The hotel is well located though an 11 min walk from the Light Rail Transit Government Plaza station. Room was decently sized, facility was clean and staff were friendly and efficient. Slightly higher priced but was best rate versus comparable hotels. Also rate was due to time of time year as students were starting University. Definitely a thumbs up.

There was only a thing covering on bed for blankets and while additional ones were provided this was not a full duvet. Not sure if in full winter it is different.

Friendly staff, valet parking, decent breakfast, good location. Hotel restaurant had basic food but it was well made.

There were no blankets on the bed, just a very light coverlet over the sheet, which was not adequate for winter. It had snowed 10" 4 days before and they had not plowed their lot out yet which made navigating the lot and finding the driveway to the hotel difficult (especially for a friend with a walker). No information about the restaurant or menu in the room or online. Be aware that the driveway is not marked, you drive into a small neighboring lot, and if you miss it you'll be driving a couple of miles to get back around.

My husband and I had to travel back and for to the convention center for the Elks Convention. It was literally a 5 minute walk so the location was perfect. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. I loved every second of staying here. The store downstairs was of great convenience amd the prices were fantastic. Thank you for making this trip a 10 out of 10.

The pool was super salty lol

Rooms were comfortable and staff was very friendly. The food was great at the restaurant! Much better than we were anticipating! Loved how close it was to the convention center. We were able to walk back and forth easily.

I didn't like that it was only valet parking. Would be nice to have some general parking as well. It said there was room service, but there was no information in the room..you had to go down to the restaurant to look at a menu.

Clean Front desk staff friendly Bartender was not knowledgeable, and was put off by requests for a beer he didn’t know.

Bartender- he was not knowledgeable and got offended when I asked for a brand of beer. I explained what is was and would like to test something like it. What he gave me to try was nothing like I requested or explained.

The staff were great, The room was clean and spacious, loved the amenities that were provided. The sheets in the bed were very clean and comfy. the bathtub was amazing and spacious. the bed was super frim that I had a wonderful sleep.

there is no parking space available, Valet parking is available for the convenience of people. The extra payment for Breakfast was something I was not used to. but it was for a descent price to who ever would prefer Breakfast there.

The view was amazing, the staff was super friendly, the room was clean and felt really safe.

The parking! $28 a day for valet parking! I got lucky and found a spot to park that was free, but the cost of parking wasn’t mentioned (or I didn’t see it, if so.. my bad!). I felt like that was a bit much.

The rooms were clean and good quality sheets, bed etc. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a corner room. Nice view of down town. Staff was friendly and nice to talk to.

Had to use valet to park. No self parking. An extra $28.00 a day for that.

Comfortable bed, large room. Very good buffet breakfast with helpful and friendly staff. Price is good for city centre stay.

Area immediately outside hotel is not the best. I was threatened at closest metro stop waiting for train to airport. This is not hotel's fault but this is the environment it is located near to. Hotel was very hood.

Daunte and Joseph we our bar tenders. They were AMAZING!! Very personable people. Wanted to know where I was from. Made it a great experience. The rest of the staff was great also.

My valet Meek? Spun my tires on my truck when he brought it up from parking. I could hear it. Also he wasn't very confident in backing my truck either. Almost put it on the curb.
