The room was Exceptionally clean and so Beautiful. Fit for a Princess. The bed was comfortable with comfortable pillows. It is located on the 1st floor of the building. There is a lift but i took the stairs, which was ok. The property is on a main road. 4 mins walk from the tram station which goes directly from Florence airport. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a Lovely treat. I travelled alone and felt so safe and secure here.

The room was clean and well kept. Pillows were not too comfortable but the bed was very nice. Air conditioning worked well and there was a fridge, tea & coffee and decent storage room. The breakfast in bed was tasty and certainly filling.

We did want to be reasonably close to the train station and places to visit and the Kingsman certainly allowed this. No fault at all of the accommodation but we didn’t feel THAT safe in the area. It’s difficult to quantify but it was a place where I kept a better check on my wallet, left my watch in the safe and have a fairly wide berth to some of the characters in the street (particularly the meth smoker, using a Coke bottle to get his smoke going…….or whatever they do). I felt it was quite expensive for this ‘rougher’ area (by no means horrendous or horrible), although it is very convenient for the facilities.

We were truly impressed by the serene environment and attention to detail. The setting was peaceful and calming, offering the escape we were looking for. Every corner of the property seemed thoughtfully designed, creating an ambiance that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, with their genuine care and attentiveness shining through in every interaction. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful gestures throughout our visit, their dedication left a lasting impression. We highly recommend this gem and look forward to returning!

Excellently located near to Santa Maria Novella station, the main bus station and tram stop which takes you directly to Firenze Peretola airport. All the main sites and galleries are within 15 minutes walk. The hosts Cinzia and Paolo are exceptionally helpful, and go above and beyond to provide information and assistance. A generous continental breakfast is delivered to your room. We had everything we needed in our room, including nice touches like chilled water.

We couldn't have expected more. I've deducted one point on comfort as we found the stairs to the bathroom in our room a little awkward in the middle of the night (may be our age!)

Paolo the manager was so friendly and accommodating. He gave us lots of amazing recommendations for things to do and see as well as places to eat. He is an absolute gentleman. The location is so convenient really close to the train station and within 15-20 minutes of all the main sites. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was incredible a real treat every morning and served beautifully. We had an amazing stay thank you Paolo and team. We would highly recommend the Kingsman. Peter and Sharyn Barrett

There was nothing we didn't like.

Cynthia was a fantastic with us from the moment we arrived to when we left. Came in early to make us breakfast before we left and gave loads of recommendations for Florence and Italy for our stay. Would definitely come back as the place was spotless and the room was big for our need. Air conditioning was fantastic during the heatwave and great wifi. Location is perfect as the train station is 2 minutes away and the best pasta restaurant in Florence is down the street. Would definitely visit and stay here again

Just loved my stay with B&B Kinsman. Cinthia was just so lovely friendly kind I just really felt at ease with her. Her accommodation was so nice so very clean the breakfast was a real treat. The whole stay was my dream come true. So close to everything no more the five minutes to the train station and very close to the centre of town maybe 10 minute walk. Paolo the proprietor made us feel so comfortable and welcome from the start. He gave us restaurant and activity info that was spot on - the restaurants we tried that he recommended were excellent and the gelato place amazing. Our bed was very comfortable and any extras (pillows, sheets) we requested were provided immediately. Overall, the property was great and Paolo an amazing host.

PROS: Great location very close to SMN train station, the Perfumeria Museum and a launderia was very convenient next door and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and all major attractions. Breakfast was brought to our room on a tea cart beautifully presented and delicious!

No view at all just a concrete wall across the street. Room was beautiful but small. Front desk only covered in AM, check in after 3pm done electronically very impersonal. When we finally met host the morning we checked out he seemed very nice and was helpful in getting a taxi.

It's B&B, but the facility and basic service was like hotel. The room was cleaned up and amenity was prepared. They change towels everyday if we want.

I don't have negative feedback. However if I had to say, the breakfast was little bit too much for us. They served really nice breakfast with fruits, hot breads, yogurt etc. We were satisfied with it, but it was too much to eat everything. From the perspective of sustainability, I suggest they can ask guests to prepare checklist etc to let them know in advance how much guests can eat or want to have.
