Location, features, comfort, breakfast, happy hour. Receptionists upon our arrival (Kevin) was extremely helpful, welcoming, courteous, exceptional person. Same I can say for the receptionist on the late afternoon/early evening on 5/27/2024 (unfortunately did not ask for her name). She was jovial and made a recommendation to go to a know pizzeria close to the hotel. No regrets in eating at the place she recommended as the food was really good.

The property was exceptional. What was not up to expectations was the front desk staff on 5/31/2024 morning shift. Upon check out, Lamar was not customer satisfaction oriented, he was rude/blunt, a total deception for boot making an effort to help with our concern. He brushed off responsibility as a representative of the hotel. Finally, when I asked for a copy of the receipt upon check out he was argumentative and was reluctant to print a copy for my records.

Nice free shuttle service from and to the airport, very nice suite with separate sitting room with work space, large and well organized bathroom, very confortable sleeping room. Nice free happy hour offered by the hotel. Not very good the breakfast and not good the dinner at the hotel restaurant (avoid it). The ratio between quality and price could be improved. In any case a very good solution when in transit through Newark airport

The hotel is very conveniently located to EWR and would make for a great spot if you need a place to stay. Right across the street from Jersey Garden Mills outlet mall. About a 20-minute Uber/Lyft ride from MetLife Stadium. The room was spacious and the staff friendly. We had an issue with our AC unit going out and they kindly discounted one of our evenings there (we stayed three nights). Beds are comfortable.

The sofa was very worn, with holes worn into the fabric of one of the arms. We noticed ants in the entryway, but they were gone by the next day. I think there was a miscommunication with the housekeeping team. If our Do Not Disturb sign was out, they would knock on the door. When the sign was NOT out, they skipped our room for cleaning. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all and we ended up using the mattress on the floor, as that was more comfortable.

Breakfast was great. Infact I purposely stay at Embassy Suites because of the very great breakfast!

A UPS package was delivered to the hotel for me on the 31st of August. The UPS website clearly showed it was delivered and received at the hotel however the package couldn't be traced up to the time I checked out of the hotel. The hotel lobby does not have a record of delivered items as they casually tell whoever is bringing any package to drop same beside the reception. Other hotels like the Hampton Suites (opposite Embassy) maintain a register where all items are registered. Embassy should adopt same immediately. Please I still await the package and your response.

Breakfast was excellent! The cocktails at the end of the day is an added bonus Room was clean and comfortable ( My family think you exceeded in this regard). Location is great - not only for arrival/departing Newark, Airport/ but, should we decide to visit New York again we'll prefer to stay at your hotel!

Our stay was too short! We did not like that we didn't know that one can stay in New Jersey and visit New York. NOW WE KNOW!!!

This hotel worked out great for its location before my cruise the next day. I took an airport shuttle so I didn't need a taxi and the next day, I took an inexpensive transfer to the ship, which the hotel offered. I met many people in the hotel who were going on the same cruise I was going on - which was fun. They offered a delicious breakfast and a comfortable, quiet room, within walking distance to a shopping center with lots of choices for meals. Staff were professional, courteous and helpful.

1. The front desk was not polite. 2. No one from the reception is unswerving the phone when needed. 3. Hotel charged me for parking even when it did not mentioned when we ordered the room. One more small issue. I updated the hotel I will celebrate my birthday but nothing hapend. The should learn from Haron hotel Washington DC and Holiday Inn Philadelfia.

The hotel mainly serves two potential costumers- passengers/air crew who need airport hotel or tourists that want to visit the Jersey Gardens mall and stay close to it. For both it provides an excellent solution. The hotel is pretty close to Newark airport and within a walking distance from the mall. It offers a shuttle service from the airport that start running quite early in the morning. We used this service which was very helpful and easy to find. We got to the hotel and were greeted by a very welcoming staff who tried to see if we could get a room very early in the morning, offered us an available room but not what we ordered so we chose to wait. We got our room as soon it was ready and before check in time which was very appreciated. The room itself is very big for the two of us and so was the bathroom. It was clean and really had all that we needed. To be honest, I didn't expect it to be as good as it was, but its a pretty good hotel. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food to choose from, clean breakfast area, not too crowded and the dining area staff were excellent. We stayed at the hotel for two nights in order to visit the mall and it was exactly what we needed- a short 3min walk to the mall from the hotel, a clean room and a good breakfast to start the day. As I already mentioned, I didnt expect it to be such a good hotel but we had an awesome stay in a place with an excellent service that offers very good rooms and provides you with what you need when you look for a hotel in that location. Well done!

I don't have anything to mention. I would love to have the pool area running but due to the month of the year and the weather its understandable.

The hotel was just a short ride on the shuttle from the airport which was perfect for an overnight stay before catching another plane on our journey home. Our king suite was very comfortable. We appreciated the free drink in the evening and the omelette that was made to order for breakfast in the morning.

The rest of the offerings for breakfast were not very appealing.

Location was awesome, very close to the airport. Liked the room, private suite had separate lounge area, kitchen, etc. Overall was good experience

I didn’t like the manners of lady at the front desk. She was meeting bare minimum bar for the customer service. Could have genuinely been more helpful and welcoming when onboarding clients, and assisting customers. Aside from this, had zero complaints.
