Everything in the room was exceptional and great. Also, the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is a plus. I really loved the stay and was great with my budget. Definitely will recommend or consider the same hotel for future occasions.

I think everything was great. The only thing I would make better is the vouchers for breakfast. It took a long period of time to make the vouchers for everyone and we were a group of 6 people in 3 different rooms.

The bathroom Floor was dirty and when you walk in the room the tile was dirty

Room & shuttle. Driver was very helpful.

Printer in lobby wasn't working & I was unable to print boarding passes. The front desk told me that breakfast was at a certain time and it was just enough for us to grab a quick bite before heading to airport. However they moved the time to later because of mother's day so we could not get anything to eat before shuttling to the airport.

Airport shuttle took us right there. There was only a short wait for the shuttle. The room was very large; beds very comfortable. 4th floor, so we kept the curtains open and enjoyed the view and the rain. The window opened an inch or two for some fresh air. There was a nice restaurant right inside. The man who checked us in was very nice and professional.

The bathroom doorknob and lock was broken, stuck so we could not lock the door. It would be nice if hotel TVs could get Netflix or Youtube.

I love this hotel from the minute I walk into the doors .Everything was so satisfying ,the ambiance,the hotel is so clean and tidy .Front desk was so helpful and really pleasant.Our room had a beautiful view and the room was a 5 star for us .Although we spent one night we had no regrets and by the way there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel

No microwave to heat up the food when it gets cold

Breakfast was good. An exception should be made for people who do not use poke. I do not eat eggs, pork or sausages as they consist of pork but your staff was very pleasant and turkey sausage was substituted. So turkey sausage or bacon can be a welcome addition to breakfast.

A little microwave in the room would have been very helpful thanks

Comfortable

We received an email saying to check in at the crown plaza due to works being carried out at the holiday inn. When we arrived to the crown we were told that we had to go to the holiday inn because the construction works were already completed. They did not contact us in advanced to communicate this, we had to wait for the shuttle to take us to the holiday inn and when we arrived we did not receive even an apologize. They also took a deposit that they haven't refunded yet (the trip was 2 weeks ago)

it was clean the service was great and I think his name is Miles”. but he checked us in and he took care of every issue with a smile and such grace he is fantastic.

my room was beautiful and clean however housekeeping did not do a daily clean and did not collect the dirty towels daily. on our 3rd night we had no clean towels and had to go to the front desk to get them. our bed sheets were never changed either.

There's 2 holiday Inn in the nwk arprt area and one of them charges for parking. Didn't like that. And breakfast was not included so I paid 21$ for a plate which was cold by the time I took back to room and I didn't have a microwave to heat up

The renovations are really coming along. Everything is looking so updated and new.

i personally don’t think they’re ready for guests bc there is a lot of work still being done. our first room wasn’t completed so we were moved. The rugs are so new that carpet tacks are still in them (be careful - no barefoot or socks) and the phone isn’t working yet so you have to use ur cell or go to the front desk. The restaurant was also not completed yet.
