This is one of the most exceptional standard hotels I've stayed at. The location isn't close to the center of things, but it's just off a highway and convenient to quite a lot of good places to eat. The layout is convenient, and the room and everything in it, as well as the halls and the workout room are spotlessly clean. Bathroom amenities are great. The best two features: 1. It's *quiet!! 2. Staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, clearly glad to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Staff (especially Brandon) did a great job. EVERYONE working there was friendly. Breakfast was great - good choices. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Our little dog is so easy and clean, completely house trained, quiet. If not for our honesty, you would not have known he was there. Wish we didn't have to pay a pet fee, but I get it.

Breakfast was great. Lots of selections to satisfy any taste. Location is very close to stores and dining,(fast food & sit down). Hotel is right off of the highway. I loved the goodie bag for my cat!

I'm really having to reach here as everything was top-notch. The pet goodie bag was geared towards a dog. I had a cat. I know the vast majority of pets that stay at the hotel would be dogs. Some catnip vs. the milk bone in the bag would have been the cherry on top.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean room well laid out.

Only criticism is I had an adjoining room and the people next to me were very loud. I asked to be moved but I was told they were full that night. So if I stayed there again in the future I would definitely request a non adjoining room if possible

Every single thing. The beds, sheets, quilts, coffee, coffee makers, size of room, cleanliness, bathroom, all the shampoos etc. it was amazing!!! Friendly staff. I can’t say enough. Best place I have ever stayed.

You could add a fan in the bathroom and dimmer switches for all the lights. Magical!

We chose HI because were traveling with our dogs and they were allowed; there was plenty of green space around the hotel and it worked out perfect. Everyone was very nice, room was clean and well stocked, public spaces were clean and nice also.

The breakfast was the bare minimum, hardly much at all; eggs, sausage, potatoes and toast. The weekend rate was twice the weekly rate which felt like hotel was gouging parents coming to visit.

The breakfast at this location was first rate. The lady taking care of guests in the breakfast area went above and beyond with her customer service. There was a great selection as well as it being delicious and hot! Well done.

There really wasn't anything that we were displeased with.

I liked the Hampton Inn. I would recommend their accommodations. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

I did not like the way booking. com explained things. They are vague and I do not think the prices were correct from what I understood my stay to be.

The location was excellent for travel, shopping, events. The rooms were very comfortable and the handicap shower was a wonderful benefit. The breakfast had a great variety with healthy choices.

Have a shower chair available in each handicap bathroom. For those of us who may arrive late and need a chair in order to shower (use walker, not wheelchair) it would be convenient not to have to call for one. I woud also like to suggest that the carpeting be removed from all animal friendly rooms and replaced with the same flooring as in the bathrooms. I put pee pads down to be on the safe side, but my dog could still smell that other dogs had been there. I have stayed in other hotels who have removed the carpet and I think this is more sanitary,

Staff was quick to address a billing mix-up so I was not double charged, and very helpful in finding us just the place we needed for dinner. Breakfast well done. Room generally comfortable except for the A/C

Incredibly noisy A/C which had us either heating up or shivering in an icy wind.
