The location is convenient and an easy walk to many of the main attractions in Florence. The air conditioning worked well, water pressure was strong and hot water was great.

The staff in the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The reception works thoughout almost all night, which was great as we had to check-out very early in the morning to catch the bus. Everything was very clean and the beds were tidy. Great value for money considering the location and all ammenities it provided. Perfect for couples and travellers on the budget.

Wonderful staff, good value and location, there was room to navigate in my wheelchair around the sleeping area and lobby.

THe shower with no grab bar or transfer bench was difficult for a wheelchair user like me. The entryway was a little troublesome but really not too bad and the best that they could do, it appeared to me.

We were so tired when we arrived and we were able to sleep like the dead in our cool, quiet room. The hotel is not a cookie-cutter shape; I imagine all the rooms are different, which I thought was charming. My bed was a double bed and my daughter had a little connected room for her twin bed - it was perfect. The bathroom was great; it was modern and we loved that it had a bidet. Most of all, the beds were clean and comfortable and it was absolutely silent. Perfect for a good night's sleep.

The location was hard to find. It would have been helpful to have a map showing hotel and streets around it. Even locals had trouble finding it for us. Once we found it, however, we had no problem finding it a second time. I also thought breakfast would be included, but it wasn't. Maybe I missed that in the reservation. Lastly, to get to the reception desk, you have to walk up a very long flight of steps, and then to get to our room we had to go down a corridor and then walk down a flight of steps. If you are not in shape, you may not like lugging your suitcase up and down like that.

Bed was comfortable, location of our room to the bathroom was great, room was clean and offered space. Having a sink in the room was great.

The front desk area was dated and furniture was dirty. Making the first impression feel unclean. The place could us a facelift, but overall clean and a good place to stay when in a pinch.

Location is in the center, walkable for everything. Peaceful place to have a good sleep. Beds and bathrooms are very hygienic. Especially staff's are very friendly, helpful and polite. Especially they've taken a good care of my luggage left at the reception when I went out for my appointment. I wish I could visit again. All these things happened in a reasonable price !!!
