- The whole Hotel seemed very modern and clean. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. - You get a Tram/Subway card for the whole stay in this hotel. - Venting Machine saved my starving self since we came back to the hotel at 1am. Will be booking this hotel everytime I have longer stay in Frankfurt.

- The way to the hotel from the main station could be dangerous at night in my opinion. So please be extra careful. Fortunately the way to the hotel is pretty short.

Across the road from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (tip - there is an exit from Platform 1 directly opposite the hotel) so the hotel is very convenient for train travellers; nice lobby/ reception/ bar area; excellent service by friendly and helpful staff; good value. At the end of a long, wet and quite cool day out and about the in- house pizza was great!

It would have cost quite a bit extra to get a room with a kettle - so instead of that I booked the otherwise similar room and purchased coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate from the lobby bar and took it up to the room. Better quality drinks at a better price!

The hotel furnishings are the standard InterCity sparse but modern template but are in top condition, looking like a recent refurbishment.

Had no contact with any humans, which is a bit weird. Checked in online, got my room key from a machine at the entry, and dropped the key into a box on the morning of departure. Some of the surrounding streets aren't fabulous at certain times of the day...you can avoid the street by taking the exit half way long Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof's platform 1. It's an exit directly opposite the main hotel entry. Problem solved. Also useful when it is raining.

ideally situated for the main railway station in Frankfurt. just opposite the station, modern bright and cheerful. staff were very friendly and helpful. Big comfortable and quiet rooms. As I was travelling by train this was ideal for me.

The property is great the only downside is the area around the station which has many homeless people and drug addicts. It doesn’t always feel safe around the station but this is out with the hotel’s ability. The hotel itself has a bright friendly fully stocked bar and restaurant so it is safe within the hotel.

The hotel has a great location, since you can reach the front door via the side of Platform 1 of the Frankfurt main station - it helps a lot especially when it's raining, because you don't have to drag your luggage over a long distance in the rain. The staff has a good service and generally friendly. Our stay was generally quiet. Maybe because the hotel is not fully booked, but in the end, the most important thing is that we were not bothered at all. The room has quite a space, so there's enough room for placing different things around. Another plus for staying here is that if you're the member of the H Rewards, you get a free CityPass, and it even covers the entire check-out date, so we took advantage of it and saved some money on traveling to the airport. I will probably stay at the hotel again if I'm traveling to Frankfurt in the future.

This is not entirely against this hotel, but I don't get the logic that many hotels in Europe only use a piece of glass to separate the bathing area from the rest of the toilet. I mean, the toilet is bound to flood after someone takes a bath. The bed is really soft, so if you have company, you're recommended to book a room with two single beds rather than with one double bed, because the other person would be bothered when you toss and turn.

The hotel perfectly fits my usual purpose of transit for work via trains in Frankfurt. This stay was not an exception, apart from an unpleasant discovery that their restaurant was closed. There is nothing particularly luxurious about this hotel. But its location is superb, for travel needs, and it offers a decent breakfast. The rooms (and bathrooms) are tiny and rather inconvenient for couples, but are OK for solo travellers.

The restaurant was closed, because - as I was explained at the reception - they didn't have enough of staff to work there, on that evening. This was very disappointing, as usually I am arriving to Frankfurt by a train in the late evening, and prefer to just sleep in the hotel, having a simple dinner there. It would have been nice to have a bathrobe included and "English breakfast" as a tea choice in the room (not only Earl Grey, that many people don't like).

The room was very clean and in a business style. It had a big map of the city on the wall, which was very helpful to plan the sightseeing. We could opt out from room cleaning (ecological) and receive a voucher for the bar instead. The queen bed was very comfortable, with two different pillows (a flatter and a harder one; probably can exchange at the reception) and puffy warm blankets. To get to the floor one needs to scan the room-card in the elevator, which makes it safer. The location, right at the railway and bus station, at a walkable distance from the inner city, is amazing. I will definitely book with this hotel chain again.

The only suboptimal thing was the layout of the bathroom. It didn't have enough surfaces to put our stuff and the faucet was at the edge of the sink in the way. Also the towel-rank was not at the sink, but a bit behind.

Very nice hotel with professional reception, clean rooms and tasted breakfast. Next to the main station, so convenient for travelling to the airport.

Thankful hotel provide free bottle of water in the bar, and I drunk it once checking in on the first day. But the empty bottle plus the paper pad was not taken away till my checking out. The bath towel was not replaced, even I knew that perhaps was for envirnmental purpose, but clearly that towel was wet, should be exchanged in such hot summer. All above is not big issue for me at all, hope it be better.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. It felt modern and fresh but the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was easy to navigate and quiet/well insulated from the busy city. Despite the location it did feel safe and secure.

The staff could have been friendlier at check in and they weren’t ‘quick’ at the desk to serve. The hotel’s location in a slightly rough and ready part of town has benefits and drawbacks due to the station location. A more visible security presence would be welcome due to the location.

I requested room overlooking train station and I got the perfect room 748.

I want more variety at breakfast buffet. The limited choices were the same breakfast items offered at Berlin Intercity Hotel I had just left. I also wanted a take out coffee cup with lid so I could take hot coffee back to my room like I did in Berlin, but paper cup option was not offered here. There was only one pillow and one blanket in bed so I had to go downstairs to lobby to get additional blanket and pillow. (Front desk was not answering phone.)The maximum temperature set for rooms does not provide sufficient comfort for all guests in chilly and rainy Frankfurt...especially for travelers from warmer climates.
