Comfortable beds, clean shower,complimentary toiletries

The shower needs railings,the shower floor is very slippery. Needs bathroom mats when you leave the shower. I find that these items need special attention.!!!

The location was great, the room was visually appealing, and was well stocked with a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, tea coffee, closet, safe, table/chair, armchair, soaps, towels and tissue paper. The A/C was on when we entered, as was the ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the hot water was boiling! Staff was very helpful - both when we got locked out of the hotel at 10:30 pm (our fault, forgot the code) and when we had a complaint as we were leaving. They also allowed us to pay cash upon our arrival, using our cc info as a deposit.

Would have been nice to have some kind of filtered water, either in the room, or at the entrance, and the mattresses were old not/comfortable. However, when we told the concierge, he apologized, and told us that he would go up and check himself, as well as pass the complaint to the owner.

Very clean, extremely nice staff. Prime location.

Not enough hot water in the shower. Got cold after 15-20 minutes(2 showers).

All the busses we needed was just next to the hotel doorsteps. ROOM- big, very clean, great bathroom, you have every thing you need in it!! It was better than the photos! The towels and shits were really clean and shits were so soft! bed was comfy. You have TV and A.C working great and hot water. THE STUFF- really nice guys. Thanks Amir. We enjoyed so much that we took one more night! We will be back for sure to this gem hotel.

Cleaning needs to improve, for example never swap the floor, is a good and awesome place to stay in, but they can and should improve other details “towels need more in the bathroom” also shower towels was need it. Everything else is awesome personal is very attentive. If i may add to this, I believe theirs need to be a “women crew” for house keeping members. They need them.

We believe theirs need to have women cleaning the rooms. Whit all do respect to the men working their, they are good people they try hard, but you can tell a women hands need to be there.

Good value for money. Nice and fair counter people. Great location and overall a great experience. Would recommend for mid-budget travellers. The room was pretty nice looking and large. Fridge and microwave, nice kitchenette. Cute gesture from the crew when you enter your room.

Definitely not that soundproof but just ok. AC remote wasn't working properly. Instead of 1 big bed we got 2 combined ones that would separate from one another quite often. No toaster-oven.

We love the location and efficiency of the place. This was our second time there and we plan to return on our next trip. It has everything we need, including amenities like a mini-fridge, a kettle, instant Turkish coffee!, etc. so we don't always have to go out for meals. Ameer, the manager, is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are made up daily. Nice soaps/shampoos/creams are provided daily as well. Highly recommend.

It is in the heart of Jerusalem. Great location. All facilities are one step away, e.g. shops, market, transportation etc. The microwave in the room was the best thing I got to warm up our food without going out in such a cold and rainy day. A clean toilet, comfortable bed, dining table, and the Netflix connection made my stay wonderful in such an affordable price as compared to other hotels in the city.

House and ability to cook was helpful Staff was good and helpful Lovely strong WiFi Daily housekeeping exceptional. Still can improve on provision of plastic utensils suitable for kids. As well as response by staff to phone room call
