The hotel is wonderful, we had a room on the back of the hotel, therefore it was really quiet and slept very well every night. The room and bathroom were big and airy, had a lot of storage space and a small balcony that I believe in the summer is very nice. Breakfast was one of the best ones we've eaten at a hotel in recent years ( eggs, legumes, fruits, yoghurt, many vegetarian options and very good coffee. The staff was extremely nice, we even received breakfast to go as we had an early flight and could not eat breakfast at the hotel. It is perfectly located 10 minutes on foot from the city center and 10 minutes on foot from Tofana gondola. I really recommend this hotel and if we'll ever be in the area, we would certainly book again.

This place is family owned, which made it feel comfortable and at home. They’re extremely helpful as well. A few bikers had to get a last minute room because of storms and the staff were so accommodating. The breakfast spread was amazing, the bed was very comfortable. The views from our room were stunning. The sunset lighting on the mountains was perfect.

The bedding and curtain colors in the room are a little dated, and there’s Christmas decorations in July. We thought it was pretty cute. Not sure if it would bother other visitors. We were also on the first floor at the street lights flooded our room at night. We had eye masks to help keep it dark.

Good location, short walk into the main area. Really friendly staff and very helpful. Great sauna and jacuzzi area. Would recommend a couple of hours in there after a long hike. Lovely.

Breakfast was good, although I unfortunately cannot stomach much breakfast in the morning. I did take two cobs away to eat later and was reprimanded about this at the table (Embarrassing!). I do understand that the hotel makes its money from doing lunches but if it’s obvious you aren’t eating, then exceptions can be made

Very friendly and helpful people to deal with. Organised a take away breakfast when I wanted to be away very early one morning.

Minor issue only but my room faced onto road so there was traffic noise- I live in a very remote area so am particularly sensitive to nighttime noise and may not be an issue for others.

The room was great and the location is perfect. The staff here are so accommodating. I am coeliac and we were going to miss breakfast our first morning due to an early excursion. The staff made me and my husband a bag of food to take with us (all gluten free for me) and it was honestly so lovely. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Hotel was in a great location being only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and 5 minute walk to the bus station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel

Room was quite warm so had to have door to balcony open and then the traffic noise was very loud.

Incredibly friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean. They were very helpful with the area and on top of it with letting us know all the details.

Nothing. Aside from having no AC (was not a problem as much of this area does not have it, weather was cool enough), there was not a single problem.

The location was great and the hotel was very cozy. I first thought my room was to light in the night, but I can just close the windowns from the balcony and it became very dark. Futhermore, the window is sound proof, so it was very silent during the night. I had a great experience.

The place is perfect! Charming, understated elegance and a family-run business to boot! The hotel owners go out of their way every day to make sure you have what need. Such nice people and such high standards of hospitality, truly a rarity these days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not one thing to fault.

We really liked the location, it was very close to town, parking was easy, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better. We would stay there again.
