very clean modern, cute furnishings. small but practical, with a balcony, perfectly shaded by a tree. one of the best things? Great water pressure in the shower. literally 15 min walk to the Temple Mount. lord of shops a restaurants around.

lugging your luggage upstairs, but it’s an old building. There’s also a youth hostel with a bar across the street, this could be a problem for some. kinda loud, but fortunately the windows are pretty good and honestly after a day sight seeing, you’ll crash.

The hotel is well located. Staff is very nice and extremely helpful. The bathroom, though small, had a nice powerful shower. Breakfast is offered art nearby cafes with good ambience and very good food. If you are not in a hurry, select the place that starts serving a 9:30 and, if you have "sweet mouth", try the French toasts. Using codes for entering the hotel and opening the room is very convenient, no keys or cards to forget or lose :-) Plenty of places to eat and shop around.

There are a couple of youth places nearby that like loud music during weekdays, but they stop the noise between 23 and midnight. The shower temperature control is a bit sensitive, but if you take your time, you will tame it :-)

The hotel and service is amazing. Stelios at the front desk goes every inch to service you. We were upgraded to a suit, given free bubbly for my wife's birthday. The macaroons in the room are amazing. The towels are excellent also, the location is in the middle of everything. Good.people, good hotel. Will certainly stay there every time I am in town.

The location was a hit, is near everywhere and I was amazed that the tiny room had absolutely everything you needed with good taste. I took photos and sent to friends and they were all pleased. Super clean they did a great job with the room.

Nothing, it was all there and with a hint of zen. I slept like a baby.

Very good location, nicely designed room, clean and pleasant

Communication with staff was lackluster. We asked for a bigger room with a sofa and were "upgraded" to a smaller one with a balcony (a balcony is nice in the evening but was totally unusable in the scorching August sun). We also added a spa treatment to our order via the website, and while we got an email confirming that the order was accepted, it was never registered so they did not have us on their list. These were all probably a result of making a last minute reservation, and arriving after reception hours. However communication could be improved. And my suggestion would be, if a customer specifically asks for a room with a sofa, don't give them one without a sofa and call it "an upgrade"

we had to cancel the accommodation on the date of our supposed arrival. management of the hotel was so kind and extended our stay by 3 months. we went later and had a really nice stay in jerusalem. the hotel is located about 30 minutes by walk from the old city. receptionists were very nice and helpful. our room was spacious and clean.

perhaps the bathroom could be better arranged to provide some space for storing things.

A very good hotel in the heart of Jerusalem, it is outstandingly designed. All categories are beautiful but I liked junior suite especially much. The staff is welcoming and friendly and helped me a lot. Thank you so much!

We loved the location and spacious room! We had Room No. 107 which was to the back - so no noise here :) The Hotel is quite small, but the staff was very kind and there if needed to be! The breakfast is at a Cafe down the street (3 min walk) - we didn’t mind! Oh and I just want to mention the thick towels - so comfy!!

Rooms are spacious, well decorated and new. the staff was great and went above and beyond to make us welcome. they even provided a room for us to rest since we arrived very early and our rooms were not ready yet.

The carpet could have used a bit of a clean as it was stained - so a bit more cleanliness would be good. Also slightly hard to locate the hotel the first time but this can be resolved by informing guests on how to locate the property.
