Super nice location. Felt 100% safe. Easy walking distance to the most important sites! Literally few minutes away from the Damascus and Jaffa gates. Nearby (still foot access): City of David, Mount of Olives, etc. No need for any kind of transportation! A ton of nice restaurants nearby, many are kosher. Easy transfer from the Airport by train. There is also a tram service to the main railway/bus terminal - 3 stops only Walking distance - Budget car rental (returning clients could refuel right there in front of the rental agency)

The breakfast was a bit too busy. Large groups made it less enjoyable even though the hotel offers a nice view. But this was nullified by proximity to the Old Town. Also many food choices minutes from the doors of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good - not far from the Old City. A tram stop is literally around the corner. Breakfast was beyond perfect and there was a huge variety of different foods. Something for everyone. My room was on the 7th floor and it was clean and quiet. The street can be a bit busy but don't forget that the hotel is situated in the city centre. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. There is really nothing to complain about. I definetely recommend this place for your stay in Jerusalem.

Nothing really comes to my mind..

It is great! In the very center of Jerusalem - great location - the bustling Zion Square. Close to the Old City, to the Market and to all the important places. And it is so good. The room was spanked clean and comfortable. The breakfast had so many tasty dishes and thing to pick up from. It is amazing! And the people are so freindly and helpful. I have never seen such generocity in any hotel, neither in Europe nor in the US.

This do not apply here.

I liked that the hotel is downtown in the shopping area close to everything.

I didn’t like that the hotel was Kosher. When I booked, it wasn’t mentioned at all and when looking at the photos of the breakfast available, all types of foods were included, that means meats as well. Now that I know what the eating area looks like, the photo that was used in the booking photos was not the same hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, it's just a stone's throw from the Old City. The whole area comes alive at night, there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was good and the bed as well, it was comfy.

We stayed for 2 nights here and everytime we go down or enter the hotel, the male receptionist(s) barely glanced at our direction, much less returned our greeting. There's Angel at least who gave us some info regarding our Bethlehem queries, but basically the front desk has to level up when it comes to attending to their guests. Also, they don't provide shampoo and conditioner in your room.

Oh my Goodness, don't know where to start. Arthur was the star of my stay at Ibis. What an amazing, kind, patient and helpful person he is...Every challenge that I've faced, he was coming up with a solution. I stayed 4 nights and I wish that it was not the case. Jerusalem is awesome! Lovely people! A big thank you to Anan, his assistance and patient help me with the logistics of adding and additional night on their peak season. Really helpful and ready to assist when they can. Be it car service, restaurant recommendations, pointing you to the right place when you needed. Thank you Ibis for turning the nuances of traveling into a wonderful experience! Do not forget to try their breakfast. They truly have a very nice and tasty selection, which is sometimes hard to find when it comes to food.

Really this doesn't apply here.

The breakfast was outstanding! Wide variety of many different foods. Very clean! Nissim Cohen was extremely helpful and kind! He went above and beyond to answer as many questions that we threw at him. Housekeeping lady was very nice. We were dropped off by taxi at the wrong Ibis hotel. The check-in guy that was there was kind enough to load all our luggage and pushed the luggage carrier over to the right hotel!! So very kind of him to do that. We were exhausted!

The mattresses on the bed were nonexistent!! The twin beds were very small, more like a toddler bed. The room was very clean.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Styles Jerusalem City Center Hotel. Anan was very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! I love the location of the hotel! It is a short walk to the light rail, shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and to the Old City. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was delicious!!

The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the Old City and a few steps from the tram and bus stops to get anywhere else in Jerusalem. The people at the hotel were more than helpful and ready to accommodate all our requests. On Shabbat, there is a place to light candles, Shabbat keys are provided for the rooms, a Shabbat elevator stops on every floor, and food for the meals can be stored in the hotel fridge.

A small suggestion: a refrigerator in the room would be more than helpful, especially in the height of Jerusalem summer. For Shabbat, this need is fulfilled by the hotel fridge, but one needs to ask for food (or drink) to be brought every time and moving provisions back and forth takes effort.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 couples. On the first night, the key fob for one room (which activates the electric for the room) wasn't working. Reception quickly sent a man who solved the problem by overriding the fob system. Unfortunately, the A/C still wasn't working properly but again, the reception sorted the issue. The other rooms were problem free. The rooms were all clean and brightly decorated so had a nice, fresh feel. My only complaint would be the storage is dreadful. There was no wardrobe in our room and we had to hang our clothes on a rod sticking out from the side of a stack of display units ( we knew this because there were four (that's all!) hangers on the rod sticking out. The location of the hotel is excellent, being just 10 minutes walk to Jaffa Gate (for a crowd of elderly people) and is surrounded by cafes, bars, coffee shops and mini-marts. The best feature of the hotel were the reception staff, who were superb. They sorted out the problems with the rooms, they found us places to eat during Shabbat, they sorted out our taxis and were genuinely so nice throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel just for them.

Nothing.
