The facility and the staff and location were all what we wanted. The so called "Breakfast" was awful. The so called scrambled (powdered) eggs were inedible, there was no toast, and the so called english muffins were some terrible imitation. The one bright spot was the granola with the various nuts, seeds and dried apricots.

Breakfast was typical, but staff, and bed comfort were exceptional. Cleanliness rated very high also.

Water temp was 83 degrees, and my grandsons shivered instead of swimming. That's it.... really give this hotel very high marks!

The breakfast was very limited. My boyfriend does not eat pork so the only "warm" thing he was able to eat was the eggs and they were cold. He was very upset that we had to go out and get breakfast when we paid extra for a hotel that had "breakfast".

It was in a good area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was good as well!

Convenience from Rt 81, clean, comfortable beds, breakfast buffet, restaurants close by.

The shade covers in second floor hallway had holes in most of them, needs painting outside elevator where walls are very chipped. Fridge in room has no freezer. No microwave to use. Rooms are expensive when next door they are suites.

Other than the parking lot! Which is kinda small and shares with another hotel! This place was great! I stayed at a Hilton in Christiansburg the time before this and was expecting a big nice room for what I paid and did not get it. I stayed with Fairfield this and was expecting the room I got with them for the same price and got what I was expecting the first time! Rooms were big nice and clean! Loved it!

The parking lot is kinda small and is connected to the other hotel which helps it fill up quicker.

Person checking us in (Ellis) was terrific. Bed was very comfortable and shower was good. Room was a good size. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was a little dusty. Could hear doors closing in hall, some past midnight. Breakfast was not that great - eggs were very salty, coffee weak and no selection - only medium brew. Would have been nice to have a strong brew since there were three canisters.
