The hotel is located in a quiet place a bit away from nightlife center, but still close to the lake and it’s beaches. Main attractions are within 15 min walk. The place is very clean, and there’s a very clean swimming pool that’s good also for kids, as the depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.50 Breakfasts are copious and tasty, with great coffee. And the staff is really nice and helpful!

It’s actually not about the hotel itself, but the town-taxis are hardly available, buses run rarely and it’s better to rent a car

Ideal location a short walk into the town Lovely views of the mountains great pool with lots of beds and umbrellas. Spa was spotlessly clean and good Breakfast was excellent and very clean and good selection Waiter service around the pool was excellent a real treat. Rooms were very clean and modern. Exceptional receptionist nothing was too much trouble even dropping us to the train station when we couldn’t get a taxi outstanding customer service thank you. We had a lovely stay and would come back again

Nothing to dislike. Some reviews say would like a kettle in the room for us brits but every night when we got back to the hotel the barman and night staff made us tea or coffee to take to our room which was great

What a wonderful hotel! Everything was amazing from start to finish. The room was lovely and clean, all facilities were great. We messaged ahead about the use of an iron and it was waiting for us when we arrived with an ironing board. We had a room with a balcony and lake view which was stunning. Breakfast was delicious and such a good variety. Great sun beds and pools and a lovely little spa that you can reserve a space in. The best thing about the hotel by far is the staff. The loveliest people that go above and beyond to help. I suffered a bit of a dental emergency and they sorted me out ice packs, medication, and even offered to drive to the pharmacy at 9pm to get me the tablets. They got me out of pain and able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. So kind and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you so much to Angela and Nicola!

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The property was beautiful and located in a calm area, just 10 minutes from the city center. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking Lake Garda. The pool area was perfect with plenty of sun beds and one jacuzzi as well as a spacious swimming pool, which could have been a few degrees hotter. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choices including fresh fruit, different pastries, scrambled eggs as well as a coffee bar which you could order anything from at any time.

The pool could have been warmer and the breakfast staff could have been a little bit friendlier. When walking to the property from the train station, the sign is located at the wrong intersection and should be moved because we had to walk around to the other side when we got there although we followed the sign.

Breakfast was good, we really enjoyed the fresh juices in the morning. Sauna was good and clean. View was good, although I can imagine the higher floors it’s even better. Friendly reception, helped us with a mobile charger for the duration of the stay.

It would be good for the rooms to have usb sockets, as we have encountered issues with EU/UK adapters quite often. Noisy neighbours on the second night. Didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors pool or bubble bath, due to bad weather on the first day.

Professional and welcoming staff. Nice bar area. 19 minutes walk to centre. For two nights we had a room with balcony overlooking the pool and with lake view which was really pleasant. For the two nights prior we had an economy room which was very small. If you have two large suitcases you will not be able to keep them open.

Economy room could use a redesign for travellers with full luggage otherwise fine for carry on size luggage.

The breakfast was so tasty, so fresh and so much choice! Fresh omelettes, pancakes, waffles, juices, fresh fruits, pastries, cakes and more. The pool was so clean and refreshing. Super clean throughout and a very modern hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. We were also able to enjoy a massage at the spa too. Just a 5 minute walk from the town. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning!

Transport to and from the train station is extremely limited. Luckily the hotel were able to book us a taxi, but request one in advance!

The staff were nice and helpful. The location was close to the lake and almost close to city center but the best part was when we wanted to checkout early in the morning, they provided us a bag for our way free of charge. There were sandwich, sweet, fruit and water. This gesture was incredibly nice.

The room was not getting a complete cleaning every day. There were no slippers in the room so we had to go around with our shoes. The atmosphere is more adapted to old couples or people who wants to have fasting of silence apparently so if you are with a kid I wouldn’t recommend it but that is not a complain of course.

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff. The pool was clean and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Only a short scenic walk into the centre of town.

Everything was very good and we have no complaints about the property. However, for those with any mobility issues, please be aware that it can be difficult to order a local taxi if you are wanting to get to the train station on a Sunday when the local bus service does not run.

Excellent location within 10 minutes from centre. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, and really good air con and balcony. Staff were fantastic, arranged airport transfers, extremely helpful and polite. Sauna and spa was very good and included in price (minus massage). Had everything and more and exceeded our expectations. Thank you
