Great size room, very clean, lovely bathroom, fantastic location. The photos in the listing are exactly what you get.

Needs a better description to find the location. Enter the main open galleria, look to the left (circled in the photo) and behind a glass door are some stairs and a very small lift. There are a number of call buttons to the left of the door, look for My Bergamo and press it. David will let you in and you go to the 2nd floor where he will welcome you.

This is a very nice place located in a central and safe area. It is just 3 minutes on foot from the train station as well as the bus stop to / from the airport. All the major attractions and shopping street can be reached on foot since they are in close proximity . The old part of the city is just 30 minutes on foot or you can take the bus or funicular ( stops are close by).There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area, too. The owner, David, is very polite and helpful. The room and generally the whole place was very clean and tidy. Inside the room there is a coffee machine as well as rusks , jam and honey.

There was only one thing I did not like. I stayed in the blue room so my comment has to do with the specific room. There is a door that leads to both the bedroom and the bathroom (theses are two adjoining rooms with separate doors ) which unfortunately cannot be locked from the outside. The same thing applies to the bathroom door. So ,while we were away, anyone could use our bathroom even though we were reassured by the owner that this would not happen.

The star of the hotel has to be David, he's an absolute legend and was very accomodating and helpful and made sure we had a great stay. The room was near perfect very clean with all the facilities we needed. What's more, this is a great place to stay if you're visiting Milan or Bergamo or the surrounding areas. This hotel is very close to the train/bus station which allowed us to get our luggage to the hotel and to travel to Milan and Crema and later into Verona.

The location was very good, the room was clean and in the neighborhood there are some good places where one can eat for lunch or dinner. Nice balcony with view to the Alta Citta. Spacious room. The host is friendly and willing to share information about what to visit, where to eat, etc...

The kitchen could not be used by the guests, therefore the breakfast is self-prepared, available in the room and is mainly based on some kind of bread, something sweet (chocolate cream), coffee and tea.

The location was perfect since we could easily reach everything on foot and it's close to the train station. The neighbourhood is lovely, with plenty of dining and shopping options. The apartment is clean and quite spacious for a family of four. The host was very kind and helpful, and we appreciated the small breakfast bonus, which included some coffee and toast.

We didn't understand why there was no hot water after the first person used the shower. The other three people had to take cold showers. Additionally, I would like to mention that the apartment windows face the main street, so it can be a bit noisy, especially if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping.

B&B My Bergamo is a wonderful option for short and long stays in Bergamo. Very close to everything - walking distance from the train station and also the bus stop from the airport. You can easily explore both the new town and the Citta Alta. It was clean, quiet and very cozy apartment. The host was very welcoming and he met us there. Everything is spot on. Highly recommend it!

There was nothing to complain about! Very good apartment with lots of options to eat and drink around.

Property is located near railway station, bus station. Bus stop to airport also located close to property on the Porta Nuova. How to find ? Let's go from railway station along central avenue (viale Papa Giovanni) and on the right side see archway to Galleria Fanzago. Entry to Number 3 is located on the left side of gallery near post boxes (look my photo). The owner was waiting for us, told us everything in detail and gave us the keys. Property has good facilities, quiet, balcony to inner courtyard. Good restaurants are located on other side of avenue. Shopping area starts from Porta Nuova and go to left. Bus 1 helps to achieve Citta Alta or funicular.

The location was excellent. A short walk from the train station and near to the new and old towns. Lovely big bathroom and comfy bed. Very clean apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful with good communication (in English) 😊

A bit tricky to find…the entrance is in a shopping precinct but ok once you find it. Look for no 3 on the wall and a big glass door front. The bathroom is private but next to the room. However, we saw nobody else during our stay so it didn’t matter to us.

Perhaps some drinking glasses for water or juice would be very useful. Toilet seat slightly loose. Might just have been us but we had problems finding the property as we used Google maps but apparently this gives misleading info and apple maps better. Would have been useful to be told this.

I liked the location, cleanliness of the room, the owner who was responsive and available, eventhough we had a delay there. Owner elso was super welcoming and left for us a little breakfast - fette biscottate and some Nutella and marmellata with coffee capsules. Towels and bed linens were clean and all the facilities. The room for 4 is super spacious, perfect for short stays. There is a kitchen and a fridge, some tableware, and microwave. Also great view from the balcony. During the night bit noisy, due to the activity on the main street, there were some cars cleaning the streets during the night.

We were 4 people in one room, when the last person wanted to do shower it was no hot water already, it's bit disappointing. Also there is no drinking water, and opportunity to use kitchen. There is only microwave and cups.
