We recently stayed at the Orchard Rendezvous Hotel and had a wonderful experience as a family. The beds and pillows were absolutely superb, providing us with the utmost comfort. We all had a great night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional quality of the bedding, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The breakfast was a bit pricey for us at 35 Singapore dollars per person.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in the Club Room. Well worth the cost. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The Club Rooms come with a private balcony that overlooks a sea of lush greenery. This was a refreshing change from our usual concrete jungle views! The balcony provided a nice alcove to unwind at. Club guests also have exclusive access to the Club Lounge. Staff are really friendly! They will aim to serve you at their best. I especially want to commend Samy and Ash at the Club Lounge for their great and impeccable service. They were very professional, kind and friendly! All other staff in the hotel are like them - amazing service and friendliness. The reception staff are polite and helpful. Don't hesitate to approach any staff for help should you need it! They also provide power adaptors, which allowed us to charge our devices anywhere if required. The hotel is location is great and commuting is easy. The concierge was very helpful and professional. Overall an impressive, welcoming and very enjoyable place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

There was really little we did not like about this hotel.

1. Location is at the best area of singapore right at the orchard Road 2. Staff consider friendly esp on SG standard 3. Room is spacious 4. There is a water jug inside the room 5. Have a working desk also, to do a bit of online meeting 6. Price when I stayed according very reasonable

There is a a construction site on 2 sides of the hotel, mentioned on their website, but not on booking It was very loud on the 1st day, after that I changed rooms to the 16th floor and was better, but you could still see it and hear it. The bathroom had a rust here and there and mold in the corners (no smell), but it cannot healthy.

Great location, within walking distance from shopping etc. Staff were polite and helpful. Cleaning and restaurant staff were lovely and friendly.

The little shop next to reception charged almost $30Sg for 1 litre uht milk and small icecream for my daughter and the laundry was quite expensive, paid $20 for one cycle washing and drying but I guess thats what happens in mkre espensive aide of town However, this hotel was more reasonably priced and in really good location 👌🏼

Centrally placed in orchard! Staff were great and a small plumbing issue resolved as soon as reported to front desk! Great restaurants and bars all within short walk of property and MRT!

Central atrium roof could do with a clean and the only reason I’m saying this is because this was our view from our sliding doors! You have to keep blinds drawn as your overlooked by other rooms! And building works next door start early and finish late but can’t blame them for that but on holiday it’s a switch off you want not the sound of pile driving to be fair!

Club lounge with very friendly staff. Breakfast provided in White Marble. Excellent complimentary laundry service with club room.

Given a room probably a family room with adjoining door. Able to hear late night early morning telephone conversations of long term resident next door. Room with balcony but no chairs. Only offered another bedroom chair to put on balcony when queried.

Perfect location at the start of Orchard Road - 5mins to MRT and bus stop outside hotel. Supermarket opposite and restaurants & bars within building. Room on 7th floor was excellent, much bigger than I expected for Singapore. Very comfy bed, seating area and separate bathroom. 2 balconies - overlooking pool and Orchard Road. Pool on 6th floor large and really nice, surrounded by plants and flowers, plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas, shower facilities etc. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.

Would have been good to be able to cast phone to TV to watch Netflix etc.

My room was quite big and I had a nice view on the pool. I didn’t have breakfast because I’ve thing was overpriced..

Your toilet tile need to be updated. I didn’t like that was no hose in the shower so my hair was always wet.. I don’t like to wear a shower hat

We got upgraded to a bigger family room And the room is very very spacious Separate shower and tub area The pool was great, the kids had a blast Any requests we had was delivered promptly It was quiet at night despite the busy area the hotel was located at

Some room amenities could do with an upgrade considering their price point, e.g., bidet for WC, more apps or cast function for the TV (currently, only YouTube is available) Maybe just personal preference but I found the mattress too firm and the pillows too soft A bit more seats at the lobby area might be helpful, as I had to wait a bit to get checked-in, and I had elderly and kids with me I don't mind waiting but a bit of acknowledgment from the front desk that they'll be with me shortly would give a more welcoming feeling. (I'm the first person in line but the staff were busy doing something else)
