We had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were all kind and helpful, and the late checkout option was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproof, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was amazing - it was close to many attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. For example, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, which was not very appealing.

- The staff were very courteous and the ladies at the breakfast were just wonderfully friendly and warm - Quite a few restaurants in the neighbourhood - The center was a 15 min walk so location could have been better, but was still pretty nice - A bell boy who helped us with our luggage

- The rooms were a bit dated and need a renovation - Breakfast was better than the crap we ate in Venice but could still be better. They should be able to offer omelette / fried eggs if you call yourself a 4 star hotel - The parking was a nightmare. I was driving a huge rental van and it was the most nightmarish part of our stay, getting the car in and out without scratching it on the sides.

Location was great. breakfast was good. Spa was nice but although only open for free until 3pm, after that you need to make a reservation which costs 49 Euro 😱

Cost for spa, room needs to be refurnished, amenities was not that good.

It’s a bit old but proper. The room was super comfortable and good sleep quality. The location was ideal, walking distance to all touristic points. It has an on-site parking which is hard to find in Florence city center.

The on-site parking is a plus but is very tight. It requires some expertise to get it and out without scratches! The breakfast is good but repetitive, and no or very few fresh fruit offer. Sometimes the fruits were left there spoiled.

A 3* hotel that exceeded my expectations. Well placed next to the SMN railway station, and literally next to the SMN bus station for Siena and other Tuscan town. The hotel is also not that far from the Florence historic center. There is also a supermarket very close by. I stayed in a single room, no 315, for 2 nights. Although a single, it was not very small, as so often in Italy. The bed was also not too narrow for a large person like me, and was comfortable. Bathroom was large, with a bathtub. Towels were soft and fluffy, of good quality. Cleanliness was very good, and maintained so throughout my stay. The wardrobe was large enough, and the safe & minibar were useful. Overall, the hotel is not a new one, with rather old furniture that shows its age, but I like old-fashioned hotels so it was fine for me. Breakfast was very good, and the service at breakfast was excellent, which is so rare nowadays, even in high star hotels - kudos to the tall Italian guy running the breakfast room from the bar. Also of great help was the young lady from the reception, always helping efficiently, kindly, with a smile.

Walls are paper-thin, you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms. It was not warm enough in my room, the AC showed it was working towards 22 degrees, but in fact in was not, and temperature stayed at 19 degrees, which was uncomfortable for me. TV was very small.

Location and easy of access. Staff and services.

Dislike the way the rooms walls painted as it looks dirty although the aim was to make them look like a vintage painted houses. The food quality is qood but repeated everyday without a single new variety. The room for four is kind of difficult to reach if you have big luggage due to some stairs, but the concierge is helping in every step.

Good breakfast and the stuff that was responsible for the breakfast was excellent. Also it was clean and near the rail station which was good for me.

Two months ago via the booking account of the hotel a security bridge was happened. And an attempt to get my credit card data. I hadn't clicked anywhere but still...I expected some gesture to be made for me because I kept my trust in the hotel and didn't complain. For example, after writing my exact arrival time several times, not to wait three hours for check-in. Or at least bottle of wine :)

Very good and enjoyable experience. Staff was very helpful. The room size was good, but it had an old decor (I guess it could be just personal preference). The bathroom was spacious but had some stains on the floor and some mold in the shower. Otherwise, it was relatively clean. There were many international TV channels, and the wifi was good. Our room was facing the street with busses running along the street, but it was very quiet inside maybe because the room had double windows. Breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold food with plenty of varieties of pastries. The hotel even had a gym and spa, but we didn't use them as Florence had plenty of things to do, which kept us very busy. Also, I really liked the location, which was not in the main busy area but still only 5 minutes walk from SMN train station, and most attractions were within 20 minutes walk. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the IL Mercato Centrale where you could find different kinds of local food. There were also many restaurants and 2 supermarkets close to the hotel.

Not much. Maybe it would have been great if the hotel could have provided more free bottles of water.

Although I stay in Flornce often and for a week or more on each trip, I had not stayed here before. The location is convenient, close to the train station and the Mail Box etc office on the street that ships my bag ahead for me and where I can store luggage for the weeks I travel to other cities. The room is large, the bathroom updated and each room had individual heat controls, something I do not find in other locations.

I could not manage the very deep tub in my first room (although it was a jetted tub) and the hotel changed my room to one with a shower, this was very helpful. I would have stayed several more days if the man at the front desk had been more welcoming and accommodating referring to the online pricing offered. I did return 10 days later but I booked the room online.

A very easy walk from Florence main, central station to the hotel 3 or 4 mins walk. Hotel had discrete frontage and interior was well appointed and laid out. Reception staff spoke very good English (thankfully) and were welcoming and helpful during my stay. Enjoyed Italian breakfast each morning, fresh and delicious. Room very comfortable and Excellent Wi-Fi meant I could sneak an hour or two of work in when it suited.

Some nearby construction during my stay was quite noisey but never before 10am or after 3pm.
