check in was super fast as always even though the hotel was busy. room service was terrific. the menu could have more offerings but they always delivered on time and using the app was very easy. my wife used the Relâche spa for the first time and she was blown away by the staff and the facilities down there. she also said it’s a great value for the money.

we wanted to take our son to the water park but we didn’t know you can only purchase tickets through the hotel website when booking a room. we weren’t able to purchase tickets once we got to the hotel because they were sold out for The Weekend. very disappointed that this isn’t made clear on booking.com website.

The look of the resort is beautiful and the bed was comfortable!

Okay, this list is bigger- 1. Far away from the downtown area. Needed a car 2. Everything is outrageously Expensive! Try $6 for a water. 3. The hotel is big and you get lost easily! 4. We had an event at their event center. Could not find it. Had to walk forever to get food. I would hate being there with small children!! 5. $35 to park. $48 for valet.

Did not eat breakfast

We ordered pizza and the total was $40 but was charged $55 on my credit card. The parking was suppose to be $33 night. I was charged $33 on my credit card and each time I left the parking lot I had to pay another $36!!! Awful!!!

The resort is absolutely amazing with waterfalls, rivers, streams, thousand of plants, so many restaurants, shops and activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and very clean.

The room itself was very expensive. Also, the property is gigantic so it takes a very, very, very long time to get to your room, then to get to anywhere around the resort, and then to get to your car is a whole other difficult situation. You absolutely need bell services to bring your luggage to your room and then back out to your car at the end of your stay.

We loved how much it was to do at the hotel. It had 15 restaurants, spa, fitness, pool, shopping and entertainment all in one spot. Also the shuttle was very convenient to take us to all of the attractions outside of the hotel. Great location and great service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet was awesome. We had a 4 hour spa that was out of this world and the showboat was a great experience.

The room didn't have a microwave. Has a fridge but no way to warm up your food on the whole floor. The vending machine also was not working on my floor and took my money. No candy machines in our section of the vending area.

Room size was great! We booked two rooms and they were just down the hall from one another. Thank you for that!! All staff was very cordial and helpful. Bed was comfy! Loved having everything onsite pretty much and not feeling like we had to leave the hotel. We will definitely be back!!

Directions to room from front desk personnel was not very clear. I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room, or at least one accessible. We were told 2 hours wait at Jack Daniels and ended up not getting in for 3 hours. I was ignored by one staff member when I tried to inquire about our continued wait time.

The atrium and inside of the hotel are beautiful.

Checking in was a headache. Given wrong room number and no directions other than what elevator to use to find it. After almost an hour and a trip all the way back to the front desk for new keys and room number (the place is massive so not a short trip to the front desk) we finally got into our room. Meanwhile our friends were checked in and waiting for us to go to dinner. Secondly, our room hadn't been vacuumed and we found nail clippings on the floor which grossed us out.

I thought the resort overall was quite impressive and the room was clean and comfortable. Luz was amazing checking us in and recommending a balcony upgrade.

We ended up in an accessible room so the bathroom was not as nice as I had expected and no counter space in the toilet and shower area but I suspect this may be because of the accessible part. Also the room we were upgrading to at check in was taken by a lady beside us checking in who saw the view we were shown so it was frustrating that happened with another rep. Elevators could have been cleaner but overall was very impressed with the entire property.

Parking was easy. Great signage and the staff directed us to the self parking area closest to our room . It was perfect!! Our room had and balcony viewing the atrium! Wow what a beautiful place. The waterfalls were so peaceful and the sound of running water reminded me of many tropical vacations we have experienced. We live in the area and will most definitely be planning additional stays. Just loved it!!!
