Staff is amazing! Everyone is smiling and they are VERY happy to help. Very clean room and every little corner of the hotel was very well thought. Hotel is next to the big train station, very easy access. Also there are 3 big parking areas around the hotel. VERY well sound insulation, you hear NOTHING when you're inside the room. Machine for free cold/warm/sparkling water on each floor.

The area around the hotel has a lot of road works etc and even before the sun goes down, big rats are running around you. Not just one or two. A LOT! Even groups of 4-5 rats at a time. It's not the hotel's fault of course, but during the weekend we stayed, we had to be careful when we were leaving/coming back to the hotel.

Restaurant was a bit expensive, but tasty :)

No blind or curtain in the window of the bathroom, which people from outside could see inside there :-( No hot water at the washbasin.

Love everything about this hotel. Design, location next to big shopping mall and main train station. Bed is very comfy. Staff is also super helpful. I asked to leave my luggage days before check in and they have no problem with that (I travelled to Geneva and come back to Lyon).

They are renovating the road in front of hotel which taxi need to drop us a block away. We also need to walk one block further to access the train station. It's not hotel fault, but this should be informed when booking.

Modern new well thought out facilities with very comfortable beds, top of the line sound proofing and great design. Rooms are larger than most in France. I also liked the water dispenser on each floor and the breakfast buffet was super. The location is right beside Lyon Part Dieu gare but cannot here that noise in room. While not in main tourist center, easy to take a bus or subway there and there are some very good restaurant options near the hotel. The easy airport shuttle from the nearby part dieu station made it a great location for my recent visit.

If you want to be right in the tourist area then this is not.

Wonderful stay ! Wish it could have been longer. The hotel is right there, next to the train station and close to other modes of transportation. The building is brand new, so it’s modern, clean, and comfy. Moreover, it’s very calm. The walls are soundproof, the lights are dimmed, and the music in common areas is very soothing. I’d highly recommend this hotel for neurodivergent folks. Breakfast is a delicious variety of sweet and savory. Their restaurant, La Pampa, is incredible as well. The staff is so professional and kind. I’ve got only good things to say.

The bar staff were very disorganised .Waited for order to be taken when others who arrived after us were served before us!Unprofessional!The main barman was quite rude !He saw us waiting for order and ignored us twice!Need a proper bar manager to avoid these issues!Did not expect that service at the Pullman .Nearby Carpark rates are supposed to be discontinued by hotel but they aren’t as advertised on booking.com.Needs to be removed or updated as hotel staff said there was discontinued rate only on one of the carparks not all as advertised.Restaurant menu is very limited!Needs more choices.

wonderfully designed hotel! it was awesome to have a free Brita water dispenser on our floor! huge benefit for travellers! engaging staff, helpful. great that its located next to the train station. food in the restaurant was good, we really enjoyed that! laundry service was efficient. The location is great if you're going to be visiting things near this neighborhood, such as the Les Halles Paul Bocuse, however its further away from the sites.

nothing to do w the hotel, just the road construction was a real pain. we were travelling out via car with 4 luggages, and had to pull them on the construction site which made the luggage dusty. instructions on how to get to the hotel would be better. the staff generously sent maps, but the key here wouldve been, don't go out the station, walk along the station and exit where the hotel was located. maybe we didnt read the map correctly.

Exceptional stay I’d say. Everything sparkling clean, cleaning/make up beds everyday, great breakfast buffet (fresh everything inc bread&butter), convenient location (next to train station and a big mall with everything you may need: cafe/restaurants, pharmacy, super markets, clothes if needed). A sofa-bed for my kids was ready by our arrival. Super black out curtains - my kids were able to sleep until 9am like never. Water station is right out of the room with still and sparkling water (easy to fill up your bottle on the way to go out). Awesome place with nice, helpful people. We all enjoyed staying here.

Cannot find a thing

The mattress, pillows, complete bedding set were all very comfortable. I slept really well during my entire stay and even allowed myself a few mornings to sleep-in because the bed was just too comfortable to leave. Having Clarins hair and body products, plush towels and bathrobes in the bathroom also felt luxurious. The bedroom was good-sized and had plenty of space for storage and seating. The kettle and mini-fridge (where I stored yogurt) also allowed me to have a light breakfast in my bedroom instead of spending money on the full breakfast buffet available downstairs. The biggest bonus was the water refill station available in the hallway next to the elevators so I always had fresh drinking water and could choose the temperature and whether or not I wanted bubbles. I did also appreciate the friendliness and kindness of all the staff I encountered during my stay including the reception team and restaurant manager and staff.

I chose this hotel because of its closeness to the train station so I won’t complain about it. But for travelers wanting to be more central, close to sights, shops and restaurants, then stay here if you don’t mind walking 30+ minutes and/or riding the bus or metro for 20+ minutes to get to those places.

The hotel was really nice and modern. The beds were super comfy. The body products are really nice - Clarins!

You cannot drive the car to the property because they are doing major construction and we didn't know that. First we drove around in circles for 30 minutes because we couldn't find the entrance (turned out you cannot reach it by car) and then we had to park in a garage somewhere else and then lug all of our heavy luggage to the hotel. Be careful if you have a room with a bathtub. The sides are really high and hard to get out of. I slipped and really hurt my leg. Have a huge swollen blue back of leg for the rest of the vacation. I would recommend asking for a room with a shower only.
