Incredibly helpful staff. Told them I'd be up and out before breakfast the next day and they prepared a breakfast bag for me ahead of time. Also directed me to the nearest market and checked closing times for me. The location at the edge of town made it very easy to get going to the major sites. Also was made it easy to get back after a long day's hike.

We booked a family room that was actually two rooms at the end of the hallway that were connected by a common room where we could store all of our ski gear and luggage. My kids are 18 and 15 so this was perfect. They each had their own twin beds (that were not directly next to each other) and their own full bathroom. Our room was very big with a queen sized bed, small sofa and a large round table that easily fit all of us around it. Both our room and the common room had balconies with gorgeous views of the Dolomites. Breakfast was also really good and we had the same table reserved for us each day which was great because we never had to search around for a table.
The sauna and spa were $10 per person but were not private to ourselves so we believe it should have been included in the price of the room.

This was one of the nicest places my wife and I stayed on our honeymoon. The hotel is lovely and our room had an absolutely stunning view of the Alps from the balcony (see my attached photo). Our room was comfortable, clean, and a perfect refugee after hiking the surrounding mounting. The included breakfast was high quality and ample. I highly suggest getting the dinner option for your stay. The restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal. Every single dish the wife and I tried over our three dinners was sublime. Overall, they hotel completely exceeded my expectations and may have been the highlight of our 2 weeks in Italy.

We had a wonderful stay at Franceschi Park Hotel and could not recommend it any higher. Every single staff member we interacted with, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both excellent, with many options (both for breakfast and dinner, with dinner being 3 courses) and great views from our table - we really looked forward to each meal. The location was also excellent, with bus stops right outside the hotel taking us to the chairlift/base of the Socrepes and Faloria ski areas (the bus was also free). It was also a relatively short walk into town (just down the street) to more restaurants/shops (including Snow Service 3 from where we rented our ski gear). We also really enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities, particularly after a day of skiing, and were particularly grateful for the reception staff who let us use the facilities to shower on our last day, after we had checked out (on coming back from a half day of skiing before our flight). There was also a comfortable and spacious bar/lounge area which we enjoyed in the evenings.
Honestly very little - the rooms are slightly dated but it goes to the charm and everything else was so good, we could hardly complain.

The location is spectacular! Cortina is such a lovely, quaint town with hometown flavors or food, wine and hospitality. Lots of cute shops and outdoor seating just a few blocks from this hotel. And the views from the balcony are fantastic! Loved the “family rooms” downstairs for everyone to gather morning and night.
Everything is tight in Europe, so the rooms are quaint and the bathrooms are tough to manage if you are older. Steep lip to the tub and not much room to maneuver. Breakfasts were plentiful, but dinner menu was a bit limiting, went downtown. Not sure the a/c ever came on, but we just kept the balcony door open and enjoyed the fresh air.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The room had a ton of storage space and everything was very clean. The breakfasts and dinners (full or half board) were of high quality and generous, and the separate bar area was a nice place to have an evening glass of something or a night cap. Parking on the property was easy and, while the hotel was in town and walkable to everything, it was towards one end and slightly removed from the thick of things which we appreciated. Very lovely stay and we hope to return.
No complaints.

The service was amazing, dinner was superb. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidied every day. The maid even did little things like putting shoes together neatly. The waiters were polite and helpful with perfect timing, never felt rushed but never waited. There were mainly Italians staying and they were so polite and friendly. Loved the hiking in the mountains so I can see myself coming back.
If I had to say something it would be that the breakfast buffet was the same every day. It was still nice though. But don't let that put you off.

Cosy atmosphere, the staff were all so lovely and helpful, great location with lots of car parking, I left very early to go hiking several mornings and they made me a take away breakfast the night before. I really enjoyed my stay.
The rooms aren’t soundproof so got woken up a few times by loud neighbours. I thought it was a little strange to have to pay €10 to use the sauna - every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at facilities are free for guests. But it is not that expensive so is fine.

It was centrally located and the view for our room was to die for. The staff were anttentive and Monica was juist awesome. breakfasts had everything you would ever want and dinners were good. The selection of wines were great and the place had a good vibe. Bathroom mirrir and lighting was excellent. What you see is what you get and when in Cortina you should stay in a place like this.
Name tags for the staff. Variety of choices for dinner was a little limited, but it did not teally detract and Cortina has many places to eat.
