The perfect layout for a family stay! We never expected that there might be two single rooms connected like loft in Holiday Inn! They are so amazing! We ordered the final night in 2024 and they told us that we could be invited to enjoy the fireworks and celebrate New Year Eve on the balcony! They even prepared champagne for everyone! Our family really enjoyed that night! Thank you very much!

No, maybe only the totally open garage parking also charges for €14. Maybe because of holiday the entrance was always open for everyone…

Location is the biggest advantage of this location plus there is a free parking near by for those who have their vehicle, S Bhan , Supermarkret ,Fuel station , Coffee Shop, Medical Store, everything i 450

We checked in at 12:45 AM as it was a long drive day and the person at the check in made things worst for us, not going to elaborate on this but expect a good receptionist at a HEI hotel at all times. Breakfast and the overall cost is not something i would call value for money as the hotel rooms are gettun =g mdn

Breakfast is formidable! They make omeletes for you next to a very richt selection of english and continental breakfast options. And as often in Germany the personell is very friendly.

Parts of the hotel really need a refurbishment, like the carpets in the hallways. They are old and dirty. Another thing that annoys me is that a growing number of hotels ask you to let them know if you want the rooms to be cleaned. This feels like they are taking care about the environment but in reality it is about cost savings. Why not give customers a next time discount voucher if they chose to skip room cleaning?

Very good and serviceminded staff in both the reception and restaurant. We arrived early at 9:30 and were lucky to get the room right away instead of waiting until 15:00 a clock. Very nice of them when we were travelling with 2 small children age 1 and 4. Their kids playroom were being renovated, so when that is finish the hotel will be even better. Kids eats for free in the hotel restaurant! Very child friendly! :-)

This hotel is a good choice when traveling through the Germany, close to the highway and shopping area. There is a plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean although a little outdated. Great choice of breakfast buffet, lovely staff

The hotel itself is older, bathroom could use some upgrade although common areas in the hotel are renovated and really nice

It was in a nice green area. Overall rooms were clean but old.

The price for its location wasn’t good. The staff didn’t know English very well and the facilities were quite old (some corridors even smelled pretty bad). Also the hotel didn’t have a simple thermometer which is a must in first aid kit, especially for such a big hotel.

The number and setup of beds for me and my three children was flexible and overall a good experience. I was able to get everyone comfortably situated relatively easily, and the size of the room was above average.

No real complaints of note. The only small thing is the lack of parking directly at the hotel--the free parking is a good distance away, and even the parking garage is a bit of a walk. That is to be expected, though, and the overall facility was excellent.

Good price and great staff. It is a great option for short stay. I usually stay here after long flight to rest for 1 day then hit the road for vacation road trip. Location is on city border which serves my needs.

Ac is underestimated for suite. It is located only in living room which makes bed room always hot.

The hotel was in a quiet location but close to shops and other amenities.

Parking was difficult. It was either pay to stay close to the hotel or have a long walk to the free parking. We had a disabled guest and the hotel had 2 disabled spaces but you couldn’t reserve them.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet suburban area with several supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious, it had a clean bathroom with many amenities, beds were very comfortable. The hotel has an easy 30 min connection with the city centre.
