were trying to rest, and everything was noisy. People in the hallway could be heard. The cleaner knocked on the door, even though we had the Shhhh.. sign out, and asked us if we had a late checkout, even though we were booked in until Wednesday.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food, great value

One of the mains was missed off the dinner order and we had a long wait for it because it was so busy. We had to ask two different staff before we got an update and we were then waiting about 30 minutes for it. It meant one of the party had to eat on thier own after we had finished. The staff were very apologetic and it was sorted. I don't think the staff member should be taking dinner and drinks orders for a full table by memory.

Hi to all, I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering the most special day for our first son's wedding and his beautiful wife Camille, we actually couldn't fault anything, from the start to finish was amazing, Nina on reception and all the other staff (incredible) at there job 🙌 thank you 💖 Johnathan 🙌 legend you were absolutely incredible from start to finish, can't thank you enough for everything you did , everything was just perfect ❤️ now to the food!! Well normally you could say something , like, yeh we'll my veg was cold or the chicken wasn't cooked right , or the service was slow, but omg we as a family have absolutely no complaints, food was fantastic, on every level, and the speed of the service to every table was incredible delivered to the hight of professionalism, led by John Bennett, ( another legend) thank you so much, you and your whole team were absolutely amazing, and I appreciate it so much. Can't thank you enough. Memories made to treasure for life 💗 we will all be back 💓

Nothing, everything was fantastic

The room was spacious and it & the en-suite were spotless. The Elemis toiletries were a treat. The breakfast was delicious & a great selection, both continental snd and a varied menu for hot options. We had dinner both evenings. The menu offers traditional and more exotic choices. The lentil ragu, beef salad, pear and goats cheese salad and lamb tagline were flawless! We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. All in all a super place to stay… only an hour from Dublin.

Big garage in basement..big gym and pool..breakfast and restraunt staff excellent ..nothing to eat past a certain time in the evening but have no problem ordering from outside🙏..had a problem with breakfast and reception went out of their way to accommodate..both professional and solution focused..Staff is GREAT here..hotel has lovley decor..yes all round good

Payed for breakfast and extra to be delivered to my room..my FAULT forgot to pop the card on door for next day..rang down around 7.30am and no way would kitchen accommodate..couldn't go down as I had zoom calls..when there is inflexible people working with a pretty fluid team all round..it must lead to some 😩 😪 😫
