The property is very conveniently located at the end of the pedestrian main street (literally 5 mins walk to the center), with great access to the main road. It has a pizzeria next to it, with great food and decent prices. The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Emilio), and the check-in was smooth. The room was nice and cosy, very clean (serviced daily) and had proper heating (which on such cold weather conditions was excellent!). It had a kettle with tea bags, so that was great. A pack of welcome cookies was also included. The bathroom was clean, had fresh towels & good toiletries and the hot water was running with no issues; hairdryer included. My friends and I were so happy with it. It was quite expensive though, considering it was the end of the season, but so were all other properties. Breakfast was included and it was good enough, but the cakes were particularly tasty and the coffee was great. I would definitely recommend it!

The bed mattress was really hard (and for me quite uncomfortable). But everything else was great.

The staff and manager were incredibly helpful and supportive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful/delicious. The location could not have been better just around the corner from the Main Street and across from a grocery store.

It is unfortunately along the major thoroughfare so although there was not traffics noise at night, there was a steady hum of traffic daylong. Even the rooms on the other side of the building are impacted.

Friendly owners always trying to make you feel at home. Breakfast is outstanding, fresh delicious bakery, great coffee (Gracie mille ;-) ). Location, 5 minute walk to Cortina center, 20 minute drive to most popular hikes. Large supermarket right in front of hotel.

In front of busy road, and very thin walls can make the room noisy. Traffic is not so heavy at night, and guests were respectful keeping voice down, we didn't have trouble sleeping though.

The place is absolutely cozy : the staff is so nice and helpful, always greeting you with a good mood. The location is perfect : 20 meters from the bus station that takes you to all the slopes, across the street from the biggest supermarket in the area and a few steps away from the main street of Cortina with all the shops and restaurants. It made us feel like home!

location was perfect for a ski weekend! there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. the owners were so nice and helpful. going above and beyond each time we needed help. they were awesome and made the place feel like home!! breakfast was also delicious and the beds were comfy. they provide a tea kettle in the room which i used nightly.

tiny showers would be a challenge for larger people

Very nice location not far away from city centre. The breakfast is great and the staff are very nice and friendly. There is a very good pizzeria/ristorante and grocery nearby, and funivia.

Wish we had s bit larger room.

Breakfast great as ever, very nice family hotel, super warm hosts Emilio and Laura, always there looking how to help. I left my skis in the Hotel 4 years ago and when I came back the skis not only were there but also Emilio have sharpen the edges and waxed them !

the price was pretty good, not to expensive. the breakfast was really sweet and nice. typical Italian with a good coffee. the hotel also had parking spots and also a big garage where we could leave our bikes.

the place is a bit old and a few things need to be renovated. you could hear other people in the hall or flushing the toilet upstairs which is not so nice. if you would like to sleep in early this could cause problems.

Thé breakfast was great. I really loved all the marinated vegetables - sun dried tomatoes, peppers, artichokes… And the man at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The location was very convenient, but being on a main road out of town, was a little noisy. We had a terrace, but hardly used it because of traffic. But with door closed was very quiet.

The breakfast was very good- scrambled eggs with several side items, plus many pastries. The hosts were a lot of fun.

The hot water took several minutes to come through, so you had to wait about 4 minutes before you stepped into the shower, or else you'd be taking a cold one.
